When using the self return function on the App, the process of uploading photos takes entirely too long. It shouldn't take 30+ minutes to complete the return process.

Charged me for gas after I put gas in it to the level it was at when I picked the truck up. They told me to dispute it I'd need before and after pics of the gaps gauge! It's like the old rental car scam.

Jarrett at U-Haul 375 Hwy 74 S; Peachtree City acted unprofessional and rude towards my sister and I as I was surrendering my storage. My sister Charlotte had rented a truck and got a free storage with her rental. Jarrett was acting confused regarding the free storage units and said that he would have to call his manager. What he was stating to her was incorrect and when I attempted to correct what he was saying, he rudely fanned his hand at me to shut up. My sister and I shocked that he did this and if she didn't need the truck and storage I would have walked out and reported him as I am now. He stated that he could not transfer the storage unit over to my sister and that she's have to get another unit and we move all the items in a new unit. He repeatedly asked us the same information and when I stated that he's already asked us, he sarcastically said, well I've got to ask you the same thing so it's nothing to it. Nevertheless, he gave my sister a storage about five doors down when it was one the exact same size right across from mine empty. He only did the storage and we had to ask him again for the rental truck that gave her the free storage. He says oh yeah and then gives her the truck. I paid for her truck rental which was $52.27. I used my card. They gave her a truck larger than what she needed. She told the lady when reserving that she didn't need the large size truck and the lady said well you can change it for something smaller. Well she requested for a smaller truck and Jarrett got her one. He readjusted the rental and the new cost was $41,57 having a refund due to me. I asked him was he going to give me a refund at the time and he said no that I'd receive my refund when she returned the truck. He told us to leave the truck under the canopy and keys in the drop box. We did and my sister received her confirmation that they received the truck back. However, by the afternoon, I still did not see my refund posted to my card for the over charge. So I went back to the office and spoke with Jade Dickie explaining our experience and disappointment as well as me not receiving my refund for the truck size change. She proceeded to go into the computer saying she understood what he did and would process my refund-she then proceeded to tell me that I could get a refund because we wen over mileage which happen to be the amount charged on my card already. We did not go over mileage and she insisted trying to tell me why want due a refund. She then said-I can give you the $10 but you returned the truck a few over mileage. I politely asked for my paperwork back and told her that she could keep the price difference. This is not true and dishonest just as Jarrett married our trucks tank was full when it was missing a whole quarter tank in which took a picture. I told him it wasn't full and so did his co-worker. He reprinted the paper after changing the truck size remarking gas filling. Jarrett said I would get a refund while Jade said I wouldn't. What was surprising was how could you charge me for what I had not done yet. $52,27 is what was charged on my card. My refund total should have been $10,7 and Jade said that my refund covered the over mileage charging me $52,76 or so. This amounts don't add up and from the paid receipt amount of $52,27 and her amount of $52,76 or so didn't make up an almost $11 difference. I wasn't going to argue as I just got my paperwork and left. Jade then calls my sister Charlotte trying to justify what she did and my sister told her how they were unprofessional and did not handle things properly. She states Jarrett's behavior also and that Jarrett told us that my sister would get w refund for the truck difference size. Jade then tells my sister that she's going to give my refund of $10,7 and that it would take about a week or so for it to post. I WILL never use recommend U-Haul. She pretended to be surprised by Jarrett's behavior saying it was out of character but she would talk to him. Well someone should speak with them both and address the unprofessionalism and games they're trying to play. What seemed to be just a bad day now seemed like normal behavior. Disappointing and should I need a truck or storage in the future, I will gladly utilize another company who values and respect their customers. All is forgiven for both Jarrett and Jade but not forgotten. I will not patronize such places. It wasn't very much traffic there at the Peachtree City location anyway and perhaps people didn't need storages or needed to go elsewhere to companies that values their business. I hope this is address and used as a teaching moment. Have a good day and a better tomorrow.

The truck was ready at the reserved time and the process was very easy. There was some dog fur in the front middle seat, but all the insides, including the cargo space, were ready and clean. The truck ran great and all functioned as expected.

I must admit, I was a little worried about doing this and moving 900 miles. As it turned out, this was the most amazing thing I could have done. Everyone I talk to was very helpful and so friendly. This was the absolute worst rental experience I have ever had. I'm not going to get into the entire experience here but I am preparing a tweet to put out for the world to see. From 2 days prior to my pick up all the way through the drop off this was by far the worst rental experience I have ever had. The inside of the cargo area leaked and we drove in the rain the entire time and most of my belongings were ruined. The entire experience from beginning to end was totally unacceptable.

Install cruise control and make sure the tire pressure is where it is supposed to be. Back tires were 89 and 80 front were 79 and 81 psi. Plus there was a wasp living in the defrost area of the windshield. The wasp flew around a few times but didn't bother me and I tried to coax the wasp out to no avail.

