I was surprised at how easy it was to rent the truck. You guys are awesome. You stay open until late and that helps people who are busy like myself to find time and finish moving projects when other rental companies are closed. I commended you for that, keep up with the good work!

Tires on vehicle were not properly maintained and we had a flat. Not sure who is responsible for maintenance but tire blew and driver side seat belt did not retract 2 major safety issues

What a great experience! We rented the truck for 2 days and ended up needing it for four days (too much stuff). Karem and her team were friendly and accommodating. We needed their care during such a stressful time. Merci!

Didn't know I had a link to do to return the truck. I was told to follow instructions on writing on wall in back of the building. That was difficult to follow and was not sure if was done correctly. I called and left messssge time and date I left it.

They call me the day before to say they did not have the size of truck I reserved and no dolly was available, that I need to rent a dolly in another location and so on. Very disappointed, at the end the provide the truck but no dolly.

The issue with my incredibly subpar experience was not with the location, it was with the Uhaul online booking and the customer service that followed I received a call only an hour before I was scheduled to pick up the original truck I had booked at another location and was informed that truck would not be available and they referred me to the other location and told me they had the same size truck available at the same time I was scheduled to pick up…it was about 5 miles away, so I said that would be ok Upon arriving at the new pickup location, the clerk seemed surprised that I was there for a pickup of that truck as the one hey had was already rented and was due back at the exact time that i was supposed to pick up my rental We had to call the person who had the rental before me and see if they were going to be retiring the truck on time…they answered and said they wound be about an hour late, which left me standing there with no regard for my time and with me having hired movers to assist with my project that I was paying and having to wait on the truck to return The only options were to drive 30 minutes to another location that had the same size truck or to rent another smaller truck they had at the location I was at. Renting the smaller truck meant that I would need to make 2 trips instead of one that I had planned on, thusly costing me more time and money Overall a very poor experience. I was compensated with a $50 credit towards rental and 1/2 off my mileage which I guess is all they could do but doesn't replace my time

The young lady at the register was rude at times. I love Uhaul but I don't think I will be returning to this location.

I was overcharged after I returned the truck. I called to discuss. The owner Karen was insanely rude and belitting. She told me to "just be quiet". The manner in which I was treated was disgusting. My phone was on speaker and my mother in law heard it. I would like a call from the Regional mgr/Sr person asap 540 446 4557 Tamara Dudley Thank you.

The truck bed had a leak. They put down blankets but they were soaking wet. I had to dry the bed with towels before putting cabinets in. I left their wet blankets in back of truck. So staff was very nice just needed a dry space to move furniture!

1. They had 2 trucks, one was broke down. Mine had check engine light on, and transmission was slipping BAD. She said it should be fine since the guy before you drove it.. 2. They over charged me in miles by almost 80 miles AND charged me for 2 days.. I brought it back 10 mins before it was due back!! Now I have to go there and deal with that because they won't respond to my emails and my transaction dispute claim. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION

Had the issue with equipment return I had the issue with second truck. It wasn't found in the system and it was a weekend. So they ended up charging me for an extra day even tho I called customer service and they put the note on that I dropped the truck off on Saturday night I have photos and videos of doing it

Unfortunately someone does not do their job and check mileage from the previous person. I am being charged over 120 miles I did not use. This was supposed to be being looked into and nothing has been done.

Karen and her assistant were simply amazing!! Karen showed me so much love and caring and I appreciated the way Karen was just so honest and really did the best by me and too make sure I had a successful shipment and delivery. I just can't say enough or share enough appreciation to the service I received!!

Hideous way U-Haul wants the return completed. They want it done on cell phone with customer having to have an "account" or you cannot proceed with loading information. I DO NOT have an account. How can I load the info you want? Mileage, time of return, etc...All I can do is drop the key in the box. I had to call some department on the 800 number to let them know the truck was back on time. Ridiculous......

Your online booking system is horrible. I went to 3 places before I ended up at U Got Mail, because the reservation wasn't available where I booked it. Got sent running around but I'm so glad I ended up here. The service was perfect and so was the rental experience at this location (U Got Mail, Buford, GA).

We ordered blankets and there were none. When my wife asked about the blankets, the clerk was rude and dismissive and simply said, "we don't provide blankets at this location". The pictures posted with the online check-in were not correct; there was damage all along the passenger side of the truck and none indicated on the check-out pictures. This location is also very difficult to find. Only two trucks located behind a grocery store! I will never rent from this location again.

Dropping off the truck after hours was not easy. The online service was not working, it took at least a half an hour to get someone on the phone....The entire ordeal was simply bad!

The truck was obviously damaged by the previous renter. That is not the location's fault. Also the webpage would not detect my location using Chrome on my Pixel 3 or my wife's pixel 3. I had to download the Microsoft Edge browser in order to complete the online pickup and return process.

We did not pick this location and it was sprung on us at the last minute. I requested in person pick up and check out but that was ignored and we weren't able to pick up the truck until after 10. Also the return was ridiculous because once again we were forced to do it online.

Worst customer service experience in my life, and that's saying something. Rented a truck here. It broke down on the scale at the local dump blocking business. I called the store and was given roadside assistance #. I called that and was on hold 45+ minutes and called store back to see if they could get through via website like I was being told on hold message. I could not since I had no coverage. They said it's a uhaul issue and hung up. They then refused to answer the phone for next 2 hours. Roadside assistance finally answered and refused to send help until I tried to fix myself, something about rear differential. Keep in mind I am broke down blocking a 3rd party's business. Skip yo end to save time. Uhaul said it was the vendors issue, the vendor said it was a uhaul issue after admitting I was hung up on because she has a customer come in the store. So I am now stuck with them pointing fingers and told I will be charged full rate. In the end I am left to try to get assistance from my credit card company because uhaul said a manager might call me back in 3 business days. Awesome day. Thanks uhaul for standing behind your product.

My issue with U-Haul is that I reserved a truck closer to my house and it was transferred to this location further away. It was my mistake not noticing the email that the location had changed and cost me time going to the location where I had reserved the truck.

The 17 ft truck had transmission issues and the truck would not re-start after we filled up with gas. We called the help line the had us put the truck in neutral and it started. This is very frustrating it was at night and this happened at a gas station.

Well, I had a 9am pickup scheduled and you cancelled my truck because I was more than 15 min late. I had it reserved for 2 days. You then found me one 10 mi from my original location. You then changed pickup locations on me 10 min prior to pickup time. I was pulling in when this happened. New location... an extra 10 miles out. Not happy
