The Box van was clean. The air conditioning does not work. It will not get cold There is a a problem with the viscos fan which hindered the gas mileage a lot. The van also randomly through a low tire code. I got off the freeway and had to check it, there was not a low tire. The driver side window raddled so much I thought it might brake. I put a bit of cardboard in it to support it while we drove. all in all, Not the best van I have rented.

Although the fellow checking me in did get me a vehicle when I arrived the pick-up I'd reserved several days in advance was not available. No pick-up trucks were available. I did get a van. What if nothing was available? I'd made arrangements, not just with U-haul. Not good.

Keanon H, You did an amazing job for taking care of your customers that were in line before your store opened, when it did and the many more that came after My Son and I. Gladly, we figured out that YOUR headlights were still on. I can imagine if your day took a turn, if you found out your car battery was drained. And respectfully, JUST SMILE, bcus I know Your smirk was present when we advised you about your car but I understand if "just waking up", was the reason. Thank You again!!

I've been using Uhaul quite often, every time is becoming more easy, process, depending services, and the most important from my matter, affordable prices.

Great customer service! After having my location for pick up change twice, we ended up driving quite a long distance in traffic to pick up this truck. Very friendly at everything extra that we needed in stock. Boxes, twine, and blankets to rent.

I reserved my 15 foot truck two weeks in advance, and when I showed up day of they had nothing available for my reservation except a 10 foot truck which meant i had to wait over 30 minutes for the manager to call other stores.I had to take multiple more loads with no ramp. I was pissed that I had to rearrange my day and schedule and spend more money due to error and "overbooking " on your part. It was a waste of my valuable time and resources. I will rent a Budget Truck next time Also, your online app is a waste of time and takes forever to return some thing I shouldn't have to download an app to return a vehicle.

I didn't realize that you had storage boxes. I would have stored my stuff elsewhere where I could drive right up and unload rather than having unload and carry all of it again. That was my disappointment of it all. Representative Rakeen was very polite and helpful in everything. Excellent service à la clientèle

The truck overheated and the emergency brake light came on. We were finished with our moving chores except we couldn't drop off the stuff to charity that we wanted because the truck was malfunctioning. It wasn't feasible to call road service so we just offloaded at home and dropped the truck off. Maybe better maintenance?

Pleasant experience. Sorry your vans got burned up Burien IS A HOT MESS. The service was great considering he had a lot to handle. Yes I will be back.

Rear passenger outside tire was low but didn't notice until I was loading, dropped off after hrs so couldn't pass the information. Overall great experience from this location.

We originally went to the Burien U-Haul earlier in the morning to see if there were any trucks available and the employee had told us that there were no trucks available for rent that day as they were all reserved and told us to call and check another location without even checking his computer. We then went to the Duwamish location and the truck we got died on us before we got out of the parking lot but this was at no fault of the staff that helped us we understand mechanical issues happen. The staff at the Duwamish location were professional and helpful and offered to find us another truck at another location as they didn't have any others available. The assistant manager of the Duwamish location came back and told us he had been able to find a truck available at Burien and he had reserved it for us. We told him that was the first place we had gone to and that they had told us they didn't have anything available. We then left and on our way back to the Burien location I'm assuming the assistant manager of Duwamish called the Burien location to find out why we had just been told nothing was available maybe an hour earlier. When we did arrive back at the Burien U-Haul the two staff members there were acting annoyed with us and asked if we had told the other location that we said they didn't have anything and then tried denying we had even been in earlier that morning when it was the same two staff members. They were then talking to us like we did something wrong and just getting them in trouble and didn't come out to assist with us getting the truck ready to leave and instead stayed inside on their phones.

I have to say, I really like this U-haul place. The people who work there are friendly, responsive, and flexible., There was a dent on one of the vans I rented, and I hadn't marked it in the pre-inspection, but the customer representative said it was already known. That means the staff is paying attention to their equipment. I've rented there twice, and everything went smooth as silk. Je les recommande fortement.

Met expectations. Reservation screens were good, but the "skip, don't need" at the bottom of each page should be easier to see. Or, there could be a "skip all adds", except insurance, would be very useful.

I worked with a gentleman by the name of Sugar Foote and it such a smooth and quick experience. He was very quick to get me all set up with my rental and was very clear on how to navigate the check out of the truck before leaving the lot.

The cab of my 15' truck smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I don't really mind, but others might. Other than that, everything was great! Sweet was funny, kind, and professional. Good experience.

