They forgot to give me my dolly which made the whole move a lot harder for me and my fiancée and when I asked for a refund for that inconvenience I was only given the $7 for the dolly even though the whole move was made much more difficult because of it.

The new systems are terrible. Having to load your license each week is a waste of time, and the new equipment check in doesn't work well, and again is a waste of time. Miguel was very kind and helpful, the rest were very short, and o the rude side. While picking up my rental, the lady I was dealing with actually called another customer and talked to her in the ear piece while still dealing with me. If I can't get your attention long enough to complete my transaction, then why would I want to hand you my business?

The 800-customer service people should recommend calling the desired pickup location directly. I was not told I could reserve level 2 to be guaranteed the pick up location of my choice. As a result my reservation for truck and trailer were separated into 2 reservations ultimately making the price higher, and I had to go a much further distance to pick up my truck and tow dolly. The rep at the location was very nice and accommodating and was able to get the price adjusted for me to reflect the original reservation rate.

I was literally verbally attacked by another customer in the parking lot, very vulgar angry person! Once inside that person was first and I waited my turn when again the person that was with her started making comments to me and she started lying about me to the counter person (CJ S.) So, I began to defend myself and employee CJ S. began to yell at me and tell me to shut up. Another lady came to help the line and she took over the problem people, so CJ S. called me up and then said we have to make a report on both your files so go ahead and tell me what happened as I began to he yells out I don't want to hear about this I'm like you asked?!? we moved on to my rental and he began asking me to repeat the information I had already entered on the website I spoke quietly, and he would repeat what I said back to me loudly. I said can you speak quieter as I don't want those angry people to know my phone number and address that I was afraid of them, and he YELLED "you're afraid of a lady with a service dog!" I am like why are you yelling at me and yes, I am they were awful for no reason in the parking lot and apparently this service dog trick isn't working because clearly, she is NOT calm! I began crying now because this whole ordeal was more than I could take, and I said never mind I don't want this rental I will figure something else out. The other lady came over and dismissed him from my rental and she handled my matter. She came outside with me, and I found out she was the manager. She was a pleasant lady to talk with. CJ S. had stated 3 times while I was in there that we have to ask these questions because "remember that hospital shooting that happened well this is where the guy rented the U-Haul" Well all I have to say to that is I was trying to tell them that this woman and man were acting unstable as they were angry and verbally attacking me without cause cussing and name calling all in front of my 7 yr old granddaughter. CJ S. should be fired, and your employees should be listening to people trying to tell them things! And I should have never been yelled at by an employee nor should my personal information be yelled/shared with other customers! Especially ones that were being crazy towards me! Terrible experience all together. I have never had troubles with U-Haul before this and normally would recommend them However I would not ever recommend THIS Concord, NH location if that employee is still allowed to work there after what he did to me!

Right now I'm disputing my final bill. When I got the truck it showed 215 on the gas which is halfway. I called the office and was told to fill it halfway because that's what I was given. Also, the salesperson knew where I was going Concord to Goffstown, Goffstown to Sagamore Beach and then to drop it off in Wareham. I asked for extra mileage. Now, I'm being charged $82,18 extra for mileage and gas. I'm NOT made of money and I'm disputing this.

Truck was not quite the safest. Shifter didn't like to move to to position on the dash. Mileage on paperwork was wrong and I ended up paying more than I should have. The two employees helping me were very polite and helpful but busy upon returning.

Truck , was not out front on our arrival we had to back it out between 2 other parked trucks. I was never informed about the gas price, and really we went 17 miles which would be about 1 gallon of gas and got charged 27,97 for gas and returned the truck in 2 hours. I've had much better service with renting from budget.

I-Haul vans were parked bumper to bumper against the row of units several times. Think it was for an impending storm but wish they had been parked across the drive so I could've at least walked to my unit and gained access. I'm also confused as to why I had to turn in my lock when I had to buy it.

My only comment is that when I was moving items into and out of the door to the facility there is a large divot and it was difficult with the dolly. My items would fall off every time I went over it. They really need to fix it.

Only rated it average and would not recommend because U-Haul's pricing is too high. Concord's pricing is the worst because its in Concord, NH the Capitol and they figure they can get it. I dont like that and others dont either--

The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. I really want to stress that I find no fault whatsoever with those who helped me. They really made my experience. That being said, Uhaul's (the corporation, not its employees!!) policy of first come, first served even with a reservation was shocking and honestly made for a horrifying moving-in experience. I came thinking I would have a drive up outside unit, and ended up having to tetris my belongings inside a 4x8 1st floor unit and a 2nd floor 6x7 unit. Again, the employees of this location are great. The corporate policy of Uhaul of 'first come, first serve' even with a reservation will ensure I never use this Uhaul services ever again. It is a really terrible policy, I hope that will be reversed. Thank you again to the great employees of this location.

I ended my storage locker rental. Two days later I was billed for another months rent. I called the service number to get refund. I was told a message would be sent to the manager for a refund and I would hear back. One week later I have had no response from Tyler McGee.

Your staff was fine, the space was fine... but we were initially told by the national call sent that we were getting a drive up 10x10. When i got to your facility, there wasn't one available. I don't know what reservation system issue there is between the site & national, but that, for us, meant we had to find a 10 x 10 somewhere else, then move everything out of the tiny space you had avail... and only had inside access too. Aside from that, we were charged $20 late fee, because we weren't notified by phone or text that we were going to be past due... and ended up getting a US Mail letter, that was sent to our old address, forwarded to our new address... AFTER the $20 was already paid. I was told by national that they couldn't credit it, and that an email would be sent to the site manager. I still haven't heard from anyone about crediting that $20. I arrived yesterday to clean out the unit, after already having paid the month & late fee, and found a second lock on the unit, which I had to go inside & deal with. I'll be unlikely to use UHaul again for storage.

Bryan, the manager of this Uhaul location, was the most helpful person I have ever interacted with at Uhaul--or any storage/rental place for that matter. He helped me tremendously in a very unfortunate situation and has a great, customer-oriented attitude. 10 stars out of 5. Thank you!

Your manager Brian went out of his way to provide excellent assistance and help during our rental and check out experience. His demeanor and friendliness Were exceptional. And his staff as well. We think the whole group.

Expensive! Gaps on doors for exterior storage units. Mouse droppings everywhere. There's a thing called pest control, use it! Will never use this storage facility again.

They don't answer the phone. I had the central office email them and ask them to call me; they never did. I ended up mailing them a letter to ask them to call me when I needed help. This is not okay!

It was nearly impossible to get in touch with UBox Concord, there were regularly double charges, and when retrieved the boxes was was severely damaged.

Would give Excellent except for the fact that the gentlemen on, on the weekends, don't seem to be 'up to speed' on things as the women are during the week. I.E. A lock had been placed on our unit.

This facility does not return phone calls. Corporate had to send 5 messages to this faciliyt. One man gave me false information and the lady at the desk was rude.

I arraigned for a small unit online which, upon my arrival, was rented to someone else. Was given a larger unit and promised a call within 3 weeks, about smaller unit Never got a call & and moved out.
