Clifton SLet me start with I hate people that constantly claim discrimination and i have been living in a town for over 25 years that is almost all Caucasian with history to strong ties to the KKK. That being said……I will recommend this location only if you're a white person. I am Spanish, Married to a white woman and grew up always around bikers and white friends. NEVER have I felt out of place or discriminated against. This is the very first time in my life that I felt that way. The personnel reminded me of a good old boys club. The person that "helped" me at the parts /drop off location was very dismissive,rude, unfriendly and was not helpful. I am more than sure it has to do with my race. He even charged me without even telling me how much it was going to cost me for the extra miles. All he did was ignore me and handed me a paper (receipt). Not a "hello" nor a "have a good day", not to mention I was really polite. You can tell he did not want to deal with me.

Roger HIt was apparent that the employees did not know what they were doing. I went to drop off the tow dolly in and the guy that tried to detach it left the chain attached and I was in my car reversing my car and wondering why it wouldn't move, I could've damaged my car. On top of this, they didn't put in the system that I dropped off the dolly that morning. When I went to the drop off location I couldn't even check in my car due to this mistake. It still said it was in my possession. Never again.

Brian FI soon as I arrived I was greeted and helped by an employee. But for the next 40 min the employee was trying to pull my reservation and fill out information on his cell phone while walking around trying to get better reception. Really? Instead of using the computer that was right in front of you?!? Finally everything was set and he drove me out to the uhual and even hooked it up for me. An ok experience except the fact that I was trying to beat the rain coming and it didn't work out because it took so long to check in.
Galeno Rthey charge me over 209 for a rental that was supposed to be 40 dollars a day for 2 days and when We asked why the guy at the counter said that he doesn't work for u-haul that if I had any questions in concern to my pmt to call the customer service directly. so here i am calling them and on hold for over 30 minutes already. I always rent from Uhaul and never had a problem like this one.
ISMAEL SThis place has no where to drop off the vehicle or keys. Has no drop box and no access to leave vehicle after hours. Very inconvenient.

MICHAEL bSalesperson hooked up trailer incorrectly and U-Haul came off my 2" ball after loading. I tightened the hitch after he installed it before leaving and it seemed tight because the inner part was jammed and not seated correctly on ball. Luckily it didn't cause damage but well could have. I had to lift onto ball for him but didn't see how it engaged. Hitch tightener wasn't engaging the safety latch either
Reynol KThey didn't have the size truck I reserved. The truck I got had no gas. And they didn't have a furniture dolly I reserved either. I had to drive to another location on fumes to pick up the dolly. All in all I got my job done, but what a hassle.

ALGER JThere were no cargo vans locally and I had to travel some 7 miles to and from this location, adding to an extra 14 miles for my short errand of 35 miles. The cost of the mile charges therefore are not comfortable when your cargo vans are not available locally.