There's nothing really that can be improved it would have been nice if there was parking on the property I had to park about a block away in the neighborhood but it's a safe neighborhood

The Truck ran very rough, the inside of the truck was entirely wet, the staff was bored and almost bothered with our contracted meeting.

It was closed, we did an after hours drop off. This was the worst Uhaul experience we had, our pick location and our drop off locations were both changed after reservation, and the locations were far less convenient (especially the drop off location).

This place is absolutely one of the best places to rent from. I've rented from a lot of U-Haul locations and this is by far the smoothest of them all. The whole crew Carlos, Keenan, Eli, Jesse, Seth all make the rental process seamless. I'm always greeted with a smile and the equivalent always is clean and in good working order. These guys care and I'm always so impressed. By far the best U-Haul in Washington…!!

I had a very bad experience. I rented a truck and a tow dolly I went and picked the truck up at Burien location and the tow dolly at tukwila location hooked everything up and the lights on the dolly didn't work there was only one employee at this location so I had to wait for 30 minutes to get that sorted out. The person working in there tried to get me a trailer so we hooked up the trailer and the same happened the lights didn't work by this point is already past an hour and half someone from u haul called me saying that they will get me another trailer but I have to drive about 20 minutes the opposite direction to get it by this point I have already lost my appointment so decided to go and return the truck so I ended up paying 20 dollars on gas and 60 dollars for the truck rental just wasted 80; dollars

Your phone check-in is ridiculous. I was under the impression that I would quickly check-in, get the keys and go. No. I had to take a picture of the driver (my husband), a picture of his ID that I had already provided the info from, and THEN contact info for 2 people to be verified. Nonsense. I ended up going into the office and sorting out the pickup. I'll never try your phone option again.

Had to pay for an extra months rent even though we had moved out. Units are hard to get to. The unit rented to us was infested with bees and did not have a lock. The next month we got emails and letters of collections because their system is messed up.

The unit we got was infested with bees. There was no lock and we had to fight the bees to put on our own lock. Then we ended up having to pay for three full months even tho we moved out a couple days after two. Will definitely tell others to go somewhere else.

The reason for my two negative answers are that I was uncomfortable with someone else having the keys to my storage unit. Additionally, the location and lack of secured access caused me concern. The staff was awesome, as was every service I was provided! I would definitely recommend it as a location for truck rental.

Uhaul has always been my go to storage place when I move into a new home. I love the convenience of getting into my trailer, and out, immediately.

Overall, expected experience for the price I paid. You get what you pay for. I visited the location a few times for my storage, and one of my employees is annoyingly incompetent. The main office was being renovated, so a bunch of customers were standing outside, and the incompetent employee walked by us a couple of times and never let us know we had to check-in at the garage, which would've saved the customers several minutes of waiting for nothing. To the employee's credit, how can you expect more out of him when his own management can't even make signs to tell customers where to go. Secondly, when I got unit 337, I saw that the vent had been ripped off with a screwdriver so that some junky could reach their hand in to grab stuff to steal and pawn for heroin. I was assured that the location's management would patch the vent up so that my storage unit would be secure. After storing my belongings at this location for almost two months, management never patched up the vent. Luckily, nothing was stolen.

We had a relative (nephew) move our items out of our storage unit. From interacting with Michael and his team when we moved things into the unit, we knew we could trust them and that they would also be flexible with these arrangements.

The staff was outstanding & super helpful. I'm not a huge fan of the 'trailer van' storage units. I was under the impression that these units were part of a bigger building, so that was a little unsettling especially because of the crime in this area. The only other complaint I have it not being able to reach ANYONE at U-haul on the phone. Your online system works great and I'm thankful that it all worked out. But not be able to ask a person a question before hand was a little unnerving.

Your staff is typically amazing so you must be doing something right! However, they seem to operate with little supervision and little training and few processes. They had no idea how to handle an upset customer (me) when I came in after my unit had been broken into. They need more support there. All they did was look uncomfortable and shrug their shoulders.Whoever the woman was that proactively reached out to me and finalized my move out was especially helpful the past few times I was there. I wish I knew her name. As far as the facilities, they are are dirty and stinky and messy. I wished we had moved out sooner.

I hauled this trailer from FL to WA state and the trailer pulled very nicely the entire way. The staff at the delivery location were very helpful and curtious, especially the manager Linda Price.
