Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Pickup and drop off were excellent as always! This has been my third trip and one more to go. Have used both pickup and drop off each time. Always friendly and nice to work with team!!

The person at counter this morning wasd friendly and welcoming and efficient. The vehicle was clean and ready to go. On the return I was checked in promptly, given a receipt and on my way. Appreciate being able to leave my vehicle securely parked.

I arrived at 4360 Covington Hwy and was not able to pick the truck from there. After speaking with Uhaul Support they said the app gave the wrong address and sent to a different location. FIX your stupid APP!

The location was great but that was the worse truck I've ever rented. It was about to cut off, need front end alignment,change oil light on, and the back wouldn't close once we opened it. But overall this location usually do good.

Totally disappointed, over charged, lied to in my face. The tech outside was very good and very helpful, but customer service agent was terrible. She made me wait for 3 hours while she helped other customers and talked to her GM. Not to mention I texted the GM and got a response the next night in which he apologized for responding so late, and said he would call me the next day, and I still have not heard from him since.... Terrible customer service from the head down...Very, very disappointing.

The U-Haul we rented had a leak in the body and it was raining, we did not know there was a leak until we were unloading. A lot of our boxes and items are now water damaged.

I had a major gas leak that could have been deadly and this lead to a delay with moving and I'm yet to hear from the manager, 1 week later.

Put the accurate amount of gas when checking the vehicles, especially when the trucks are given to the customer passed empty and they put gas in the vehicle and still get told they returned it on empty and they took pictures to prove it was returned with gas that wasn't originally in it.

The truck I rented the sun visor was broken and it fell over my view almost causing accident things like that need to be taken care of before you rent a truck out other than that everything else was pretty good.

I was okay until my storage got totally destroyed by rats and raccoons. I was forced to throw everything away as I'm on my way out of town for a year; and the staff was VERY rude about me using their dumpster on site. B n I had no way to transport trash because I had planned on keeping my unit, that I've had for 7 years.

Make sure the truck will start. I was not told I needed to turn steering collar to the left for truck to start. Please check to see if trucks eotk properly without doing extra stuff.

Every single representative in the office is extremely helpful!! It's honestly becoming rare where you get people who go above and beyond for the customers but this location has that on lock!! Everyone is knowledgeable of the companies products and policies and they truly run a great store. I've seen them handle adverse and difficult customers and still remain professional and that's what stands out to me. I appreciate this location!!

Poor customer service. I reserved storage unit weeks in advance with a credit card on file. When I got to the storage facility, the unit I requested was not available which cause me to have to take the next size unit at a higher cost. Rep said take it or leave it. How can I leave it if I had a moving company moving my property. No consideration what so ever. I would not recommend anyone to this location or to uhaul if this is the service you render to customers. If you reserve a unit that unit should be held if credit card is on hold to reserve it. They were not trying to resolve the issue. I have this unit, take it or leave it.

They gave me a Unit where someone belongs was still in the unit but the lock was cut off unit was not clear out. Staff needs to do better and check things out before moving forward also staff was eating at front desk very unprofessional.

The only issue I had was trying to reach someone in the office onsite. I moved out my storage on May 14th and I had just moved into my home. I did not hey chance to go back to the unit because I also had surgery scheduled. I had been trying to reach the location before and after my surgery to let them know the unit was empty and to find out of I could send my daughter to sign any documents needed.

Facility refused access for the POD delivery.. Had to (last minute) redirect to another Uhaul facility. The change resulted in the storage cost tripling from the originally agreed upon contract. The entire ordeal was frustrating.

Uhaul is the worst. Straight cold hearted. Uhaul didn't even work with me during this crisis. All types of delays and scams that made my funds late and or stuck, and all Uhaul did was hound me about payments and add on late fees. Never ever will I do business with uhaul.

The manager is passive-aggressive, rude and does not follow through. Staff were rude and behaved as if you were bothering them, so I avoided the office unless I absolutely had to go in there.

This was a great location, clean, secure, well lit and 24hr access. It allowed me to move my things when I got off work. The only negative is there was no light on the inside of the unit.
