I cannot think of anything needed to improve upon. Ryan was excellent. I was not prepared and Ryan went above and beyond to help me. He is an assett to your business. 

The employees were so nice and talkative. The woman made me smile and feel great about getting the Uhaul. She's a very professional person but also shows her true happy spirit and I loved it. The man also was super nice and helpful and again made me feel good about getting a uhaul and when we went to get the trailer even explained what he was doing as I'd never done anything with a trailer before. Super nice people working that day, super professional and amazing vibes. Thank you for being you.

My agent, Natalie was absolutely the best agent I could have received!! She was very helpful, friendly and knew and did her job fantastic !! One thing that I would highly recommend changing with the uhaul vehicles is the windows. I didn't even think they made rollup and down handled anymore!! They can cause accidents. I would definitely switch to automatic windows in your vehicles.

There is nothing really to improve everything was straightforward and I was able to hook up the trailer and go. And returning the trailer was even simpler. The worker was getting some of the trucks ready and I was there about 20 minutes before they opened and he checked it in as returned for me so I was quite happy I didn't have to wait.

When booking the truck online hidden fees you don't let your customer know, I believe you over charge so I'll make sure I don't recommend you guys to any of my friends and family. I rent it for 4 hrs but turned it in 2 hrs and a half early, and still got charge almost 60 bucks. Shame on you .

The van was not clean there was previous clothing from another user and dirt in the back which had to be cleaned before moving anything as it would stain the clothe of the furniture unless wrapped.

The people I worked with were awesome. In a place like Hammond, it's refreshing to meet competent and knowledgeable people who don't seem miserable at their job.

Everything was great from customer service to receiving the rental and everything was well established. The only thing that I had with my rental was the back brakes were some what bad and it needed a tune up, but it ran very smoothly. Outside of that, I still give this location a 5 of 5 , because I know this will be addressed and taken care of. Looking to do more business with this location in the near future.

On Friday, March 1 2024, I called U-Haul in Schererville Indiana on route 41. The call was transferred to a representative in the cloud. He was polite and helpful with the trailer I needed for a one-way trip from Schererville U-Haul to the Monticello Indiana U-Haul. he placed the order but When I arrived at the Schererville office, I found out that the trailer that I needed was not available for one way, it was only for in town . This information obviously was not available to the cloud guy. The gentleman at the Schererville store was very helpful in finding me an available trailer for a one-way trip. This would be a half hour trip, out-of-the-way, from Schererville to Hammond Indiana . The gentleman at the Schererville office made the arrangements for a Hammond pick up. I made arrangements to pick up my item with a gentleman in Crown Point Indiana in a specific time frame as he was leaving town. So the additional hour of travel time to pick up the trailer in Hammond and head to Crownpoint made made my arrival late by an hour. This was a bit stressful and I was not happy being transferred to the cloud guy whom obviously did not know the policies of the Schererville office. The gentleman at the Hammond Indiana U-Haul, was professional and helpful with the hook up of the trailer. Once again, this was a stressful situation and made my appointment late by an hour. Merci.

I don't understand why I couldn't get a refund if I couldn't get my things out of storage to use the truck. I brought it right back and was charged the full amount. That rule needs to be changed because its an inconvenience for me and I'm sure for others

This is the only facility that I will ever use the workers are so friendly and helpful. They met my experience and all of my needs and they're always smiling and always have good things to say. This facility is the best also. I would like to add if the you would put a credit card scan in. That would really be appreciated thank you.

The Equipment/Trucks/Unit was always really clean and very easy to use. I could tell that everything has been maintained well and is in good condition. I am very pleased to share my incredible experience that I had at this U-Haul location and really wanted to highlight the phenomenal General Manager Natalie Wiliams and all of her outstanding work, genuine efforts, and faithful commitments. Every time I come into U-Haul, Ms. Natalie is very kind and attentive to the customers. I was also able to observe how the General Manager Natalie Williams treated her employees with professionalism and with so much kindness and warmth. I think that is why I feel like they are all my family every time I step foot in this location. I also want to highlight the other Manager Derrick he has been Amazing as well and I recall seeing this young man still maintaining his integrity and respect for the customer being disrespectful towards him. He handled that situation with grace. The other exceptional employees that I have encountered have been Thaibyrius, Allen, and Kehinda. They are very welcoming and polite. They are always ready to assist and super resilient when finding solutions to issues that may arise. I am so grateful for this team of people, and we truly need more like them in the world. Thank You all so much, I really enjoyed my experience at U-Haul.

Nothing. The guys at that U-Haul location really have it down. I was in and out in less than ten minutes, the van was extraordinarily clean, and their customer service was exceptional. Very impressed. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

For the rate you charge you should offer more space. Also how do you force your clients to buy your product after purchasing the unit. That's not business friendly. You don't know what financial situation your customers are in to demand that they buy your lock for their unit. You should be very clear that an 8 x 8 only fits half of a three bedroom apartment . You also need to work more diligently towards restoring your 10 X 10 units because you had a lot of customers asking for it but it's still under construction at that location.

Rodent infested, majority of the staff has nasty attitudes, don't greet you, have outside conversations when assisting you, talk about other customers in front of you. I will not suggest this storage.

My only qualm is the hours. I had a previous storage unit that gave clients access codes so they can visit outside office hours. Their hours were much earlier and later comparatively. This facility was great, clean, and nice overall.

T he two women clerks (can't remember their names) and Brandon Adams (the male clerk) were extremely helpful and work to accommodate my immediate need for storage. The facility was well kept and they were all able to address my questions. I highly recommend this location for storage and UHaul Truck rental.

Alma Leal was the store associate who assisted me and she was incredibly helpful. She explained the terms and conditions of my contract; she showed me where my storage unit was and gave me tips on how to store my items; and told me that she's worked at this particular U-Haul location for 16 years and there's never been an issue with customers' items being ruined or stolen, which gave me all the confidence I needed to leave my things behind. Alma is an all-star associate and without her help, I would've gone to another storage facility. She was literally the best!

I had an appointment and I arrived 5 minutes early. I waited 20 minutes just for someone to acknowledge me then I had to wait another 15 minutes while the rep helped someone make a reservation instead of giving me the keys to the truck that had been reserved and checked out during the mobile check-in. I will never recommend uhaul to anyone

The employees were more than helpful and nice. Only issue I had, was I did not receive the items I preordered with the truck and storage unit. This included the bed covers, boxes, etc. which was fine because I didn't end up needing those items. I believe I was still charged for them though.

I love this place. I have my property for one year and seven months and everything was in great condition because you have the temperature nice all year long. My collection of magazines and other documents are in excellent shape. I am recomending this place to my Friends and Associates. I got the feeling that one day, I will be back!

I will like to personally thank Mrs. Natallie! She's great and all in one fabulous. She showed concern and met my every need. She also have her staff well train. I mean they were all like family I felt the energy when I first came into the store last year! The staff shows gratitude, love, care, sympathy and most of all excellent customer service!! Tezz and most of all Natallie thank y'all!! The young lady Patricia I met when I received my things made it seem as if she been there longer then the time frame she had been, she just fit right in, I love it!! I paid $59,95 a month of November it does need to be prorated i took all my stuff out of unit #190 Wed November 27th that leaves 3 day's left should be prorated of the amount of $5,97 back on my debt

This storage unit belonged to my brother who unfortunately is in a nursing home. Although his unit was located on the 2nd floor, we were able to get his belongings without any problem.

Very disappointed. Lateesha was very rude. We got a unit on the second floor with a very sketchy steep stairway to access. We had to move a fridge among other heavy things and it is a safety hazard!!
