Took way too long to get the U-Haul setup due to the system being down at U-Haul within the app. U-Haul guy called the store and got it figured out after being there for about 30 minutes trying to get the truck reservation I had already made in the app set up. Ended up making me quite late to where I needed to go by the end of the day (a little late for Easter plans). I get issues come up but some sort of discount/up front warning earlier in the day that the system was having issue would be appreciated.

I asked if I can drop the truck at a different location closer to me and they said yes but when I got to the location they said I can not drop it there so I have to drop it at where I picked it from which is not right.
