I had an excellent experience at Vault Valet. It's a smaller facility but a good location for me. The people running the operation were personable and responsive and gave me all the information I needed to store my gear for 1 year. Their smaller locker was exactly what I needed at a good price. I would highly recommend.

Johannes L | Expérience généraleWhen I was looking for storage, in 2019, The Vault Valet Storage had prices that were significantly lower than anywhere else in the Vancouver area. Because of that, I wondered if the service and/or the spaces themselves would be "budget" or in other words, substandard. I needn't have worried. The containers and storage units (I had an outdoor unit and a smaller indoor one for more than two years) were clean and secure, all my things in both units remained dry and clean and varmint free for the entire time, and the service was totally professional and friendly. I would use them again in a flash if I needed storage in the Vancouver area.

The storage is clean and my stuffs are in good condition after sitting in there for many years, amazing! The rental cost is reasonable. Only minor downside is that we cannot get the access on Sunday when most people are available for moving things. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and the quality of this facility.

I found that the polyurethane sprayed in the ceiling to prevent condensation went into the items I stored - plastics and synthetic materials in particular - and it took days, and even weeks in some cases, to get the smell out (this was not the case with wood). The staff said others hadn't complained so perhaps I'm overly sensitive.
