I am super unhappy with my ending total amount of money my account was charged. I am also upset about not being able to access my account/rental thru the U-Haul app online. My rental was nonexistent??? Even when I looked up my order number it said it didn't exsist. $500 is a lot of money and I will be reaching out to corporate! As far as costumer service & the location of pick up/drop off .. it was good!

I had problems getting the app to work for mobile check-in and return. Thankfully, it was during business hours so I was able to get it done inside. The van was not particularly clean and only had 1/4 tank of gas. Overall, not a bad experience, but not particularly noteworthy either.

I called the night before and ask if I should reserve a van I was told I didn't have to when I got there the van was covered in snow so I had to wait as the staff member warmed up the van and removed the snow. It was the last one on the lot. Next time insists on reserving a vehicle regardless of what the agent tells you over the phone.

I on several occasions asked to help me take my lock off I let Russ know I could no longer afford the payment just to clear it out and sell it but payments kept adding on by the time of the sell it was over 1 000 for a 79 payment a month I lost it all and have this amount owing highway robbery I certainly cannot pay this.

On a One Woman campaign to deter people from using Uhaul in any fashion due to lousy customer service with truck rentals. This storage facility experience was great, BUT it's part of Uhaul and after 30 years of being a customer of Uhaul, I am NEVER DARKENING THEIR DOOR AGAIN!

you have my name on this illegal eviction notice. I did not rent this space. My wife did. I never had anything to do with this space. To be evicted because of the poor judgement of my son is ludicrous. Our Son did give a man he knew the card to come in to purchase a bike from him. He was not responsible for the actions of this person. Although when he went missing he suspected what this person was doing. They left, and the following night this man returned without our Son to "check" for open lockers. Our Son was at home at the time. this man was seen on camera and the mgr. identified him as our Son, as he was riding a bike my Son rode. (yes, he was buying the bike). The police were called and this person was arrested. My Son had agreed to check-in at the office any time he was on the property and proved he would as well during the 30 day grace period before the eviction on the 4th. We feel the eviction was illegal as it never went to court to be determined. that the person evicted (me) had never stepped foot on the property. this cost my wife more time and money to find another location that was feasible in distance. Guilt by association... strange thing is, the person who was arrested still goes to see another person who rents there and did prior as well. This eviction was unfair, a probation would have worked. Our son has never had a legal problem or any problems with the law or the police. This whole thing was handled improperly, and I WANT my name removed from this account as I have and do rent from Uhaul and do not want any future problems. Merci.

the only downer in my experience was the $30 in late fees the first month i had to pa. i was positive i had setup an auto pay for this space. so i didnt catch there was an issue until my contact person called and by that time it had accumulated 2 $15 late fees. The person on the phone was unwilling to help with the situation and that was frustrating.

I especially loved (1) the location of the back-up camera image (in the rear-view mirror), (2) the exterior side-view mirrors (especially the lower half for viewing "blind spots")!!!!!, and (3) the packing, furniture protecting "blankets".

Very unprofessional. Ability to reach someone to discuss concerns: IMPOSSIBLE. Chat was horrible and emails addressed nothing. Finally received a call from the location. I will speak with him in the morning. Need to do better!!! Representative was not transparent and did a horrible job explaining how rental would work. Agreement in writing did not represent what was shared. Online says optional on items, however then supposedly required in person. Very confusing.

Just want it in writing that the Van was originally parked over the parking line towards the storage gate. The one next to it was over the line as well. I parked it as close as I could to the original spot without getting in the way of the other van or the storage gate, but it was still over the line a bit. Promise I'm not bad at parking cars, I just did what I could to put it back how it was. No harm came to the van in my care. Merci!

Very convenient except I’m not sure why they didn’t make the tunnel 2 cars wide. 1 parked car blocks it and it’s not that big a deal to back out but I’d say that happened at least half of the time.

We would have rated Uhaul storage excellent if not for having to pay for a full month when we moved out on the 2nd day of the month. No credit offered will leave us with a negative experience.

This Uhaul facility is the best I've seen so far. It's clean, affordable, secure and the General Manager is extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Uhaul Storage facility !

I have absolutely no complaints about this facility. My entire home was stored there for 5 months. The units are clean and well maintained and the staff was very helpful every time.

The whole staff at U-Haul was amazing! The facility was always clean and well maintained. My items were stored there for almost a year, and during that time no mishaps or damage occurred.
