The estimated price for renting a cargo van was $20 less than the balance due! NOT cool. The app was NOT very user friendly. Why don't you survey customers with relevant questions? I was very pleased with the location for pick up and drop off. That does NOT mean I will use UHAUL next time when there are other options. Location is NOT the most important factor in my choice of renting a vehicle for moving stuff. Respectful customer service is the most important factor for me. Location, as long as it isn't more than 7,5 miles from pick up, is secondary to customer service and price.
suzanne DempseyThe app for checking out the truck had some glitches. When asked to upload pictures of the vehicle at checkout time, perfectly good pictures kept disappearing. There wasn't any indication why they disappeared.
Adam ParksPick up location did not have the furniture pads that I had requested.

Mark BurrierAbsolutely the cleanest and easiest rental experience in the over 30 that I have had. Check in was easy and conversational. He pulled the truck out front and greeted me upon my return. The truck was clean and gassed up. Fantastic A+!
Bonnie FischerkellerThe people were very nice, and the truck was clean, but the truck was having transmission issues and kept changing gears and lurching as I drove, across various speeds (in-town and highway). There were no moving blankets at this location; although I had requested them in the reservation, the proprietor told me they never have moving blankets so we had to go to a second U-Haul location to pick them up.
Mary FergusonDrop off. The personnel was rude-never greeted me. Came out yelling at me I was at wrong location ( I wasn't). Threw up the back and said I had to fold the blankets or be charged $ 25. Pointed at sign and said it two more times. Walked back in office. I hope his day got better. It was not a pleasant experience
Lori CharleboisLocation was easy to locate and access. Overall experience with the uhaul rental itself was excellent. Only issue was the person I had to deal with who was obnoxious and condescending. It is because of him that I give this a thumbs down and would not go back to again or recommend to another person. He was not helpful and talked to me like I was stupid. While I was filling up the tank he checked the inside of the truck and acted like I had left garbage in there. I just finished moving boxes and some furniture. The only dirt was some small debris brought in when walking inside the truck and a few small scraps of packaging paper. That's it. In all my years of traveling and renting cars and trucks I was NEVER made to sweep the inside of rental when returning the vehicle. He gave me a broom and told me to sweep. That was insulting but I did nonetheless to be done with the experience and make sure I didn't give him the slightest reason for charging me more. It was 5 mins of sweeping that he could have done himself. Absolute jerk.

Brittany AmigonThe vehicle had some damages and the visor was broken. Also, the gas gauge showed gas close to half tank full while the initial report showed it closer to 3/4 full. Not impressive.

The employee also tried to argue with us about the gas, but we had documentation that we were returning it at the right level. otherwise, everything went smoothly and he was very professional.

Keirstin HenkeSTop being crooks. I rented online and picked the location but it would not let me return it to same location. Instead I chose another location not knowing I would be charge different rates and much more money. You're not an honest company and I will never rent a truck from you.

David UrovskyThe truck I drove is in terrible condition. It would slow down unexpectedly every minute, I was ok with it until I got to the highway. It was very dangerous to drive that truck on a highway as it would slow down rapidly and the engine would make a very loud noise. This was a terrible experience and very risky.

Tom HowardI rented a truck for 8 hours. I had a flat tire. I was not able to return the truck at the scheduled time. I called the store. Explained the situation. I asked to extend my rental. I was told that was impossible. I was told the truck had to be returned by 830 AM the next morning. When I returned the truck I was charged for an additional day. I believe this charge is unfair.

Robert HarbinTruck was missing a rear view mirror and was unable to be filled up quickly at the gas station (truck acted like it was full at half tank). Truck was given to me below half tank (and written down as half) and left above half tank and written as below.
