Ronny RAddress was incorrect. Your system says to go to 916 hwy 84 which is the private home address not the address of the drop off location which is 570 hwy 84. I spoke to a very nice elderly gentleman who would greatly appreciate it if you could get the address changed. He told me that he has contacted your office 6 times and nothing has changed.

Norman HU-Haul trailers are always a pleasure to pull-they are well designed and engineered from decades of experience, and it shows! I've rented the car hauler trailer and the 6x12 trailer. Excellent experiences!

Peter WRenting via the internet is problematic. Had to make numerous calls due to rental not showing up on site. Being hung up on while doing virtual questions, was typing and the chat closed because it took me too long to complete. Also picking up and dropping off the truck at this location due to very little internet service.

Eugene FSet a different location for pickup and it was changed without me being notified had to calln3 different numbers to get it changed
LAURA BThey have 2 locations on the Uhaul maps. One is bogus and you have to drive several miles to make a dangerous turn around. They (Uhaul) should clear that up. There are no directions posted at the location for drop off. I hope they find it as difficult to back the car tow Trailer up as I did so they will make that easier. Not being open for weekend drop-off....really! If you aren't making enough money to justify some kind of hours then give it up. Two grand to put 625 miles on a truck and trailer in 4 days should be making someone some bucks.

RUSSELL FThe truck had not been swept. There were cigarette butts, trash, yard clippings, $.35, etc. They had no moving blankets. I had to travel over 70 miles to obtain blankets.

MARK SIt cost a fortune to rent the vehicle for a few hours, actually cost more for the truck rental than the used table. Prices are very high, very unreasonable. Most likely would not do that again. It is the next day and I am still in shock about how much it cost, probably will talk about the cost for years to come, lesson learned.

charles gEveryone had gone to lunch but no sign indicated this so it slowed down my rental return. Not the shop's fault but Google maps incorrectly indicated that the shop is east of US-281.
William SI called around 3 o'clock let them know I would be in around seven. They waited for me and excepted the trailer. The location is not well marked with U-Haul signs. there is grass growing up all around the trailers the appearance of the place is generally very messy. It looks like a junkyard with other vehicles and things around the trailers but the service there was a great friendly and for that part I would recommend it but for the appearance I wouldn't recommend it. I will be using them again in a few weeks. Clean the place up.

Samuel MVery minimal help. Told by man to park by the Barbque trailer in the unpaved yard. No offer for paperwork to close out. Called 800 number. . Used as it is only outlet near. Location helps keep it open. A rental desert in central Texas.

Frank SAddress on state highway is incorrect. Had to drive around New Year's Day to find it and no one was there around noon. The reason to say recommend is its proximity to ranches in that area and the shorter drive of 10 miles versus 20 or more. I advise correcting computer address and add advice that shop is 2 miles west of the US Hwy intersection with its state road.

GLEN SThe brakes had suspicious hydraulic sounds near the pedal and burning smell near rear wheels.
CLARK MThey are cheaters and robbers! The mileage in the contract was different from the actual mileage in the truck. They also charged me 10 miles more than the mileage I actually used. Their office smelled like cigarette smoke as well as their truck.
PAMELA LThe location got the job done. I needed a car dolly this location had a car dolly. It was only a half mile from where the car I needed to bring home was located. Home was 1300 miles away. The gentleman who ran the place was friendly, and explained in detail how to hook the car down in the dolly since I couldn't bring the car to the dolly.
DAVID VI just dropped the trailer off (after hours) so I do not know about clean and inviting.
