Michael JohnsonThese poor guys had to clean up the mess that was initially in the truck. I was over charged for gas and am still challenging. I put in 10 gallons and they charged me for another 11. truck was only driven for for 73 miles. That equates to 3,47 mpg?????

I had nowhere to park whenever I went to return the vehicle that wouldn't be in the way of other vehicles.. other than that, this location was wayyyyyy better than my pick-up location.. the representative actually knew what they were doing.

Sterling SlaughterThe interior was in good shape; other than the smell of smoke. The truck itself kept saying on the dashboard, that the tow mode was on; which I couldn't figure out how to turn off. The truck had a terrible ride, and kept wandering into the other lane. And lastly, the app is not user friendly and they ask for too many prompts and pictures, before the return is complete. It's too dangerous in that part of town, if you are a woman, to have to get out and take all of those pictures.

You should replace the staff, manager and the region manager. You could tell this was the accepted culture in the office.

I had to show her how to enter the expiration date in the MM/YY format because she couldn't get it to go through. the date was June 2027, she kept putting in 627. I repeatedly told her she had to put a 0 before the 6. She wouldn't. She argued with me until I done it myself and it worked. I asked her which van was mine, she said I would just have to go out there to the lot and press panic and see which one started blowing the horn. After I got in the van, It said the front right tire was low (47 lbs while the other 3 were 62). I informed her that it was low and she said I could go to a tire shop and air it up. I was telling my coworkers and family about this experience, and no one can believe it. Also, we have an issue every time we check in for a reservation with it asking multiple times for a picture and a F/B DL picture that it sometimes won't accept. The past reservation, we would not have been able to pick it up at all, if someone had not have happened to been there after hours! This is unacceptable.

I kept getting the run around about the locks being cut off. I had a circular lock the unit was up for auction. The kept telling me a man in alley had the cutter. To make a long story short I was not working this was the reason for the sponsorship donation in the 1st place. We'll the bill grew again and it was up for auction again after ther would never cut my lock. On the 2 ND auction there was a technicality and could not auction the following month it sold and I lost everything. Simply because they would not cut my lock as they said they took there's off but did not cut the thebold lock they told me I was responsible for contacting a locksmith which I no is not true. When I called back they told me everything had been sold and picked up. This was very important things for my family. The integrity us this location is greatly questioned. I will never utilize them again I pray others have not been effected by this unprofessional experience. It's as if they saw the items. And went for it. Without following procedures.

The storage space was extremely too small and way too expensive and infested with mice. A storage unit 5 times larger than the largest storage Uhaul offers at Metro was about $80 cheaper. Mice and mice sh*t is EVERYWHERE! It's so infested with mice the poor employees are stepping on the like bugs. Like I said the employees are very good to work with and Uhaul lucky to have such a good staff under the poor conditions they have to work those ladies deserve a Raise!!!

I was able to watch her do it. So I'll be able to connect/disconnect the trailer on my own. But the unit my belongings were stored in was disgusting. Mice droppings ruined some of my things. I had to throw away some of my belongings while moving out. I'm pretty sure I'll be throwing away more. Once I able to go through more.

I hate that it wasn't put in the system properly stating that I didn't use the unit for a full month. Other than that, everything was fine.

I had to be out of the house the next day and because i missed my movers, my family and i had to move our things ourselves. Customer Service said all they could do was extend the truck to 24 hours but because it was us moving our own things, we are still not done! Some of the staff are very careless, their customer service SUCKS! And to top it off, the uhaul is currently stuck in the mud SMH

The explanation was given that the price reflected that. Had I known that I would have not rented. The manager is very professional and nice to deal with that was the reason I chose to rent after renting a trailer. When I arrived and found that the unit was misrepresented and not all the 6x8x6,5 area was useable, it was too late for me to switch. I requested a price accommodation from customer service and the store and was denied. I am not satisfied and I would like to discuss this matter with a resolution.
