Location, location, Location.. such a convenient location and a blessing to be able to have access to it in the neighborhood..yes this is a no frills place that could benefit from a cosmetic spruce up but the counter help Donna was very accommodating and the telephone help guy made things quick, painless and efficient. It helps to go on line before hand and know what to expect but with a little support this site has the potential to be a great resource for the community and run smooth as silk. Me and my elderly mother got in and out with a great truck that made our move less stressful..The return was surprisingly easy especially if you are ok with self service. Try to do most things during business hours because there is no key drop..Overall, will definitely use this Location again..keep it open and build it up..

Worker was rude and demanding. Telling me to do all the work for her and then entered my info a day late.

Not the place I picked. This place was 20 miles away. Then, I did not get the size truck I wanted or any of the moving equipment I needed.

Not change my location then charge me for extra miles even though I put in a 1/8 tank more gas than when I picked it up and dew to road closer just had to do some detour. Thanks another I will never use u haul again and I'm got to tell every one on face book

Just parked the truck on the street near other trucks and took the requisite photos. Found the address, but it was also a convenience store and restaurant. There were three Door Dash drivers waiting for food and no one would talk to me. I put the key on a counter behind a plexiglass window and left.

First, that place shouldn't have a U-Haul license. THERE ARE SO MANY BAD REVIEWS. WHAT THE HECK IS U-HAUL COSTUMER SERVICE READING THAT THEY DON'T SEE THAT!!! The place is not good for anything related to truck pickup and drop off. Maybe their chicken wings are good. Uhaul, I returned the truck on the app and I had to keep the key with me. There is no place to drop it off. I'll miss my work tomorrow and probably get paid less, because I'll have to return the keys, whenever they decide to open. PLEASE, Uhaul costumers DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! I did not interacted with the staff, so I cannot review them. However, Uhaul went far beyond clumsiness by licensing this place.

I needed the 24/7 service. The night before they called me and said I would have to wait until 10am when they opened. I called them and made them get the truck ready for the 24/7 service like I originally asked for. It was not ready and I had to wait until 10am anyway

This UHAUL agent (The Kee & White Group) in St. Louis was a total disaster. It's a bullet proof glass enclosed sandwich shop. I have a closet bigger than this filthy establishment. The woman working there had no clue how to get me my reserved-Paid-in-Full truck. Luckily the cook showed up and gave me keys. NO CONTRACT. They didn't know how. Truck needed work too. Once I had the truck half loaded I got a text from UHAUL telling me I hadn't yet picked up my truck. Nobody there knew what they were doing. Since I had no contract I was surprised by additional charges upon my return trip to Chicago. You really need to visit this poor location. They do not deserve to handle UHAUL. - The Chicago drop of was great and very helpful for my situation. I really believe as a upset customer I deserve some kind of consideration for this disaster. ...Never again.

They did not check the truck before and it took over an hour to find my reservation. I was given the keys that was under someone else's name

This was the worst experience moving I have ever had. Not only was pick up confusing and the cost was different rate than originally estimated, but the drop off was even worse. The first location didn't exist. There was no way to enter the facility. I called and got a new drop off location, which also did not exist according to the address numbers on the street. There was no clear place to drop the uhaul off so eventually I just stopped on the side road. Then I couldn't find the key drop so I had to call again and they told me I had to go into the convenience store. This was not a convenience store. It was completely boarded up with a microphone to talk to the clerk. Walking there alone I did not feel safe. He did not seem legitimate but I didn't know what else to do. This was a horrible experience and I am so disappointed in uhaul which I have used in the past and had a good experience. The mobile renting is not efficient and added unnecessary stress to my move and made me feel very uncomfortable.
