When I arrived to pick up the truck, they didn't know that I was coming. Apparently there is a miscommunication with reservations. The gentleman was really great and his daughter on the phone was very friendly and apologetic. Unfortunately the truck was not cleared of the ice covering it. The gentleman did start the truck and together we chipped away at the ice and snow. The back door was frozen shut and he had to warm water in the microwave in order to thaw and open the door. They were trying hard at the location and thanked me for my patience but I do feel that they should have known that I was coming and that the truck would have been prepared and ready. The latch at the back of the truck seized (not frozen)and was very difficult to open. I did explain this to the Kitchener location on Charles when I returned the truck and he said that they can't do anything about it. Overall the gentleman in Windsor was very friendly and made sure that I was comfortable with the truck before I left , it was just an awkward position for both of us.

The staff at the site we friendly and professional. The truck was clean but had a lot of minor exterior damage that I needed to point out and record. The check engine lite was on and fuel cap light was on. UHALL also had a billboard size picture of the Titan Sub on the side Shame on uhaul If I did not have people waiting on me a the truck I would have went some where else I felt slimy driving that thing
