Annie DThe original drop off location was MFA in Chillicothe, MO. When I got there around 2:30 to 3:00 on Friday afternoon, 8 Sept, there was no one there and no indication it was even a U-Haul location. So, I called another dealer in Chillicothe, MO--Trader Jon. So, I dropped the truck off there and he said he would process it in that afternoo or Sat at the latest. It was not until Monday, 11 Sept that I received a call from U-Haul saying the truck had still not been turned in and I was subject to extra charges. It was then processed in on Monday afternoon. It would appear that both these dealers were too busy with their other business ventures to take timely action for U-Haul.
ROGER BThe employee was very nice, but failed to document that I returned the truck and dolly. I received a text staying that my equipment hadn't been returned. Moving is stressful enough. I shouldn't have to make sure your people are doing their jobs.
Colleen HThe location is confusing because it's also an antique store business. My Google maps took me to the store but the U-Haul trucks get parked in the back. It's on a busy street so I had to turn around and reroute. But it was an alright experience, I figured it out.

rANDAL NScheduling for pickup and drop off would have shorted me 2 hours of use until I called the drop off location and discussed it with them. It all worked out well. I didn't see an option to rent the truck and trailer for longer than 3 days or I would have. Returning the truck with. 1/4 of a tank instead of full is a pain to try and work out Other than that it was good the equipment was well taken care of and clean.

MICHAEL HAfter making the reservation, coming to the location the service representative said “Bold of you to assume I have a truck for you.” so I hope that once a reservation is made that guarantees the vehicle will be available when scheduled.

ASHLEY DWhen I dropped off the trailer it was a little difficult to find the office. It was inside an antique store. Didn't have any UHaul signs visible in store. Did see signs in the office when I asked for help. Told "UHaul guy wasn't in and to leave trailer in parking lot." Individual I spoke with could not answer any of my questions.
Edward WJon has always been very helpful. I have made four trips with a u-haul up to Chillicothe and he has always been able to assist me or even check up on me if I'm run in to bad weather and been a little late getting there. I had to make a trip back down to my house in New Mexico and he got me just the right size trailer to take my necessary stuff home until I could make my last return trip back to Chillicothe. Great customer service!
DEBBIE RJon did a amazing job going up and beyond making sure we had what we needed and helped us when the district dispatch tried to over charge us at a different location. Jon makes sure you get what you need, when you need it, for the price your quoted.

COLTEN MI am a older man and had two back surgery and hard for me pickup trailer hitch if the trailer had a jack on it that would greatly appreciated . It was a 6x12 trailer. Merci.
Dan WMake sure the vehicle is clean and safe to drive before signing it out to someone. The interior of the cab was dirty as was the bed. The passenger side wiper came apart before leaving the lot (in a rain/snow event). The dealer swapped that one out, but before going 4 miles outside Chillicothe the driver's side wiper came apart which I had to replace. The driver's side front tire only had 15 lbs of air which again I had to remedy. Not a good start to my moving experience.
