The manager was very rude and disrespectful to me and the people that was at my storage unit with me on 4/12/24 telling me I have to get my motorcycle out of my unit and off the property so I did I moved out.Tina was her name.

My only issues are that the trailer for my car broke and some service representative kept calling me while I was driving even though it was resolved with another representative. Then I received an email today for another charge for the trailer being dropped off at wrong location. How about you pay for my hotel stay that your trailer couldn't keep the trip. I refuse to pay that invoice and if you charge my card I will dispute.

charles rThis was literally the worst experience ever. I've rented from U-Haul multiple times and have never had an experience like this. The employees were absolutely disrespectful and ignorant, almost like I was bothering them by my existence. When I walked in to get my rental the two women at the front desk looked at me and then completely ignored me and went back to playing on their phones. It was about 1minute of me standing there for them to finally acknowledge me . The entire time during checkout both employees were nonverbal towards me and were to busy on their cellphone cursing at her boyfriend and acting rude while the other employee repeatedly yelled I hate this fuckin job and place . My truck also wasn't the cleanest and had a low front tire that I had to stop and fill with air. I've been a long time customer and this experience was so bad I'll probably never return.
