The check in person could only go by what was in the system so the overcharge was continued. I returned the truck to Rawlings Maryland on Monday, on Wednesday I received a call from a U Haul rep asking if I was still making my move to Rawlings and when I would return the truck.
Charles ShockneyWas charged for two days of use. Reservation was for one day. Trailer was returned same day. Took pictures and have truck video of the return. Made it very clear that the trailer would be returned within a few hours. Was told it's okay to drop after hours. D B welding ( location) charged me for two days. This is theft. Now I have to waste part of my day going to the commissioners office to file charging documents for theft. It's a real shame uhaul let's just about anyone use their name and rent their equipment. Told my daughter when I picked up the trailer the place seemed very shady. Now we know. Do not rent here. Do not go here. You will get your money stollen. When this happens go file a charging document. Hold them accountable.

Andrea TufaroloThis location is in the middle of nowhere and hard to find. Once you find the road it is still confusing as to which building to go to. The cell service there is bad and almost non existent as well. The people there were friendly and helpful but the location is not good
Timothy NelsonThis place was a filthy dump. They claimed they couldnt find my reservation then rebooked it on the spot. None of my credit cards worked so had to drive into town and call my bank to release that large sum through an atm. Bank stated the problem was not on their end...it was a uhaul issue. That ended up costing me a security deposit to be held due to cash payment. It took over 3 hours to get the keys in my hands.
Christina DuckworthI was expecting 10 minutes in and out. The establishment was closed and the vehicle was not scheduled to be picked up online. After the pickup issued was resolved I was informed that I would have to remove a word lock to gain access to the key. By the time all of the steps were completed I lost an hour. I scheduled this pickup a month ahead of my pickup date (8/31/19). There's is no way to gain the hour back that I lost. I will not be using U-haul again for any moves in the future. The pickup location was like going back in time 50 years. You need to reevaluate your locations for future customers. I would love to discuss this issue with a company representative. Please feel free to contact me. I will make sure that word of my experience with U-haul is passed along to friends and family. Thanks You

james reelThe location was remote and out of the way. I appreciate that they could accommodate me on such short notice, the truck that I received had an issue. The heat was stuck on from the floorboards and as a result I received a heat blister on my right foot.

RYAN RODNEYThey was the third place we contacted to get one the second place we contacted had the trailer we needed but there was not anyone that could do a uhaul rental the lady was very helpful and the prices was different at the place we rented from what the first location quoted us. I think the price for one way was ridiculous so I had to drive a extra 2,5 hrs to take it back because it was going to be almost 300 dollars for one way.

HAROLD RUTHThe only issue we had was we reserved a 20' truck but was given a 15' truck. Trying to move a 3-bedroom house...a 15' was no where close to what we needed. We ended up having to reserve another truck through another company.

ANGELA NORTHCRAFTI had no trouble with the location of where I got my rental. They were very friendly and helped me in the big debacle Uhaul caused.I reserved my truck a month before the day I needed it. I was forewarned by other Uhale dealers how you reserve a truck but when your day come, there is no truck to rent !! That is exactly what happened to me. I was so scared that I was going to not have a truck to move with. I called Uhaul and they wanted me to drive almost an hour away to pick one up. I was told I would get my $50 rental guarantee. I asked if they was going to waive the $0,99 mileage fee. I was told NO !!! WHAT !!! Thank goodness Tire Care and Maintenance went to that location and picked it up for me :) !! So after a day full of stress and worry, it worked out. Until needs more trucks brought to this area..... big shortage!!!

Kathleen HastWe could not get the car up on the tow dolly. The body kept hitting the inside tabs that hold the wheel straps. Forwards , backwards, made no difference. It would not clear. We hauled the trailor from KY to MD and when I dropped it off there was a doolly there which had those tabs beaten over so they didn't stick up........... The car would of gotten on that dolly. But not the one we had. This whole thing was a waste of my money. Terrible experience. Just terrible!
