Nothing everything was smooth
George MI used the APP, and I found there is no option for me to do editing in case something I entered wrong. Each time I suppose to call and it was fixed quickly. But still will be good if customer will have option to change the date or time or drop-off location on their APP . My anyway I appreciate my experience with U-Haul!

Steven PHorrible experience turning in vehicle. Turned in on time but after hours. Could not fully access app to turn in. Could not share location. App asked "having trouble sharing location" and when I responded yes screen came up saying to leave keys in box. Was charged $20 convenience fee when app was not accessible.
Patrick MThe owner of the establishment gave me the vehicle at 3/4 of a tank of gas. Your app sucked, I had entered all fo the information on your app but it never went through, but didn't realize this until after I was about to return the vehicle. My phone was working fine that day outside of your app. When I returned the vehicle at the same level of gas he said he would have to charge me because the tank wasn't returned at full. I showed him a picture of when I received the vehicle which clearly shows that the tank was not full, not to mention that he was the one to drive the vehicle to me. The vehicle was driven for 13 miles and when I returned the vehicle I returned it with just over 3/4 of a tank of gas. Not to mention I had to wait while he cleaned the vehicle. This whole experience really has me rethinking ever renting from your company again. What should have cost me $42 cost me close to double because I had to fill the tank up PAST what I received the original gas level. The whole thing was a horrible experience from start to finish and I cannot I'm good conscience recommend your company. I am still fuming over the whole situation and the owner was nasty and condescending.

JOANS BMike was very friendly on the phone and in person. He hooked up the trailer and get me checked out quickly. I needed and adapter to get the trailer lights working which he had in stock and sold to me at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this shop if you need to rent any Uhaul equipment.

STEVENG BThey need better signage at the location. Confusing where "there" lot property is located. Not sure if there lot or neighbors.
Corey KI dropped the car off a day early on a Sunday and was charged an "After hours service fee." The drop off day was Monday, which was Memorial Day, so I probably was going to be charged this fee anyway. Seems like a scam to be charged for dropping off the truck early, not late. Everything was done online so there was no "extra work" for anyone to do.
