joel MWell, the location isn't the most desirable and doesn't look very good, but it was easy to get my truck and they were very helpful in getting my day started. Equipment worked great.

phillip hTook me two days to get the truck back because the gate was locked and the man didn't answer the phone number that he gave me to call him on when I was ready to turn the truck back in. I tried to return the truck Saturday but they were closed and he never answered the phone. Then he was closed on Sunday and didn't answer the calls either. Now I'm being charged for an extra day that wasn't my fault. My bank account is getting messed up because of this issue also. Not happy at all and someone is going to have to pay for my overdraft fees.
Teresa WTruck was newer model and had mpg technology that can help with preserving gas. Saves money overall. The staff were nice and made sure the truck was big enough for my move.

Maritza CDid not have the supplies that were part of the original order so I had to drive to multiple locations to get the necessary supplies which resulted in expending time and fuel to be able to begin loading the truck. Corporate changed my pickup location and should have verified that this location had everything for a single point pickup.

Mike BRudest customer service experience I have EVER encountered in my 54 years. Felt for my physical safety. Attendant or owner refused to let me drop off, F-bombed me multiple times, slammed his fists on my vehicle, threatened to block me in if I tried to drop it off, threatened to charge me $300 additional if I dropped it off. Had to call customer support line and after long wait he finally came, detached it and told me to get off his F-ing property.

NIUBER DWhen we got there we pulled in and there was cars everywhere so we were unable to really go anywhere then the guy informed us the trailer was all the way in the back of this parking lot and we had to back up to it so wer had to reverse all the way onto nebraska ave to turn the truck around because they had so many cars you couldn't turn around in the parking lot and basically had to squeeze between a ton of cars in reverse just to get to the trailer and then had to squeeze back forwards with a trailer through the cars it was such a pain then the guy joked saying good thing y'all got the easy trailer because the other was shoved even further in the back! It was really kind of a rediculous location for a uhual business they have way to many vehicles there's because it's a automotive shop like the whole picking up the vehicle process was a hassle. This location should definitely be reviewed!

JOHN JThe reason I would recommend Tommy's Tire is because the people were very friendly and helpful and for that, They represented UHaul well. They helped me with my hitch that would make towing it smoother for traveling. The cargo trailer could have been a little cleaner inside and I learned upon returning it, the tire tread was damaged and should have been replaced . Someone missed that, probably at several locations. I don't think thorough inspections are taking place like they should.

PATRICK RMy rental was not ready/returned at my reservation time. Staff was not concerned. I had to rent a 15' instead of my 10' reservation.

ABNIEL GI called the day before to confirm my reservation and was told they didn't have any trailers, but that I should call back to talk to the owner (Tony). I called back and he still was not available, and I heard the person that answered ask someone else, and "heard if we don't have it we don't have it). I then called uhaul support and they contacted "Tony's" and confirmed that they did have a trailer, and confirmed my reservation. When I showed up, there was cars everywhere and the lot was jammed up, you could move forward or backwards (this is an automotive repair shop). When I went to the office, I was told they had to find the person that new how to do a uhaul reservation (apparently, just one person). The staff was very unpleasant as if since I was not there for an auto repair, I wasn't important. I took 45 minutes to get out with the trailer, which threw my entire schedule off. Was supposed to be back at work by 1pm, and didn't get back until 2:15. Not good!
