No problems- this location was great- they even called to make sure I was good when I was late to pick up the rental. Super easy return too. I'd use them again.

Mark RThe self pickup was a fiasco in itself, after "checking in" on the app, it said I needed to check in at the counter, which was not open. Then, after three calls with the local traffic agent, Talisha, who was an absolute Godsend, we had none of the equipment we had requested.

MICHAEL Sapp didnt work. geolocation permissions issue even when it was fully allowed for the uhaul app. had to call uhaul support and they sent me to the uhaul website to complete.

Christopher BTruck was locked behind the gate putting us almost 2 hours behind schedule. App for check in dispatched me without allowing me to check things over and add pictures or verify mileage or fuel level. Chat was terrible and had one response after 30 minutes saying hold on and ill check into that for you then no response after that for over an hour while I attempted to contact support via phone. Finally got through on the phone and was on hold for 10-15 minutes waiting for an answer. Terrible experience with the entire process.

Janet HI sometimes do need a small truck, but the equipment available on a Monday seemed a little sparse. What's up with that? Super busy at that location , great source for us who live at the top Flathead Lake . I particularly like U-Hail being on this side of Kalispell b/c on not having to navigate the truck/trailer through the higher traffic area.. The customer service in the store snd helping us hook up was above and beyond .
Shiela MFirst trailer had broken leaf springs on the curb side that was only noticeable when it was beginning to be loaded. It had to be returned the next morning and get a replacement. This was a major delay, over night plus an hour to return the broken one and get the replacement, in our use of the equipment. MAJOR INCONVENIENCE!!!

Tim GI picked up a trailer in Kalispell MT about 15 miles from where I was loading the trailer. Getting 2/3rds loaded someone check the break fluid in the trailer, was empty. I added brake fluid and brought it back to the pick up location where it was determined that a brake line was leaking. So we changed out the trailer and reloaded what was in the trailer ultimately costing a day.

Matthew CTreweek was a great company to work with, however the U-Haul Self-Service component took a bit longer than I expected and was a little tricky to navigate. I had originally signed up to pick up the truck at a location with service representatives to assist me, however I was rerouted to a self serve location.

AMBER SLess than one star! Beware! I filled the gas tank full a few blocks from Treweek, when 7/8 tank was what I needed. They wouldn't give me a receipt, said they'd email it. The next day I got a CCD receipt for $26,12 for gas, saying the tank was between 5/8 and 3/4 full. No receipt the day of return left them free to lie and/or siphon the gas and bill me for it. Corporate told me to take it up with the dealer, which I'd already tried.

Scott WEmployee Tamara was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked to return a still packaged, unused hitch ball she flatly refused to accept it. I will never do business with Trewick Uhaul again. I heard from employees at your nearby location that she has a history of being aggressively ignorant and rude. Some should address this in house.

JAYSON CI don't have any ways that this location could improve, but I do have a comment to make. I arrived fifteen minutes after this location closed, but I ran into the owners. I asked them what I would have to do to drop off the van and dolly I had rented. The owners explained where I could park the van and they explained where I could drop off my keys. Excellent work.
