Uhaul is about the worst for having NO DIRECT ACCESS to people at the local facilities. Shame on you for this extremely negative experience on a daily basis!!

From the beginning I have always received the best customer service from this amazing couple. Let me start by saying how polite and courteous Mr. and Mrs. Burke really and truly are. I had reserved a UHAUL truck back in 2020 and despite the mixup and error on my reservation, they delivered. Now I can't say that anyone else or any other location would have done the same, but the way they took care of it really speaks highly of the service they provide. I've gone in for multiple things as little as a single box to information about a storage unit and every time they welcome me with a friendly smile. They also make sure to take care of each and every customer that walks in through that door and treat them like a new. Next time you visit Mr. and Mrs. Claus, I mean Burke, make sure to greet them with a smile and respect, and they too will greet you with that 10x more. They are my favorite couple and I am very grateful for people like them.

When I picked up the truck it was ready, clean, and the sails rep walked me through each step. When I said I also rented a unit, he worked with me to review the unit before taking the truck. When I came back and had more questions, the owners and reps took time to answer all my questions. I will recommend uhaul and this location little elm Aubrey. This is a WOW! review. What ever the owners at this location are doing is amazing and if all uhaul locations were run like this uhaul should skyrocket in what ever market you identify.

From now on I will not trust the company; I will inspect the hallways before taking a storage. Highly recommend to drive an extra mile if you are looking for quality. Will be moving out my belongings to another U-hall storage next week.

Makes for an unpleasant experience every time I use the elevator. 2. Your dolly carts are in disrepair. They rattle and clank very loudly when moving which is made worse once inside the building and in the long hallways with metal walls/concrete floors.

The circumstances behind needing to move were not pleasant, but UHaul did everything in their power to make my experience with them as stress-less as possible. They were patient, kind, reasonable, and upfront--all of which I greatly appreciated. The rates for storage may seem higher, but I ultimately decided to go with them, because they do not nickel & dime you like some other places that might try to get you in the door with a lower rates, but then have numerous hidden fees. The unit is clean, climate controlled, very secure, and the perfect amount of space that I needed to house my belongings. I hope that I do not need to utilize their services frequently, but when I do and if I'm in the area, this will be where I take my business.