I think it was Alex who checked me in on return. He's awesome. Get more people like him. The app is terrible for renting trailers for motorcycles. Even when I did it on the app and went in to pick it up they basically asked all the same questions and then the trailer was wrong and we had to get it changed. Waste of time using the app this time. Previous times for "normal" enclosed trailers worked fine

After our previous atrocious experience with U haul's truck rental, we just moved out of our storage unit. ALL OF OUR THINGS HAVE BUGS ON THEM!!! They didn't just magically travel from our old house to the storage unit to our new house… I filed a complaint and I have not heard from any one at all about it. We deserve some sort of compensation so we can cover the cost to get all of these bugs exterminated. As I stated in my previous review about the truck, I will never use U Haul again and I will tell my friends and family to never use U Haul again. U Haul has made our moving experience absolutely atrocious all around!

- Montez was very helpful on our first call with both a quote and an appointment date. - The hitch was ordered and it was to be installed but Troy called to let me know the part was showing in the system but was not in inventory for some reason. - We rescheduled for 1/15/24. Troy was very helpful and extremely efficient with the time (less than estimated!) and told us what we needed and what we didn't (appreciate the honesty). - Only suggestion would be to inform customer about the bracket that was taken off and placed on the floorboard (original that was given back to us if we ever removed the new hitch). This would prevent customers from calling back with questions as to what this is, etc. - Overall, a very positive experience. I will definitely refer others to you for any work needed. HIGHLY recommend pickup during working hours when office is open and staff can assist. I have used the mobile-phone pickup before and it is a disaster trying to read in the dark, and mostly getting a good scan on the drivers license. Working with actual employees made it so much easier and less stressful.

The below average rating was for multiple reasons. While the location staff was accommodating, some services fell short of expectations. First, they had no appliance dollies to rent, and no dollies of any type to rent. For sale, yes. Next, the first truck brought out for service was in very poor condition. The rear tires were "slick" and unsafe. One of the four even had threads showing. The second truck had acceptable tires. The cab interior was not very clean and pretty worn. Lastly, we declined additional coverage, yet I noticed a $15 Safe Move coverage charge added to the bill. Please feel free to refund this amount.

Only two things need to be addressed at this location. The garage to door to bay number one was broken on multiple visits that had the lowest loading area for my trailer. Another issue experienced yesterday was a young couple backed up their work truck unloading small amount of items and leaving their truck that was empty in bay number two. My wife and I had to load our trailer utilizing the steps. On another visit in the past someone actually used bay one for parking the passenger car while unloading their rented 26' uhaul truck. They did agree to move their vehicle. If uhaul could be more diligent in repairing the garage doors and put up signs to encourage customers to move the vehicles once their empty out of courtesy to others. Another recommendation is to educate customers when they rent storage about these issues verbally and through paperwork that is highlighted in red. Through our experience with storage facilities this location was our favorite due to the friendly staff, cleanliness and the security.

Air Conditioning is not working properly. My portable thermostat shows 86F inside the facility and I pay for a climate unit. The manager told me that a/c technician was supposed to return to the warehouse to finish the work but they haven't heard anything from the a/c company of when he will returning.

First unit I opened was full of stuff. Then needed to wait for the next storage. Facility was dirty and not very clean. Needs to be dust and floors need to be cleaned once in awhile. Facilities in front are disorganized with all the U-Haul trucks. Should be at back of building out of the way.

I was super impressed with the extras that were available to assist in moving items in or out of storage like the carts, elevators, etc. and even had a broom and dust pan for when we cleaned out our storage area. Also, the employees were always friendly and helpful, ready whenever for whatever you needed. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone and everyone.

Storage unit experience was great. The truck rental experience sucked!! I didn't get the truck I reserved and was pushed into a 26 foot truck that was far too large for the job. When we first arrived to check in, the person did not seem knowledgeable, nor patient with UHaul computer system. Told us "this could take a while". Garrett politely stepped in to assist us. What a difference! He checked us in and followed up after we visited our unit. Garrett was excellent!

The local facility is great! The only issue was a reservation was made for me to get my items from the Ubox container on 27 March. When I went to the facility on 27 March I was told I have to give 24 hours notice so they can get the Ubox out of the warehouse. I had to come back the next day which in my case wasn't a huge inconvenience, but whether corporate made the reservation and it didn't show up or the local facility missed seeing it, that was a glitch. The local facility allowed me to get a storage unit for one month free which allowed me access without having to move the Ubox in and out of the warehouse every time I needed an item. That was great! Overall, a good experience from pickup to delivery.

A reservation was made for me the 24th to unload my U-Box on the 27th, but when I arrived the 27th I was told I needed to give them 24 hours notice to get the Box out of the warehouse. the facility is well designed for the moving public. the covered loading dock makes loading/unloading so much easier. the building is always clean and well maintained. but the best part of the whole picture is the employees there. jade the manager just fantastic,very knowledgeable and very nice and has great hair as does Ms Donna. the crew that works the counter provide great customer service and rent you the right size truck or trailer best suited for your moving needs. The only drawback was the initial measurements for the unit were a little less than what they were supposed to be due to railing etc. it would be better to list the useable space rather than the absolute measurement.

Seems all activities require the use of phones, however, either the internet is very poor at the location or there were issues with the Uhaul servers on the date of rental. I spent too much time attempting to access the rental truck AND trying to get my storage unit access. Then I returned the truck early and again the internet failed to complete the return. If service is going to be so dependent on internet and smart phones, these kinds of failures should be limited. I faced it 3 times in the same day.

