These folks do a fantastic job! I've rented from them several times and vehicles are always clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!!!
Mark BWorker that was there when we pulled into drop off car hauler was very rude. All he said to us was "why would you park it there?". There were no signs as where to park the trailer, only parking spots. We moved it to another location where we found a similar trailer and did a self check out using the app. Glad we didn't have to check out with the guy that was there; someone pissed in his cherrios that Sunday and having to deal with him would've been a nightmare!

The only issue I had was using the mobile check-in; this process saved little to no time at all and just created an annoyance while I waited to be "approved". This issue did not have anything to do with the store or the people, the mobile check-in is just not a very good experience.
Steve WThey told me to "fill up the gas tank before I brought it back". I put $20 in gas. The tank could not have possibly been full when I took the truck. I only drove 14 miles. When I returned it the guy said "tough, I'm not giving you any money back, you should've only put a couple gallons on it". He didn't even get up from his chair. Awful customer service. This is going to the Better Business Bureau for sure along with my word of mouth to never rent from Uhaul on Barlow. Terrible experience.

HEATHER CI rented a 5 x 8 trailer. Right side lights did not work, rear door was defective and kept sticking in the up position, trailer floor was covered with grease, cosmetically trailer look like it was 100 years old. The U-Haul representative that I dealt with at this location was rude and was a real joker. I brought the trailer back an hour or so shy and they charged me another full day despite all the problems that I had had. I will never use this location and probably will not use U-Haul ever again.

I was so happy to not have to endure the experience of using the U-Haul app (I have found it quite onerous on prior occasions), but to do the paper work in person and not have a prolonged wait. I highly recommend this location.
