Christopher RHire more staff please! Dillon did an amazing job with my hitch installation. However, we were told when I booked this appointment that it would take 3 hours, or from 7 am - 10 am. We were not able to pick up our vehicle until after 12 noon, as the office was swamped and he had to assist and help in other areas that pulled him away from my vehicle. We were driving to Boise, Idaho right after the appointment that I was promised, so it delayed us by two hours. Please hire more staff so that you can assist people and honor your commitments! Merci.

It was a little little difficult because they were many people who had purchased auctioned units who were trying to fill them while we were trying to unload my apartment into a storage unit which caused some challenges and delays but your staff and your facility were excellent.

Krsna BNearly 20 years renting from U-haul and this is the first location that has charged me fuel service charge. Gave me a truck with 1/4 tank I filled with over 17 gallons of gas. 170 mile range according to UHauls site, drove 131(29 miles trying to save $60 on my rental at U-Haul's prompting) miles and said the tank was at 1/8 tank when I returned. I pride myself on returning rentals in better condition than I received, including ensuring fuel is at least where I received it to ensure there is no question about fuel fees. Called a U-Haul representative and those 20 years as a customer meant nothing to them that I returned their equipment in better condition than I received. Very disappointing.
Jonathan DEverything was going to smoothly until I got to my unit. There is a support beam in the middle of my unit making organizing a hassle. Nowhere was it advertised that this specific unit has a support beam in it and it's really disappointing paying the same price for one of the obstructed units.

Technician was amiable during check-out, but what a huge waste of time waiting an hour for them to begin the scheduled service.

Removed and did not reinstall the plastic frame cover When asked to reinstall was damaged and not secure. Said it was fine. Not sure drilling frame and leaving off protective components meets manf standards. The installation video clearly shows not drilling the frame and trimming the cover in a way that allows reinstalling

abs a | Premières impressionsThe unit was supposed to be 5 by 10. When I measured it it was 4 1/5 by 9 1/2. I just used a unit in Boise and the unit was 5 by 10 exactly. My storage barely fit it the lake Oswego unit. Was not happy. The service was great though.

I want to be their competition. Everything I experienced would be a definite upgrade with my own establishment. The staff within switched hands to my knowledge but the experience was effortless. Small ego/maturity issues with some of the younger male staff members throughout our stay. I don't have anything super negative to say. The manager went the extra mile for my family and that one act erased any hard feelings. 24 hour access is very helpful. An inside unit with alarm and surveillance was equally nice, drive up access fells VIP private.

I had a month to month storage unit and moved out 10 days after my payment. At first they said they do not refund the amount of the month not used. I have used numerous storage units and they ALL have refunded the prorated amount. I then spoke with the General Manager, Aaron Omlid, and he seemed annoyed that he had to fix this and refund my money. He told me it would take a little time but should have my refund in the next couple days. I then received a phone message stating they had the incorrect CC'd number. I returned his call and left a message. He NEVER returned my call. I stopped in the store and provided my CC info, still two weeks later, NO REFUND. I have tried calling the store and can never get through. They DO NOT answer their phones. I have called Aaron's cell and he DOES NOT answer his phone and his VM is full. This is stealing!! I want my refund!

My storage rate was way more economical than I had expected. In Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, All of the staff were GREAT! Especially Renee. I was stressed with having to move my stuff out plus it was 106°. I unwittingly chose the hottest days of the year. Ugh! Renee deserves big time kudos. Every interaction with her was positive even when there were customers waiting, phone calls that needed to be answered, staff that needed instructions, etc. She is remarkable and is worthy of praise. She helped me with all solutions and recommended using two Unboxes which solved my problem. I had a U-Haul hitch installed. I bought the hitch from her but she couldn't install it right away. She took the trouble to call store in Spokane and they installed it the next morning. WOW! All the staff were GREAT there also. I had begun my quest thinking I was going to buy a hitch and rent a 5x8 covered trailer but soon realized that it was not feasible. The two boxes were Renee's idea and they worked out perfectly! She made everything simple and easy. She really knows her job well. Corporate should hold onto her with both hands. She's a fantastic asset to the company. Sorry, hope that I'm not being too effusive but she made my task easy and stress -free. I simply love U-Haul and will ALWAYS have my business. Thank you so very much. Bob Galten

Mary found a space close to the stairs since we had a second story unit. Dollies were available for us to load our boxes, and move-in was fast and efficient. The lock was brand new, and the unit dry and clean. We're relieved to have a safe place for our belongings, and easy access to our unit whenever we need it. Merci.

I've used self-storage previously, but this is the nicest facility I've ever seen. The drive-through drop-off area is sheltered and warm, there are plenty of carts and dollies to get items from your vehicle to your storage unit, and the interior is a comfortable temperature, and kept very clean. We considered an upstairs unit, but chose a first floor unit because there is no elevator. This is the only downside of this facility.

No one seemed to know what to do.
