Harry MThis is not a uhaul location. My rental was the only Uhaul on the lot. I rented a dozen moving blankets that they did not have. The uhaul had sand inside which I cleaned out when I got it home. No help hooking up the uhaul. The dolly I rented was not in the trailer. They just happened to have one in the shop. The young lady was very polite.
Michael HI was picking up a 6x12 trailer. No jack to lift it. Facility only had one woman there working. Good thing I was an able body man that could lift it up and hook it to truck.
Jeff SThe auto transport I was given had two bald tires, one of which wound up being flat. The store was of no help when I called; was referred to roadside assistance. Waited two hours for someone to come change a flat. Terrible experience. They obviously don't inspect the equipment before re-renting.
