Ricky PThe truck was NOT checked out. The truck had zero air condition for 1300 miles. I called this location as I was leaving to let him know the truck was jumping jerking transmission he said it was normal. Neither 12v outlet let me charge my phone. I had to stop 3 times to buy new chargers to charge my phone. The windows were disgusting. Couldn't drive up hills over 38 mph when I had other similar uhauls flying past me. Worst 27 hours of my life.

MERT BWith the area growing so quickly there should be another staff member on. I felt for the gentleman who was behind the counter. Between the phone ringing, customers walking in looking to get a rental, and people wanting to drop off the trailer (like myself) the poor guy was swamped within minutes.

jENNIFER JThe 20' truck was clean, in good mechanical condition and had a full tank of fuel. My ~90 mile journey went very well and only consumed ~8,5 gallons of fuel. The truck was filled front to back with some very heavy items that were very easy to load using the included ramp

Darlene TOur pickup time was at 7am and we didn’t leave with the truck until 8:18am. we also filled things out before hand to shorten that. if it took that long to do that pick-up you should make that know online to arrive prior. then we still had to return the truck at 7am the next day although we didn’t leave till 8am? the truck also had cigarette ashes and smelt like cigarettes.

JANICE ACan't remember the gentleman's name but he was new, but you couldn't tell he was great we are in and out trailer worked great. Pricing was perfect. Definitely use again.

Jim CPicked up the vehicle and when I got it, it was sticky and not clean, the front desk seemed agitated having to help me (meanwhile it was before 5) so it’s not like they were closed.. I took the van and within a few minutes the tire pressure light came on, filled the tire then both rear tires were low and losing air, I returned it early because it was a terrible experience renting

JAMES MI rented this truck for a week.Almost $600.+ gas about $750. I was told that if I returned the truck 8/25/23. before Saturday 8/26/2023. I would be credited a day of rental. I returned the truck at 8/25/2023. 5:46pm. You did not keep your word. WTF!! I was charged $598.66. No loyalty, will not use Uhaul next time if I'm not credited.
