We didn't find the flat carts until we were done moving out, so we had to use the mattress carts. No toilet paper in the restroom Saturday evening. Everything else was great.

The location was OK, but I had reserved a trailer at a location in Arvada. I was disappointed I had to drive 45 minutes to pick up the trailer. Also, the wait time to check out the equipment was very long (due to other customers being ahead of me and only one person working).

I rented a small truck because that's all I needed. When I got home and opened the truck it didn't have a ramp rendering it useless to me. I called the location but was immediately put on "hold" which I was actually hung up on. I tried to call back many times and it just had me go to the main phone service. Once they answered all they did was try to call the location, and when they got back to me they just told me I had to go to the store to exchange the truck for a definite one. The truck itself sounded like it was going to explode the whole time and the steering wheel look like. I was making a left turn the whole time when I was going forward. I really hope nobody tries to take this truck across country because it will break down. I mainly just really wish you guys could post in big bold letters when a truck does not have a ramp because that wasted an hour or two of my time when I didn't have that.

The general manager was very busy but he got everything done so much faster than I anticipated. He was very helpful and I would recommend this to anyone. If I need to rent a uhaul truck I will make sure to go to this location just because of the guy that manages the place. He knows his stuff and even though he was a little swamped with customers he did it all with a smile.. which always makes any experience better. Give the man a well deserved raise!!!

I was sent to three different u hual locations. The app didn't work and a customer service person helped me over the phone to rebook my rental at another place. The trucks alignment and brakes are very messed up and a little bit sketchy to drive. When I returned the truck the woman told me I'd have to pay an extra $20 for not using the mobile app. I'm pretty frustrated with the inconvenience while moving my entire one bedroom apartment.

Isabelle was amazing I originally reserved and unit and it was not going to fit all of my belongings. Isabel went above and beyond and got me a bigger unit. She was great. The experience was great. I recommend U-Haul storages for everyone.

The only thing I notice is that when a customer shows up at the counter and they receive a call they should put the person on hold and attend the customer. But other than that everything was fine.

Great front desk person who greeted me and processed my vehicle order in a friendly and efficient manner. She was also there on my return the next day and was just as cheerful and efficient. I know it is often hard to find good team members. She represented U-Haul in a friendly and professional manner.

The Federal Blvd UHaul location was a pleasure to work with! The location is a little tricky to get into the parking lot, but with a little maneuvering and creativity, we were able to drop off a truck and trailer with ease. And the staff was a huge help in getting everything dropped off - we just dropped off and we were on our way! Quick and easy!

The price was far more expensive than initially stated on the website once the hidden fees are factored in (cost per mile, gas, insurance, environmental & road safety fees). Not to mention the app wouldn't even load when returning the vehicle.

The attendant at the Denver dolly location (on Federal Blvd.) was magnificent. She totally went above and beyond when she rewired our dolly as it had its cable cut previously. Seriously, give her a raise and then give her another one.

I had a lot of trouble returning the vehicle. Because we couldn't find the reservation. my app was not working correctly to pull app that I even had a truck in my possession. I had to go through 2 U-haul customer rips to finally get to an after hour's person. she was amazing! Help me through every step and kept me on the line until I was completely taken care of!

Everything went well untill I got a text message the next day stating exactly ( When will you be back to clean this dirt ) it seemed very rude how it was texted She then charged me 25$ to sweep up the dirt! That's totally understandable but a fare warning would been nice for the first time ever being there. I had a couple guys with me, from moving all day everyone was a little tired! And I'm positive it was a little bit of dirt that was swept up in literally 3 minutes. I understand you guys keep a well cleaned area for everyone, but I can assure you it wasn't a huge mess I then asked for a pic she then sends me a pic of a dude standing there and you can barely see anything on the ground! Besides that my overall experience was alright and the women who stated all this her name was Stacy.

Was NOT HAPPY, when I arrived to get the truck I reserved days in advance, to be told that I had to download the u haul app, and di whatever it asked for. I was told that this is now mandatory for all future reservations. What a damn shame,, yet ANOTHER American corporation going woke! How pathetic. Fuck U haul, The Corrupt Biden administration, woke, and all other America hating scumbags. I WILL NEVER USE U HAUL AGAIN.

Drop off location was shut down and blocked off due to football game. They didn't bother to call to let us know. Then charged us for going over our mileage because we were stuck in denver bronco football game stadium traffic. Then had to drive 6 miles and 17 minutes almost out of gas to go to a different location and U-Haul was no help due to the fact we had to fight to get to a location that was open and not blocked off

I think this may be par for the course but I filled half way on a flat surface and when I dropped the unit off on South Federal in Denver no one was around, but they have an incline in their drive that just so happens to make the half tank look less. I am sure they are padding themselves well.. I took pics minutes before I dropped it off. Because I know how some of these folks work. That costed me an extra 16.50..

