The owner was great! He went above and beyond to make sure the truck worked. I will not get a UHaul from any other local place.

Have all equipment at the one pick up location. Instead of forcing customer to spend extra time ( over an hour) going to another location to pick up their trailer. My rating for the the trailer pick up location is below favorable, it took over an hour to get my trailer and leave the location.
