DENNIS KArea was cluttered and kind of sketchy. There were no instructions on where to park the truck. Personnel were not wearing anything that indicated they worked with the U-haul service.

Marsha VI rented a 15' UHAUL truck from Truman Station. It was super easy to check in and rent. Urieal helped me and was really friendly and sweet. Return was super easy. I would definitely rent recommend renting from this location.
Audra IThis particular location has a selection to choose from. In addition, they have a long range of service hours, starting at 7am, which helps one jumpstart their day. Definitely returning back for my moving needs!
Mike HVehicle was dirty inside outside the engine light was on the tire pressure for let side front dropped 2 times I had to stop and pump air and Obviously the pressure light was on all the time antenna was broken the tank was 3/4 full when I got it they made me put gas full tank my mistake that I did not took photos from the gas Guage. Lucky me I took pictures from scratches without u_hayl stickers so I could proof the scratches.

JOHN RThe website/app didn't give prices for multiple day rentals. It only gave the daily rate of $19,95 and 0,89/mile. When I rented the van, the van's quoted rate for two days was $39 a day and 0,89/Mile. It didn't mention that the increased rate included 100 miles per day, and that additional miles cost less (.49 versus 0,89 a mile). I almost went with a competitor as the competitor appeared to have cheaper prices. The only reason I didn't use the competitor was due to equipment availability.

samantha fThe young gentleman that checked me out was great as always. The older guy that checked me back in saw me fill the tank at his station, looked at the gas gauge and said I needed more gas. Matching the tank to the paper is not easy. There was a very insignificant difference. He said to put another half gallon in and it would be fine. I expressed my discontent and said to charge me if he had to. Got the final bill and he charged me two gallons that added another $12 to the bill. Nickle and dime BS....

Armen CThe cashier name Ivan was very rude have no customer service at all while the other guy name Chris was outside helping customers. This guy Ivan was standing doing nothing there was no customer I was waiting there about 15 minutes and he wouldn't help me. I asked for help and Ivan responded very rude and loud you have to wait or just leave. now I understand why I hardly see people at this Gas station .
