I WOULD like to buy one of your little "paper" bank trucks but was told two years in a row now that you didn't have any in stock! Why? People would buy them like hotcakes.

Greg PerrinEverything went smooth . Staff was excellent , and very friendly . Vehicle was clean , easy to drive and took the load with no problems. The only thing that's an issue for me is the pricing . I rented a van for 6 hours for $19,95 , with a Dolly for $10 . It's the cost per mile that gets me @ 0,89c a mile. Then you have U-Haul tax, state tax .I drove only 43 miles there and back across town. The total cost was $97. 75 , plus $10 that put in the tank to fill it back up. False advertising? Probably not, and I'm not sure who to blame , but Joe Biden isn't doing me any favors . I like U-Haul, but it's a pity prices are so high. There is a free months storage available though , so fair enough.

Gary WalkerHorrible. Messy. They had uhauls backed into other uhauls. Then I woke up to a $100 charge to my card because they charged me $4,25 per gal of gas instead of $2,39 which is what gas ACTUALLY COSTS. Since my app wouldn't load, and had to contact the service number, the real person I spoke with DID NOT tell me they would charge me for that. I had thought I filled up the tank to the proper line, I guess the line is whatever they want it to be bc they have full control over the reservation and posted information on there. On top of that, when I made the reservation for Blanchard to Tulsa, they gave me over 60 miles SHORT of available mileage. As if they were anticipating to charge me $1/xtra mile driven. I'm disgusted by this company. It wasn't like this 5 years ago last time I needed to rent a uhaul. I've had a legitimate break down over this entire process and if I could sue them for emotional distress I would. Steer clear of these people. Especially if they're in Tulsa, those people are twisted.

TRAVIS ELLIOTTThe customer service was Excellent. We had a problem with the door not opening because the items in the back had shifted. We had only 1 hour to get the truck unloaded and back. I called and spoke with the Manager and was told not to panic, but do what I needed to do to get the back open and bring the truck in afterwards. After a few cuts and bruises, we finally got it opened and was able to the back open and returned the truck in due time. YES, I've used this location before and will continue to use if needed in the future. THANK YOU

On more the one occasion, I've been made to feel like I'm a bother when asking a question. The most recent encounter was when I got the last couple of boxes out of my unit. I attempted to let the guy wearing a ponytail know that I was out of the unit, but the door was locked and it was a few minutes before 7pm on Saturday. I then knocked on the door and was completely ignored. I thought maybe he didn't hear me, so I knocked again. He then walked from behind the counter and just when I thought he was coming to see what I wanted, he went the back and turned the music up, blasting Rebel Yell by Billy Idol! Completely unprofessional and unbelievable!

Besides a little water damage on a few items, I always felt that my things were safe and environmentally controlled temperatures. I've seen many things get ruined by NOT USING the environmentally controlled storage units. It might be a little more expensive but it's an investment in your things.

And tried to speak to them about the online booking. I didn't use this again and I am not mobile to go into A place. I also saw a dead rat on the floor when I was moving items into my storage unit.

A man named Dedrick and another guy Derrick who probably gave me a fake name were the worst two employees I have ever met. I politely asked to pay my bill after staniding in line for twenty minutes. The response to my question was a scrunched up face made to appease the customers he was helping and then blatantly ignored. It was only after I stated "really youre just going to ignore me" that my question was answered with the most monotone "it will be a minute sir" ive ever heard. I was in the store to make a payment. But after being treated in such a manner I just got all my belongings out. Those two employees cost a customer that had been there for nearly five months. And was planning on being there another 5 months or more. Now I have my parents ashes in the trunk of my car until I find another storage. Trash service them two guys.

Now I've rented a much larger, better unit and I'm working on consolidating the two into one. Here's why I wouldn't recommend your location: small elevator, hard to get in and out of the building with loads, stairs and small weird shaped units. All of those things are because of the building and out of your control and I'm sure you are aware, but that is honestly what I would tell anyone asking about the storage there. Everything else was great. And everyone was very helpful.
