Get the van asked for. I was shown a van with 6'5" interior height and something like 9' long. Like a Ram Promaster or a Ford Sprinter. I got a GMC cargo van with 4,5' tall insides and 9' in length. Disappointing. That said the van was fairly comfortable to drive and got decent mileage. We got most of the storage stuff but not all of it. I was also told that a 10' truck would be there if I was not satisfied and I could get it as the same rate. It was not there nor was not offered. When someone from "central" or whatever you call your HQ says things the folks should know about it and be ready to do it. But, once again , the lady at Society Hill u-haul was wonderful!!!

The young lady that assisted us was very POLITE, very FRIENDLY, ACCURATE and KNOWLEDGEABLE. GREAT LOCATION, VERY CLEAN and VERY FRIENDLY!!!! See you next!! 

The woman working at the location was great. However I reserved a 10' truck to be picked up at 6:30 with mobile pickup. When I went to pick up the truck the UHaul website was telling me I would have to wait until the location opened to pick up my truck. Luckily I had a few people helping me move so we were able to get it done in under 4 hours but I find this unacceptable considering I had booked the truck for 6 hours. The woman at storage world was very accommodating and told me I had booked for a cargo van that then got switched to a 10' truck (I actually wanted a 15' truck and went with the 10' because it was the only thing available). I'm just a bit disappointed with uhauls user interface and booking system. What if I had been on a time crunch or had to take a longer trip?

Individual was professional and friendly. She was nice and explained all details. Any questions I had she made sure I understood before we continue. At the end she ask if there was and concerns and summarize the transaction. Very nice manager and down to earth professional.

I reserved remote pickup of a cargo van online in my app at Storage World. It was approved and confirmed,no problem. I called Storage World and spoke with the manager, a wonderful lady who confirmed my rental for me. But when I arrived to pick up the waiting van, I couldn't. I spoke to customer service and was informed that those vans could not be rented remotely. I called Storage World that sent a notification to the manager who graciously called me as I headed home without the van. She said she has rented that van remotely often and was at a loss as to why I was told that. Instead of leaving on my trip at 5 am the next morning, I had to be at the U-Haul place atv8:30 am, losing valuable time on my trip. I do not blame the local Storage World at all. UHAUL should never have approved the reservation if it was not possible. I am angry at UHAUL.

I wish the website for return was more user friendly. I had complications and not sure I completed all of the steps.
