The truck I wanted was in the shop so I had to use a smaller truck. The store employee was great. Service great. But I don't like it let me book a truck that wasn't available

Anthony RWe stopped to get gas, gas started pouring everywhere under the truck, we see there is a hole in the gas tank, Someone has been stealing gas from the truck. The location brings us another truck, it's a mess in the back storage area. Wee we're told we would be reimbursed for the loss gas and the 2 gas cans we purchased for the excess gas we caught in buckets. After all was said and done we only got reimbursed for the gas, nothing else. When questioned the answers were oh well we have to speak to so and so.. AG the gas STATION was WE ARE GOING TO REIMBURSE YOU. They could of reimbursed us for hour delay we had as well because of them now pmcsing their equipment before renting it out..

SARA AIt was nice that a Dollie was in the truck at no extra charge. Although we did not need one. I would suggest bungee cords to tie it down with. It scared me when I made a turn not knowing it was in the back. Over all excellent service.

ANTONIO KOverall great experience. The location was efficient as well as friendly. I was even able to pick the truck up 24 hours before my reservation as it was ready waiting for me for the next day. Before the truck was started the brake pedal made a horrible grinding noise. I wasn't able to ask about it as I picked the truck up after hours. Not sure if it's normal or not but it didn't seem to be effecting any performance.

steve wMy house burned the night before I tried to rent a uhaul. Needing a uhaul truck and storage, I just google Uhaul, I'm new to Killeen and is still learning my way. I went to the closest uhaul, and they had no rentals avail. They referred me to another just a tad bit down the road, I went there and the rep was nice but only had 1 available storage at this location. So she made a reservation for me. This spot no one was there. I called the rep back, that was able to give me storage, she made reservations on Stan Schuyler loop. This location nobody was there. I call the rep at the Mailbox Store, he comnfirmed k was supposed to be where I was. So, after all the running around. I called the rep back at the Mailbox store, he was so empathetic in knowing my house had burned and I was from uhaul to uhaul trying to find a truck. I had given up, and about 5 minutes after the empathetic call, with the rep at the Mailbox, he called me back, with not 1 but 2 options available for rental. The most appreciative, the most caring, the most compassionate of all that I experienced, this rep at the Mailbox store work after, his business hours to get me a truck. I can thank them enough.

VALERIE VThe drop off area where you had to leave the truck was not in a secured area. There was no way to lock the truck at drop off and we had to leave the dollies and blankets we had rented to use unsecured in the back of the truck when doing an after hours drop off. Location was in a decent area at least.

Angie WI reserved a utility dolly and furniture pads along with the U-Haul and did not receive those items. Uhaul at this location is overcharged compared to other locations. I brought the truck back late and was charged an extra $100. I used a uhaul from another location they day after, brought it back late and was only charged $20.

They really do care about their store, their appearance, and their customers. (I know the outfits don't matter but the guy had an awesome red watch! That matched his outfit and his mask and that to me is so cool.) if we ever need uhaul again, or mailing stuff we are going to the mailbox store we went to to get our uhaul! Thank y'all sooooooo much!

sylvia tExcellent service à la clientèle. Everyone is always nice and friendly. Out of all the places in town to rent a Uhaul, this is the only one I will rent from.
Kathy DIt took me about 20 minutes to find the actual location of the U-Haul place. The signage for U-Haul was too small and could be better placed. Other then that the employee was awesome, the equipment was in perfect shape and very clean. the overall experience was amazing.
