I think the price point was great! The trailer was hooked up and unhooked by staff. I did not use two sealed bags of pads and was denied a refund, when refunds are given for unused boxes, why? All in all it was a good day!

Your app sucks. I reserved a van for 3am. It would not recognize my location and every time I tried to scan the bar code it would just go back to the same screen. I wasted a half hour at 3am in 30 degree weather just to have to go back in the morning.

Please educate the employees on customer care. We returned the truck and were subjected to what seemed unnecessary inspections ( about the operation of the blinkers/lights and if noticed any loss of power or some other strange symptoms)..utter waste of time

I rented a 17 foot but because the truck behind had keys locked in and couldn't be moved I was given a 15ft but was not told until I asked..when I asked for miles to be given in case I had to make 2 trips was told I would be charged lower rate and still pay miles. I didn't get everything in the truck. Was charged for 41 miles..The truck smelled of cigarette smoke..The online pick up and drop off were extremely frustrating

It's advertised at $19.95. Because we needed to drive 30 miles, the price changed to $45 and we needed to fill the gas tank up to 3/4 of a tank. We dropped off at 32 miles, gas tank where it was when we left and got charged over $60. Not impressed.

I paid for a furniture dolly and it was not provided. I went back to get it a d was told they were out. When I picked the truck up, I was told they would go get the dolly to load onto my van. I should have been told at that time that none were avaiable so I could make other arrangements.

The am agent was friendly and courteous. He did forget to load the hand truck, but, he had it ready for easy pick up. The pm agent was the complete opposite. Perhaps, he had a bad day, I don't know. I walked in as he was talking to another customer. The customer had a reservation for two storage units. I arrived at 4:45, I don't know what time the customer arrived. The customer was told he'd have to wait until the following day to get his units, because uhaul had a process.It takes 30 minutes to process regardless if he has a reservation. The customer was frustrated and wasn't informed of having to arrive 30 minutes early. He had two truckloads and just wanted to get his reserved units and unload. The agent lost his cool ti the point where the customer asked him to chill. It was a very uncomfortable situation as a customer waiting to be helped. Please feel free to check your cameras to get a clear picture. The agent needs coaching on professionalism and empathy. It could have been handled differently with a better outcome. Always put yourself in the customer's shoes, think about how you would feel if your expectations were not being met. Treat your customers with respect. Keep a level head, this is business not personal! He was a jerk to me too, but, I didn't let it get to me.

the lights in the hallway where my unit never seemed to be working when I was there making it difficult to see inside the unit without having to use a flashlight. Other than that issue my experience was pleasant.

The move-in back in December didn't go well at all, so I don't have a good experience then. The move-out was fine. The bathroom is filthy. Every time I've been there - probably 8 times since December and the bathroom is always disgusting. The sink and toilet, and floors are dirty. Obviously not cleaned very frequently if at all.

I loved UHaul when I put my stuff in storage three years ago. Now I Would Never Recommend Them!!! I got a Ton of Overdraft Fees... After I'd Gone On A the App in Advance To Notify Them Of The Move Out Date, After I Had Paid Them For a UHaul Truck, After I Had Returned Their UHaul Truck, and After I Had Gone On the App A Million Times To Upload The Pics Of The Empty Storage Unit, and After I'd Spoke With Stephanie at the UHaul Call Center Because The App Wasn't Working For Days and Nobody Ever Answers Their UHaul Phone!!!!!! She Manually Went Into The Employee Portal and Emailed That Specific Store About Their UHaul App Not Working and Notified Them Because I'm Disabled and Don't Drive, And She Manually Deleted My ATM Card Information and Stephanie Told Me That Way If They Didn't Get To It For A Week or Two Then There Was No Possible Way They Could Have Access To My Card and Charge Me, In Fact They Owe Me A Refund For All The Days I Had Already Paid For In July Due To The Fact That I Overpaid UHaul!!!

The loading bay was FILLED with garbage. I mean FILLED. Couldn't open the second door into the unit so have to haul stuff fitting only through the door with the lock. Could barely open it all the way with the garbage behind the door. The unit numbers were not clear at all. No signs pointing to which way to go per your unit number. There was a rat poison trap in my unit which was not a good sign. All the lights were off in the hallway on the upper split level and it was pitch black dark. I had to use my flashlight on someone else's door to even see my unit. The signs to even get into the unit for the first time weren't clear. It didn't tell me on the app which security system to use and which was to first alert the security system I was there and then the one for the actual garage door to open up to the docking station.

Rented a unit for 2 years and never had a single complaint about it. Definitely recommend them for storage and also easy truck and equipment rentals. I should add, its air conditioned/heated! We moved everything from unit to truck inside the a/c. We also made use of all the free to use dollys and carts. They really make self moving an easier experience.

I have to go in to get an access card or number to be able to get into my unit because the guy at the counter was having issues with the system and couldn't set it up for me. I was not told the hours for access. And I try not to make recommendations to others for anything.

