Rebecca BOn a Friday the sign in their window said "back at 4:30pm". We were there in the middle of the day and no one to help us. Tried to check in via the app and got a little done but lost the connection and could not get back to the part I was doing. So gave up. Dropped the keys in drop box, took my own pictures and left.

leron WThe office was not open at 4:30 as the sign on the front door said. The app was not working correctly and took numerous sign in attempts to get it to work. The truck had a service engine soon light on and did not sound like it was running properly. I did not have to travel far or I would have not taken the truck.

JERRY tVerify trailer door latches don't disappear when door raised. This one trailer would spring open and disappear into the roof section. I had to push it down from inside the trailer (at a load point) so I could utilize all of the room to reduce cargo bounce on the highway I was driving (was-esp-wap road of Oklahoma).
Kerry AStore was dirty and cluttered. Truck was dirty and smelled. Noticed the store closed at 12:30 on a Friday afternoon. Reserved truck for 12:15. Received a call from someone at the store at 11:45 a.m. stating I needed to pick up the truck as nobody would be there after 12:15. My check-in was rushed. I also reserved 6 moving blankets and was told he had none to offer. Had I known I would have reserved from another location all together. On my way out I noticed a few blankets thrown on top of something else and I asked if I could have them. I was given only two of the three blankets. Overall poor customer experience and wouldn't recommend using this location.

Charles SWhen I went to return the trailer, so I pulled in and went inside to get someone to help me just for them to come out just to tell me that I pulled in the wrong and didn’t even try to help me turn around (this was at 12 on a busy street) basically went back inside, eventually got it back in and unhooked everything by myself, then had to go back inside to make sure they didn’t need anything else, I never had to do this at other locations and felt like they didn’t care at all
Derrick HI needed to rent 2 trucks but was not allowed to use the same location for both. Forced to go to 2 separate locations to get both truck. Poor customer service policy

Kevin EI arrived to drop trailer off and there was no o e there to help get trailer off my truck. Then I receive a bill today for am extra day rental because I was 1 hour over in returning because I had to go find someone to help me remove the trailer. He was not there so has no clue what time the trailer was returned if it was on time or what. I'm asking for 1 days refund on the rental

Michael GHad the hardest time return the truck. I was 25 miles from this location that I didn't choose to drop off at. I called Uhaul to see if we could change the location of the drop off. There was a location one mile from us. We had been unloading the truck in 120 heat index weather and were exhausted. I spent one hour on the phone being moved from one department to another. Finally the lady said, sorry but that department is closed and so you can't change locations. The person driving the truck had to go to her hotel which was in another nearby town and I had her car at the location were we unloaded the truck. We had to take 2 cars and the truck and each drive the 25 miles to drop off the truck. Then she took her car to her hotel and the man that drove her car there rode with me back another 25 miles to our location. So we had to go 50 miles out of our way to return the truck. There is no way to change locations using the app. When we went to drop off the truck it was closed and we had to take pictures to download on the app to show we had dropped them off and show odometer and gas readings. The app wouldn't download the pictures. I had many problems with the app. You need to redo it to be more user friendly.

Ramon AIt was very strange, nobody was there during business hours and we had to wait for an employee to randomly show up and unhook our trailer, and then he left again immediately. there were other people who came after us who were looking for an employee to check them in and couldn't find one, they had also called ahead and been told employees would be available during that time period. All of this happened during their posted open hours. They just need someone to stay at the location during business hours, or at least leave instructions for how to check in rentals solo.

Ricardo SPer Total Stop's advertisement hours on the UHaul website, they are opened Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 7pm. We arrived at Broken Arrow, OK Friday night, unloaded Saturday morning and arrived at Total Stop in the 1:00 pm hour to return the enclosed trailer - while there was a white vehicle parked on the south side of the building and lights turned on inside the building, the front door (to the business was locked) with a door sign hand written indicating that "I will return at 5pm"!! I phoned the business number three times - allowing it to ring multiple times until my call was ended by the routine 'click' which occurs when a caller doesn't hang up...and there was not an answering machine to leave a message during any of my THREE PHONE CALLS. We returned to the business a few minutes after 5pm and fortunately someone was there. We were scolded by the individual who waited on us because we'd left the rental chained and locked to a similar trailer (since no one was there at 1pm neither could we reach anyone by phone or leave a message). The individual stated "I don't make money off of these so when I see someone coming with one of these trailers to drop it off I flag them with my hand telling them 'No - return it somewhere else...' because I don't make any money off of these - only on these big rental trucks." We'd noticed that (upon our 5pm return to the business) there were MANY MORE big U-HAUL rental trucks. There were two when we first arrived at 1pm and at 5pm there were approximately six more.

Wesley WThe facility had a smell I recognize from my days of building maintenance... smells of roaches. Was not a comfortable place to be and I was in a hurry to get out. It took way to long to get my rental as the online forms would not work. After waiting 20 min for the gentleman to help the customer ahead of us we were on the road. The truck had dangerous steering and was beyond well used. When we returned the truck nobody was there so I finished online. I got ahead of myself a bit and dropped the keys in the lock box before I finished taking photos. The attendant, different guy, returned and we asked for the keys out of the lock box so we could finish checking out. He retrieved them for us. Once finished, I followed the instructions online and dropped the keys in the lock box. The attendant came out and belittled us for putting the keys in the lock box instead of handing them to him. He made such a big deal about it that we had to raise our voices and explain we were following instructions. I will not use this location ever again. In fact, pensky truck rentals are cheaper, cleaner, and less stress. So, I will be hard pressed to ever use uhaul in the future. 100 dollars for less than 7hours with a truck... robbery!
Bonny MThe truck that we were supposed to get was not there so we had to go with a smaller size truck. It took us multiple trips instead of just one since we had a smaller truck. Also it took forever to get the new truck, we were late meeting our movers at our apartment.

KEVIN TThis office is cluttered and has no air conditioning. However, the employee knew exactly what I needed. The entire process of dropping the trailer and driving from the lot took less than 15 minutes. Excellent service.
A. LWorst experience and will never use that location again. I returned at 1640 to return the equipment and no one was there. The location didn't close till 1900. Additionally, I presented my tax exempt card and the guy still charged me tax. He is required by law to accept my tax exemption. I will be reporting him for denying my tax exemption. He never asked me if I wanted to charge to the card on file or a different one. Retraining is highly recommended for this individual.

Leland HThe store was outdated and kinda dark and a bit messy. Person there wasn't really friendly, but not rude- maybe a cultural thing? I had to locate my vehicle from code on key and even asked which one and told this basically as an answer. Luckily, only 2 vans on lot. The check-in, drop-off and online service were efficient and text/email auto process nice.
