They had our reservation all messed up. Had it down for us to return the truck 100 miles away from our house. Said it had more gas in it then it actually did. Said we paid with a credit card we don't even had and we paid with cash.

This is not the location that was listed on the website. Location needs updating. We had to drive around and luckily the location that we stopped at was the right location. - Would not have a reason not to recommend this location to a friend, but people will need to know the location ahead of time..
Damycah SReservation was cancelled and truck rented to another individual. I had to wait 2hrs for the truck to be returned before I could take the truck to be loaded for my trip. Insurance was omitted due to aforementioned cancellation and not offered again. When merchant was asked to go back and add ins, I was told it wasn't possible and that I had to call UHaul. I was forced to sign the insurance waiver because the merchant told me that he could rent the truck to another individual that was also promised this same truck if I didn't hurry up and make a decision. When UHaul was called, I was told I'd get a call the next day to add insurance. When I received a call to verify my drop off, that was also omitted due to the previously mentioned cancellation, I asked the agent to add the insurance. She put me on hold, then came back and told me it was too late to add ins. I'm very dissatisfied with the inconvenience I experience with this merchant. And was very uneasy riding from MS to TX with no insurance. If something had happened to your truck, I would not have been able to pay for repairs, nor replacement.

James JWe reserved here because of the guaranteed pickup time. We arrived, and the location was closed. No one answered the phone. We ended up having to call corporate uhaul to reschedule. When we went to pick up the trailer, it was overlapping with another trailer, so we had to manually lift and push it out so we could hook it up to our vehicle. Also, at some point, someone added a safe tow package to our bill, which I had declined when I reserved the trailer. Really disappointing, dishonest, and inconvenient.

Stacy BThis was my return point for trail rental. When I arrived no one wanted to assist me in dropping trailer but employee finally did. I went inside to get receipt and no one would wait on me. I was told I would receive a e-receipt by end of day which did not happen. I had to call location next day to ask for e-receipt. I would not rent or recommend this site to anyone.
