It would be more convenient if access hours could go till 11:00pm instead of 10:00pm. I would recommend the Medford UHaul facility to everyone. Melanie & Kenny are the BEST! Excellent customer service! Complete & clear instructions & guidance. Friendly & professional, & very helpful. A true pleasure both times I rented a truck & both times renting a storage unit. Facility is extremely clean & neat. Entire process is customer friendly & easy.

I would only recommend a lounge area for customers that have to wait for the hitch installation. Maybe a couch or something more than a plastic folding chair. 3 hours is a long time to wait and comfort would be nice. Merci.

Location is likely fine but I had issues with the uHaul app not working for after-hours app based pickup. It was glitchy and would get stuck in different steps.i tried different phone as well. I ended up wasting 1,5 hours of my reservation. Code based padlock was rusty and difficult to open. The truck was clean and ready however ramp was rusty and difficult to put back in place. Overall I think the app needs major work in reliability to make after-hours pickups more seamless.

Always a great experience renting from here. I come here 2-3 times a year. The crew is super helpful. Bryan K and Dan D were a big help. I also met someone new and she was also very helpful but I didn't catch her name. Merci.

The card swipe access at the front door is rarely used by anyone and the alarms for the units only sound on the first floor. Whenever I spent time organizing or moving things, I had to bring earplugs to dull the frequent alarm sirens. Glad to be out of there.

Customer service is terrible. The information for the order was entered incorrectly. I couldnt make changes. I received a call saying the vehicle would be report stolen if not returned by Sunday evening. (We are a business, no one here on Sunday). The guy who called me had a hard time explaining payment terms. I asked for a manager, that was a joke.

Was having trouble with the 24/7 app when trying to return the rental. Not sure if it was the WIFI or not. It was pouring and there and the overhang was not sufficient to keep me dry while attempting to take the pictures of the vehicle which I had to do several times because it kept dropping on the application.

The truck I rented was clean but the sun visor on drivers side was broken and hanging. There was actually a hole where it should snap into. The wind noise was very loud on drivers door to the extent that it sounded like the door was not closed all the way. Great location and the employees were professional.

First time I got a car trailer and nothing went wrong …paperwork and car hook up was done in 15 minutes definitely prefer this full trailer over the 2wheeler

My original reservation was made for coram and I had to switch to this Medford store. It ended up being a really good thing the store is huge they had everything that I needed and I ended up using less miles from there

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had, not only was I charged over $700 more they were late with my boxes they had one of the boxes with someone else's name on it and called ME to see which box was mine . When I got an email of the higher amount I called right away and asked for investigation to pull the call so they can correct there mistake, I told them I do not authorize them to charge my card. I said it four times and the lady said don't worry about it. They won't two days later I was charged I didn't want to be charged until they finish the investigation with the claim it's been over two weeks and no manager has called me. They only called me about a voicemail that was left, because they made a mistake and did not know that the box was mine . U-Haul in Medford. New York is definitely not recommended by me.

The storage unit was excellent. We had an indoor unit it's not temperature control, but it was nice and convenient. Cleaning people were always around cleaning the bathroom as well-maintained and clean. The units are like new and is very clean and the service is very nice. I would definitely recommend you all storage.

The facility was not secure. There were multiple times some guy was sitting by the entrance in a car doing drugs, using the restroom, and lighting fireworks. After I notified the staff they said they would handle it but I saw this individual multiple times after. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my truck and unit knowing someone could just walk in and or come and go as they please. I'm pretty sure this guy didn't even have a unit. It was very frustrating. I also experienced a few staff members who had very poor customer service. Two who weren't welcoming at the desk, one who approached me in the hall saying "Hey!!" To get my attention, it just wasn't the best. It was also $100 more than the new unit I chose for less space and less professionalism.

The guys at the counter were great! The storage unit I got is big and clean and new. Very convenient too! The best part was I was able to return my U-Haul rental right there after emptying the truck into my storage unit. . I would definitely recommend this U-Haul storage.

There was NO ac on the 2nd or 3 floor. My brother and I have two units on the 2nd floor. We moved some stuff in and could not breath on the floor. How are we supposed to go through our things with no ac in this weather. This is supposed to be climate controlled. We were socked by time we walked to our units.

The original unit was marked available in the computer system but was not available for move in. The second unit was also not available to move in but the computer said it was. The third unit was ready and I took it. Staff was very helpful and apologized immensely for the computers errors.

I never had such an unpleasant experience in my life. Due to the pandemic my husband lost his job and im in long term care. We were very good customers always paid on time we knew in January we were going to be late the manager gave us till the 27th then licked us out a few days later when confronted he was rude and lied about not having the conversation. I've never used a storage facility that did this .

I've been through a lot this past year. I was happy not to have any problems. I've rented from them and stored my items. The gentleman who helped me getting my unit was very nice and helpful. When I picked up my items. This young man named Sean helped me with my items. I want to thank them both for being so kind to me! Keep these gentleman .As for good help and proper upbringing is harder to find. Thankyou 

When i went to close out my storage unit i had the front desk girl hit on my boyfriend to my face and also my account was never closed out. I stayed there an hour waiting for her to tell me everything was taken care of only to find out 6 months later I'm still being charged for this nonsense. Horrible experience. I'll never use uhaul ever again.

I'm moving from my apartment in with my dad due to my mom's passing. It's been a very stressful time but the staff at U-Haul made it so easy. I reserved a storage unit online then went there to finalize the details. The whole process took no time at all and it eased my anxiety from this whole situation.

After a long day of storage unit searches that left me quite unhappy-I was pleasantly surprised by the lower price and MUCH better quality I saw at this storage site compared to others in the area. It was a clear winner. Dan, was helpful and reassured me of the safety, cleanliness, & orderly manner of which the facility and company likes to maintain their units and building. I wish I had come here first instead of spending more money for a tremendously poor quality unit elsewhere.

At this point I've used U-haul for U-boxes, Truck Rental and storage. I can't say everything has been as smooth as I'd like, but I am very happy with how pleasant the staff have been and impressed by their willingness to help correct all the issues. Should I ever need services such as these again, I would definitely return to this facility.

Renting this storage unit and moving in was the easiest business transaction I've had in a very long time. The staff at Medford uHaul was excellent in the past and they still are excellent now; and the brand new clean modern climate controlled storage unit - with sensible contract terms - is exceptional! The facility is very clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I used them in the past and was pleased to see that they now have indoor climate controlled storage units for rent. It's really convenient to be able rent trucks, purchase moving supplies, and rent storage space all in one spot. The bonus is also using a brand new facility. I know that our items in the unit will remain clean, safe, and secure. This is one of the best uhaul facilities on Long Island!

First went to the Bellrose, NY found the staff to be rude, then went to Hempstead, NY, staff great- the staff that dropped off and picked were also great. phone help was polite and very useful TY

It is hard to say whether or not the U-Haul location facility was exceptional but I can say that the individuals who delivered my U-Box were very kind and returned my U-Box to my campus on time.
