monica korbThe staff at Tolland were excellent. Very helpful and friendly. The cart I had reserved was not available (nor any other cart) and I was not informed. I had to travel to another location to rent and return a cart. The truck was clean but drove rougher than other trucks I have rented. I believe it had stearing or suspension issues.

Judy RaynerPoor Customer Service. Young, inexperienced employee was aggressive and threatening. When I asked him to call his boss, he got more confrontational. I have not had this experience with any other person at this location, and I am extremely disappointed that this immature employee tried to escalate a situation instead of going out of his way to help a customer. I even provided a reasonable solution for him, but he refused to acknowledge or listen. Clearly, the customer is not even close to right. I would not recommend anyone going here until this employee is retrained and fixes his attitude.
James ZopelisThe employees at this Uhaul location are friendly, knowledgeable, and always helpful. The vehicles are very clean and well maintained. I have rented here several times and always have had a satisfactory experience.

Christian GreenI picked up the truck and the fuel needle showed full. I drove for a total of 35 miles and then filled the gas and it required 8 gallons! How is it possible that I drove 36 miles and used 8 gallons of gas????
Michael LongenbakerHad scheduled an 8 am pickup as I was on a time crunch and no one was there until 9am. Was told i cpuld pick up at 8. Was told if I brought truck back early it would cost less. Also told 93 cents a mile and the mileage cost was over that. Very disappointed.

Andrew NaultThe interior of the windshield was absolutely filthy and difficult to look through on a sunny day. There was a slow leak in the front driver side tire that was not fixed from when I rented the same about a week prior.
John LallyOnly issue is I order a furniture dolly that I didn't need so asked they remove it from contract and left it with them, but when returned truck in winter garden FL the site changed me for the missing equipment. Hopefully issue get resolved

ALISA VELASQUEZWindows very dirty. One of the tires were low on air and they added air when I asked, then after driving 40 miles tire warning came back on. They knew tire was loosing air, why didn't they fix the tire if it's loosing air. Is that why I had to pay $11 for insurance for using dangerous equipment.
Kevin LongLeft tail light blinker out. Had to call for road service. Left rear tire needed air 3 times in 48 hours. Oil on the low end of the stick. Van not swept when picked up but I was asked to sweep it.
Thomas WalkerUhaul is very expensive. It's advertised as $19,95 in town but I spent $80 in town. The fees are way to high
James RyanMy order was canceled several times earlier in the day, but my final transaction with U-Haul was a wonderful experience. The customer service rep I spoke to was so helpful and wonderful I will absolutely think of you all for my next moving experience.

Christopher ClarkeI was told I would be charged 0,4¢ per extra mile driven. I was charged $1 per mile. I only went 10 miles over so not a huge deal as it's a $6 difference but still inconvenient.
Sean CaseyTh re vehicle was well maintained, however it was not really clean. It smelled of fertilizer and had not been washed down to get the strong smell out