The store manager Margarita Guttierrez made no attempt to call me back after I was not compensated for over $50 in additional gas I left in the truck. I find that to be unprofesional. The very least, return a customer phone call.

Was charged 140 for the rental. Initially I believed I had the rental for 24 hours because I was charged 72.00. I decided to check the rental agreement and realized this was for 4 hours. So I extended and was charged an additional 48 . I returned the rental 30 minutes late because I was caught in traffic however I contacted the location and told that it was not a problem. Not one time was it ever mentioned that I'd be charged an additional amount. I even returned it with more fuel to make up for the additional time. This is the second time I've been double charged by uhual. It's sad because I will never use nor recommend this to anyone rather I will recommend people to check out another company where it's 89 for a full day with 100 miles included. Sad to say but that's far better than the over 250. I was charged for my first rental in March and over 140 this time it's a complete scam especially when you advertise this truck for 19,99 false advertising, didn't realize uhual operated under such unethical/dishonest practices. I won't make the same mistake a third time you can rest assured.

Schedule a pick up for 10 AM in person at this location and was told OK requested a 20 was totaled OK at this location at when I got a text they did not have a 10 AM available and they do not have a 20 available. Why was I not told that at that store when I was in there also rented a dolly was said was sure went to pick up truck not clean no Dolly not a 20 26 was too big I had to pack loose load out stuff got broken. My unit was broken into and completely ransacked, I'm still evaluating what was stolen. Only one staff member was kind and helpful. Others were rude and dismissive.

The manager is very helpful and knowledgeable. The experience was positive and efficient. I rented a storage unit, it was clean with easy access. I liked that there are no hidden fees, the amount you see is the amount you pay. I visited another storage facility first, there was no comparison. I will use U-Haul again if needed. Merci

Water was leaking into my unit and when I brought it up to staff I was told they would get it fixed. I understand that roof leaks are hard to rectify and the damages to my belongings was not ultimately permanent due to the use of tarps and drop plastics. There was no urgency from staff to have me move into another unit without leaks.

Very misleading unit description.. I wanted a unit on the first floor for ease of use. I reserved what I thought was a first floor unit because it stated that's what it was in the description… come to find out at check in the guy said, "the unit is actually on the second floor and we don't have an elevator so your just going to have to carry it". Then the guy proceeded to upsale me on a larger first floor unit that was double the price. What a terrible way to do business - you guys should be ashamed. Fix the descriptions and stop ripping people off.

Moved because of terrible storage conditions. How is a piece of wire going to keep out people trying to break in your storage unit? Oh and its over priced. Moved to littleton storage. Half the price elevators and way more secure.

My move in was over 6 years ago. There was a leak near my locker but it was fixed right away. Since that time I've been provided very good service by everyone I have needed to speak with. Also I have peace of mind with the items being stored in the temperature controlled lockers.

The general manager of the store is never available for payments but assesses late fees on time for sure. Doesn't answer questions. Leaves the lobby unsupervised I could stand there for 45 minutes. Would never use this location again. It was literally the bane of my existence. The nice lady that did my move out was pretty helpful but I doubt any employees worth anything can last with that place. 0/10 would not recommend

My girlfriend and i moved out of a terrible roomate situation on a whim earlier that day with no place to live. We were able to rent a truck and find available storage for our things last minute. Luckily we needed to store our things for 3 days due to us finding our own place. I hadnt had a chance to let uhual know we moved our things out, but they called us and asked if we still needed storage. Overall it was quick and sufficient. Have never had an issue with uhaul.

My friend has 2 little ones, is on her own and had to move. She had her hands full and no help. I felt the need to help so when she asked if I had a D.L. I said sure, the least I could do right? Well we rented a van from uhaul, took it home and loaded it, it sat for 3 days why idk but I was getting nervous. I didn't want her to have to pay for it sitting any longer and when 3 in the afternoon rolled around, I took the van back to uhaul and turned it in. She was livid! All baby stuff they needed. Hope next time she stays on task. Of course uhaul didn't want to take it back with a load, but not alot of options for either of us. It was a nightmare. $200 cleaning fee, storage, truck refill... I thought I cant afford any of it. The next day a friend paid the fee of $90,54 to uhaul so my friend could get her things. I tell ya i was besides myself with the whole thing, but the ppl at uhaul understood what was happening and cancelled all the fees and just charged us for maintenance and refuel. I may have red flagged myself from renting there, but I am very happy with uhaul. Smh... :)
