No improvement is necessary, Steve and his crew are the best in the business. Of the dozen, or so, U-Haul locations I have conducted business with his has always been the pinnacle.

Tashina LWe wanted to rent a truck in Paradise, CA, but had to pick it up in Chico. We were apparently not given enough mileage allowance to make the trip to Paradise and then to our Destination so were charged extra miles. That doesn't seem fair. NOT the fault of the dealer in Weaverville.

george wThe people here are great. But my experience was awful. I paid $250 to go pick up a fridge that was an hour away. I told the guy what I was needing the truck for. I rented a ten footer or a "one bedroom apartment" size and the fridge was almost a foot and a half from fitting and I had to leave it there and return the Uhaul . I'm so frustrated and out $250- and still without a fridge.
WENDY GEverything was great except for one thing. I thought I had arranged to have my Ubox delivered to the Vallejo Ubox warehouse and was told that that was the case by several Uhaul reps. However, I learned while the Ubox was enroute to the bay area that there is no Vallejo Ubox facility and the closest one was in Hayward. It would have been more convenient to me to have the Ubox stored at a Ubox facility in Vallejo than having it stored in my driveway. Please make sure your reps have correct information in the future, especially about Ubox warehouse facilities.
JANE HThis is one of your best locations. They have a great staff, and the big thing, is they are consistent with their level of service. Never an issue, always done properly, and I'm always satisfied when I use this UHaul location.

I have known the staff at this facility now for over 30 years, as they have been very helpful in not only keeping me informed of any changes in rates and such, but they have keep my families belongings safe for many years.
