I returned my trailer to this location, only after trying to return it to another location the night before. I used my app, as I was advised to, to do an after hours drop off. The app advised me to to to 111 S 10th St, Killeen, Tx 76541. It said to park the trailer on the lot. So I followed these directions. When I arrived at the location, it became quite apparent to me that I was in a terrible neighborhood and unsafe. I was traveling alone. This is not a place Uhaul should be sending anyone alone, especially after dark. And then to top if off, the lot was locked so there was no way for me to park on the lot and chances were too high that it would be stolen if I had left it next to the lot. Here are my issues: 1) This lot is in a terrible neighborhood and no one in their right mind would want to be there especially after dark, much less a woman traveling alone. 2)You sent me to a locked lot where I could not leave the trailer anyways without risking all the hassle that comes along with it getting stolen. 3)This all happened after a long, long day of driving. I would love to have just gone to my hotel room and just gone to sleep, but instead, I was sent on this wild goose chase, so you took my time up unnecessarily that night and then I had to postpone my early departure in the morning to take to a more reputable location and spend more time getting this done. So I am not happy about any of this.

John L.I didn't know in town pickup meant it had to be dropped off at the same location. I was re routes to a location far from my house so when I was done using the trailer I returned it to a location close to me. Still it was within 15 minutes of the original pickup location. So imagine my shock when I'm charged $277 for the wrong drop off. This has never happened to me before. I have used uhaul several times in the past and consider myself a loyal customer and have recommended the service several time. I filed a dispute with my bank but if this situation is not rectified with a full refund then I will not use uhaul ever again and will recommend to friends and family they go look elsewhere. However if the situation is fixed and my money appropriately refunded (the wrong drop off fee) then I will continue to use this service as I have done so in the past.

She also made several mistakes, including bringing me the wrong size truck (after I had to wait over 20 minutes for her to go and look for it). She then loaded the equipment into the wrong truck, and I had to move it myself from the misloaded one. Overall, my experiences was probably the worst I've had, having used U-Haul in several states and locations, here. At lease, I will say, the representative was kind and thanked me for my patience. Still, if I had a reservation it would have been great to have had it ready, rather than have wasted so much time here which would have been better spent on my move.

Gathered my belongings went inside to check out was kind to the attendant. All I got was “I'm not doing, I can't, call the 1800†to all the clients I understood the extra detail charge I gathered my things the attendant forced me to go back outside and would not check me out inside. I felt like a dog with its nose in mess did you do this? Clean it up AND I will make you pay. Forget U-Haul ever again. It cost $600 when I reserved a 12ft trailer but was told they do not do hitch hook ups once arriving. I was given a 10ft truck. That had a check engine light on and was told it's normal. For the king of god almighty you were awful people

REGINAL F.The only problem I had is that I had left too much gas in the tank. I filled up the tank for the trip. I did this because I did not know how much the truck would burn with the load. Going all the way to my destination. I was told by the clerk at Hicks, where I turned it in, that I was not going to be reimbursed for the $33 worth a gas. that left in the tank. I received the truck with 1/4 tank of gas and returned it with a 1/2 tank gas. The truck was very fuel efficient cruising at 65 mph. I had very smooth ride, I was impressed. But would like my money refunded for the 1/4 tank of gas, which is roughly $33. Times are hard.

The employee was the one who checked us in, took payment and then went outside to help us hook the trailer up and complete an inspection. We were fortunate that we had only two people in front of us. By the time we left, there had to be at least 10 people in line behind us. Definitely need to have more employees on hand to make the process more efficient and timely.