I've had continual problems with U-Haul from Cathedral City, Moving Help, U-Box customer service, and this location. On 12/8 I called to give 24 hours notice that I'd be there w/ movers to unload my 3 U-boxes. I asked that the boxes be dropped next to the storage unit so easy to unload. I was told that they would be ready, no problem. On 12/9 we arrived on time, and were told that no one there could move the U-Boxes to the storage unit, and 2 of the U-boxes were facing inward w/ no access to the doors. We spent 45 min moving items across the snowy, icy parking lot from 1 U-box to storage. It was slippery and dangerous. I complained again about the lack of communication and that I would've scheduled the movers to a time when the U-boxes would be at the unit. Finally, someone managed to get permission to move the other 2 U-boxes to the storage unit, and we were able to unload both boxes within 45 minutes. Today, 12/16, I received 2 email notifications that I was charged $108,85 for 2 of the U-Boxes monthly storage fees, even though the boxes were emptied and returned on 12/9. I've made 3 phone calls today. The unauthorized charges to my card are pending. Someone will supposedly get back to me within 72 hours. Yet one more screw up by U-Haul in the never ending saga of screw-ups. I regret even getting the storage unit now. I should've just moved it all out of any place owned by U-Haul.

The person at the uhaul location was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. However I rented a 20 foot truck and the phone agent reserved a storage unit the size of a closet. Also due to homeless people coming into the facility they had to lock the doors at 7 pm we arrived at 6:45 thinking we had till 10 pm… if I did not have a garage I would have had an issue

We rented a unit that would keep musical instruments and electronics from freezing during a home remodel. Customer service was always great; when we rented, when I couldn't remember which unit, when I needed help "checking-in" and the loan of a broom and dustpan while checking out. I am not a new customer. I simply updated my charge account information and received this notice. This being stated, I would like to question why I got a Delinquent Fee notice for $24,99 on 11/14/2021 at 10:53 AM and then a payment reminder on the same day, 11/14/2021 at 12:49 AM; less than two hours later? After calling and waiting for what seemed a half hour, I was connected to what I assume was a call center because the phone number for my local U-Haul Storage dealer in Spokane Valley, Washington (Unit #1096) seems to be a main number and not specifically tied to my local one. I was told by the first lady I spoke to, that my Visa Card expired in October of 2019 and that was why I received the delinquent fee notice, whereupon I stated that I would like to dispute the late payment penalty. I was then transferred without notice of to whom or to what department I was transferred to and spoke with a gentleman with whom I updated my bankcard information. He told me there was nothing he could do because it was my responsibility to update my charge card information. Up until this November payment, my account has been debited every month since November of 2019 and I have received texts including autopayment notices and a rate increase but no notice that my card had expired two years earlier. I used to receive rent reminders on the first of every month up until November of 2018, when I received autopayment notices only. It is a bit disconcerting when I am given no notice that my scheduled payment has not been received and then given less than two hours to remedy the situation. Should whomever reads this have an inclination to do so, I would appreciate this text being forwarded to your Customer Relations department. Several issues at this location: When I tried to call with a question - could not get the staff on the phone, ever. When we mentioned that, they chuckled. And didn't provide any explanation. Got a late charge even though I had auto pay turned on. Overall, I was less than pleased with the staff here. The facilities were fine.

I used the storage unit for over 25 years. It is safe and secure. The climate control of the units is outstanding.The people working there are very friendly and helpful. The only reason I have vacated my unit is because my lifestyle has changed as I have gotten older and I want to rid myself of many possessions.

UHaul is a joke. Customer service takes too long to get ahold of, and rarely is able to help you before having to make 3-4 transfers. In person, the processes are ineffective and confusing, and interactions take upwards of 20 minutes for operations that are streamlined and efficient at other businesses.

What made it tolerable in a very stressful time was the store manager Stephan . He was so nice and helpful could not have been more kind or accommodating...He also amazed me at how he could run the entire store and all it's different tasks and still help every customer with a smile . I'm extremely disappointed I have been trying to speak with the manager and only get the voicemail I was over charged and the staff member I was dealing with was rude I asked for a supervisor and he stated manager wasn't there I went to find another worker outside when I came back in with the other gentleman a female employee was there said she was assistant manager and the wife of the employee she was also rude and accused me of making false statement when I told her I felt the employee was rude. I want to talk to the manager to resolve the over charges. I have called several times to resolve this issue and can't seem to reach the manager. I'm very disappointed with the customer service.

We only returned a Ubox. Ubox was fantastic but phone contact is horrible. Extremely long wait times, usually to a central number that knows nothing and transfer you to other sites that know nothing.

I spent about $4000 moving U-boxes across country and storing for 6 months. I was charged an entire month of storage for 2 days (because I was on automatic payment) DON'T DO AUTO PAYMENT!
