The trailer wiring was corroded and had to be cleaned to get the trailer lights to work. The trailer itself was pretty dirty and had peeling graphics and did not look good. One of the D rings to tie things down was broken. This is not the cap stops fault as this was not part of their normal rental fleet and had to be brought in from somewhere since it was a longer term rental.

That was the Best consumer transaction of any kind that I've experienced anywhere in years. Very knowledgeable manager, very functional and streamlined process including the mobile app reservation platform, well kept trailer equipment with working lights and safety chains… great job!!

I received the truck with less than 1/4 tank of gas. The first thing I had to do was fill-up. Not cool! But the man who leased it to me was very kind.

The gentleman who took care of the paperwork was very courteous and easy to deal with. However, I feel that UHaul fell short in giving me a vehicle with just over 1/4 tank of gas. So, I immediately had to fill up and then fill up at the end and try to match the amount of gas. This puts more work on the customer. When I rent a car, it is full of gas, and I fill it up at the end, very easy. I don't have any problem with purchasing the gas that I need to use, I just feel that you make it harder and more inconvenient than it needs to be.

Roof of the truck leaked water all over my belongings, would not refund any money for it and over filled the gas meter & was not refunded for over due money added to gas tank. Steering wheel shook like crazy as soon as I hit 70mph on highway as well.

This is the WORST experience I've ever had with U-Haul. Although the staff were friendly while picking up and dropping off the truck, the truck was disgusting, never cleaned, windshield had so many bugs on it you could barely see out of it. Once we were on the road we noticed the drivers side rear tire was almost flat, it took us 45 mins to get air into it which made the 11 hour trip even longer. When the truck was dropped off the employee looked at the drivers side inside dual tire and informed me that was completely flat.

It was mostly clean, but there was a spoon, plate, and cup discarded in the cab. Other than that strangeness, everything else was great. Check in and check out were very easy. The man who waited on us was personable, friendly and very easy to work with. All in all, a great experience. I will definitely use them again.

Was given a trailer that had a bald tire with a ridge in it. Was not safe to drive and needed to have roadside assistance replace it before I could use the trailer. This resulted in over a 3hr delay.
