Gps on the app don't work. Took over a hour just to call In just to pick up the truck. I was over a hour late to the destination. I wouldn't recommend your 24/7 pick up to anyone ever. The lady I talked to on the phone was annoyed and I could tell. She wasn't the one paying people to stand around and wait for me or out in the rain trying to pick up a truck. I don't know if I would recommend uhaul itself to anyone.
