Karen is a new U-Haul dealer and is still learning the ropes. When she reserved a trailer for me, she mistakenly checked the smaller-sized single-axle instead of the 6' x 12' tandem I needed. When I arrived to pick it up, she realized her mistake. So she located one 40 minutes away and, instead of having me travel to that location, she insisted on fetching it for me. She literally jumped through hoops for me!

The brake and blinker lights worked but the tail lights did not. We had to buy two battery operated tail lights at the first truck stopfor the trip for $38.