When I went to pick up my truck that I had reserved the place was closed and there was a sign on the door saying that they weren't gonna be back until the next day. I had to drive 40 minutes away to get another truck. When I got to the storage facility the storage unit that I reserved was not available and I had to get a larger unit at a higher price. So no I would never recommend U-Haul to anyone else and I will never use you again because of the inconvenience that I encountered.. One more thing the access card that I received Denied me access when I tried to get back into my storage unit. The staff had already left for the day.

I was disappointed that my account was paid ahead more than 2 weeks into the next month, but U Haul was unwilling to prorate/reimburse that money back onto my credit card when I vacated the two units, leaving both available for rental over time I had already paid for.

Storage service is top notch and associates are friendly and helpful. Uhaul Corporate needs to fix the computer problems with the billing system. Over the past 6 months, my automatic monthly payments which are sent 3 weeks prior to the monthly due dates are not being processed in a timely manner. On three occasions I received erroneous delinquency notices. Fortunately, each incident was satisfactorily resolved but I should not have had to take any action to begin with.

The Crosstown Uhaul facility is extremely clean & easy to access. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, professional & very helpful. They went out of their way to be sure our move-in experience was as easy as possible. I would highly recommend this facility.

Too much money for little storage area and the access hours can be inconvenient. I paid my storage online and had friends help with extra vehicles come to remove my belongings from storage only to find out (after office hours) that the extra lock on my storage had not been removed, had to send my help away and ended up paying two extra months over $300 because of it? Overall these reasons made it an unsatisfactory experience.

The elevator door closes too fast, making a difficult job more difficult. You closed the garage bay door and made me have to maneuver a 15 foot truck around to get it out. And the phone wasn't answered by a real person when I called for help. You have an automated mess. Humans are moving.

Reserved a unit on line for later in the month only to learn from the local facility that the unit had already been rented and wasn't available any longer. What good is a reservation if it's not honored? Fortunately, I found out about this early enough when I called to ask a simple question and was able to snag another unit. The whole reservation experience was very disappointing.

The guy that helping me with my reservation was stand off & short. Not helpful at all. I had to ask another employee about the alarm for the unit. When I came back the next day to place more I unit I saw the sign about alarm. Went inside to get a card as the other other employee said. The 1st guy was there & still had a crappy attitude, I had to ask about exactly how to use the card alarm thing. With an attitude he told me.

I did have some difficulty locating my storage locker, so I went to the front office and the lady there was more than excellent in helping. She walked me to my unit and explained the "set up". It should be noted that my sense of direction whether in large buildings or driving is terrible - so it was no fault of U-Haul that I needed assistance. She was kind and very helpful.

Although the staff was helpful and friendly Uhaul's policies and reservation system was terribly lacking. I made a reservation for a large storage unit and when Inarrived at the facility with a full truck of furniture I was told that my unit was not available and that the particular size had not been available for a while. The solution that was recommended was to use two storage units but I would have had to pay for dollars more than what I would have paid for the unit I reserved. I would not recommend Uhaul storage to anyone ever.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The trucks were in good shape and the 1 month free on the storage unit is a great deal. The only thing that I would critique is that I had numerous small charges that added up to more than I anticipated paying for the rental. These charges were not itemized in the receipt and I am left puzzled about what each charge paid for. Due to my busy working schedule, I don't have the time to go back and ask questions about what each charge meant, so I guess if there was an error, your company would profit off my lack of due diligence to ensure I was charged correctly.

I reserved in advance. The Friday before moving I finalized so I could have immediate access on moving day on Monday. When I arrived, the green lock that I had been told would be removed was still on my unit. Also my key card did not work. Finalizing in advance was a moot point since the guy who served me didn't do what he said he would. My only two complaints. Other than that it's a great facility.

It was shocking to find two young men with attitudes so extremely poor. It took an hour to rent a 5 x 10 storage unit. If I owned this establishment, I would recommend these two young men never come in contact with a customer again. Bettery yet, they should be fired for their horrible conduct.. My overall experience was above expectations from the first unit rental in 2019 and then needing 2 additional units in 2020, which was a misunderstanding with the 800 number operator/scheduler. The local manager was accommodating and most helpful. The employees were courteous and expressed care and recognition of customers. Thanks for climate controlled units.

I reserved a first floor 10x20 unit and on move in date we got there and it wasn't available. Had to take second floor unit which consisted of using freight elevator. Made move take much longer. Also was told my unit would hold 4 bedroom house and I only had three bedrooms but didn't fit so had to rent another unit. The entire experience was not good.

I reserved a first floor unit three weeks in advance and when I arrived there was no first floor and had to take second floor and on top of that had an up charge for that unit. Very disappointing!

Record keeping needs improvement. Passed due notices sent on account that was paid 5 days early. Vacated all lockers last weekend yet billing continued on one locker. Other lockers were not updated.

Not sure how it works, I passed a lot of ( ready for customer locks ) on my way to the storage unit they said was the closest available. Other than that customer service was great. Very nice facility.
