I think the truck should have a full tank of gas. It's time consuming and irritating having to go put gas as soon as I get the truck. It's easier returning with a full gas of tank for the next person too.

Having uhaul as our storage for all these years has been nothing but a pleasure there were times we could of used later access but other than that amazing experience we wouldn't move out of we didn't move to a new area. We always recommend friends and family to Uhaul storage

The store was short staffed on the day of my visit. The store manager said this was not normal as a number of employees were out with an illness. He was very pleasant and gave us a discount for waiting longer than average time.

Employee named HD was very rude when I came in today on 4/2/24 to confirm my over-nifht equipment return of tow-dolly. I advised that I dropped off early since the app said I could do so, and he i.mwduately became defensive aje event stated "you must have an android phone," and that I shouldn't have done such although the app said I was clear to do so. His negative and sarcastic attitude wasn't appreciated at all and doesn't leave le with a good impression of Uhaul.

Ease of use of 24/7 pick-up. A couple of issues I had were that the truck that was assigned to me was blocked by a tow dolly so I had to go in and ask someone to remove it. Also, the truck that was assigned to me was on empty so as soon as I drove off the lot the empty fuel warning came on. This caused me some stress, so I wish the truck was at its usual 3/4 gas level.

I have to share, this has been one of the best locations I ever had the pleasure of working with. Adrian, JD, and the young lady that called me to extend are all very professional, pleasant and patient. I was just sharing my experience with family last night. In the last week I've rented a truck from this location 3xs and it's consistent! Great customer service and clean location. One of the cleanest!! Great job to JD and staff! Thank you!!

Train your young people, particularly a young man to remove the sunvisor from the window before starting and moving a vehicle, he literally almost hit someone and then turned around to try to blame the customer very unprofessional, and I will certainly not recommend this location to anyone

I received a phone call confirming my return location. I SPECIFICALLY asked the agent if after hours returns were available because I NEED to return the truck the same night. They said "yes" but they failed to mention if I needed to drop off after hours the app is required. I spent 20 minutes or so just trying to figure out how returning after hours worked, and this was happening around 11pm in a new area. The actual time spent on the return was 5 minutes.

I was provided with information for one truck and then sent another link fir a teuck that I verified the information. The clerk who checked me in was rude saying I didnt verify the right truck. I told him to just charge me as I know that I did verify I was in the right truck. Why was rebtal $86?

There was only one person working the counter who was servicing two customers at a time. The representative at the counter conducted herself like a drill sergeant in boot camp, barking orders during the whole transaction. I have never experienced anything like it at any other U-Haul location. The picture i was supposed to take would not upload on the link and no one available on the lot to assist. In addition, no one brought the truck to me as I had to find it myself. Very unsatisfactory experience.

I don’t understand how I don’t get reimbursed for the truck when I didn’t even use it I literally only drove it one mile and when I brought the truck back the said I went 3 miles like the location wasn’t even 1 mile from the store let alone 3 so pretty much wasted $32 for nothing

When I arrived Saturday morning at 9:45am to pick up a 26 foot U-Haul Truck, there was a substantial amount of customers waiting in line with only 1 customer service representative working. She was amazing running between two separate desks to keep the line moving despite the continuous influx of customers. She treats her work with great attention to detail and is very consistent because this is the second time I have seen her on a Saturday morning taking care of what seems the entire business by herself. She is clearly a key employee. I wouldn't hesitate to hire her for my own business. The name on my U-HAUL is Meagan L I hope whomever reads this takes the time to commend her as she deserves every bit of praise!

The checkout process for the truck was longer than expected. This was not the fault of the employees they were doing the best they could with only having 2 employees for a long line of customers. This location is clearly understaffed. As far as the truck goes the maintenance is lacking because the steering was absolutely terrible I struggled with driving it because the alignment and steering of this vehicle was horrible! This truck should have never been given to any customer in this condition it is a safety hazard and complete negligence on the companies part.

I got to the facility around 7 pm to move my stuff into the storage unit, but was told the facility is closed. I told the employee, that the Uhaul app said they closed at 10 pm, he stated that it was incorrect. We had to leave with the uhaul truck and inconveniently move the stuff into the storage unit the next morning, and also the truck in.

I rented a 10 feet truck. the rental experience went really well. I am pleased and satisfied. One thing that I noticed was that there were no usb outlets where to plug my phone. Yes there was the cigarrete lighter option and the 110 adapter. Yes it is nice to have the the last two options but the usb option is most prevalent in most cars and this truck did not have it

I picked the truck up and headed to the storage to load it and realized there was a lock on the back which prevented us from loading the truck. I called roadside assistance and they said it would take an hour for someone to cut the lock. Nobody came so I called again and they said there was miscommunication and someone would be there in ten minutes and that took another 30 minutes. I am upset because I had to wait and could've been done sooner. I would like a credit.

If you have a known issue with people stealing gas from your vehicles at night, the vehicles should be inspected in the morning and the customer should be informed, when the vehicle is assigned to the customers. The positive outcome, I received a gas refund upon my return.

Keep up the good work! I was extremely happy I was capable of walk in up the desk and get my key since i had already completed everything online through the self pick up option. And It was even better to received the best truck on the lot. (it didn't smell like cigarette)

I received email indicating I need to pickup from one location. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, I was told that my pick-up location is transferred to the new location. I need to go there and pickup truck from there. I went to other location and at other location I was told for the trolly I need to go back and pickup from there. How inconvenient that can be for any customer you can imagine. For returning the truck and equipment, I was required to go to two locations.

Access Hours are only available during office hours, which was really inconvenient as it was the reason to choose the storage unit in the first place. Customer service from a certain employee was poor as they were condescending and didn't help me at all. The manager here was kind and understanding and helped me get the storage size I needed even with limited availability.

In August 2018 when i first got the storage room no problem payment on time even doing covid pay my bill on time in 2021 that's when it started to get crazy didn't want my niece to hav access to the storage room she been on my list of proof authorization to go in there and they still wouldn't let her go in there at the beginning I told them I get my disability money on the 3rd of every month and I can come in on the 4th of every month and pay it no problem from August excuse me September 2018 come forward all of a sudden when my niece started paying the bill that's when problems started happening U-Haul went back on their word but it's good she said she took everything out and closed account so I don't have to worry about helping her pay the bill no more and whenever use U-Haul ever again I'll find another company if I ever need a service like that ever again and I wish I can give you a bad rating

My storage was way in the back with no doors to access. $80 a month was a little too high for the size storage I had but other than that it was ok

Uni1912 was stolen 2 times and unit 0151 was also stolen from these people! Unit# 0151 I paid a monthly payment of $181,9 plus $14 of the insurance Unit#1912 I paid $141,9 plus $14 of the insurance! No trust this company anymore

Everyone there is so nice, respectful and helpful. It's very clean and they have packing materials and have lots of rental storage and truck options. The only reason I only gave storage times a lower score was because if you're there before closing and you're ready to leave the guys come around and they want you out.

The app shows the hours to access the units is until 10pm. We went back with a last load and weren't able to access the building. We had to leave the truck there with our stuff and had to return the next day to finish unloading.

Problems from even before I moved in. Sent to different location to pick up truck, when moving in, the unit was not ready. I had to wait until next day to unload and then was given a smaller unit than what I had reserved.Also had to buy an "Approved" Lock and told to take off the lock I had placed on my unit. Why can I not keep my stuff secure with the lock of my choosing instead of the generic, overpriced lock that they sell. Absolutely unacceptable. When I moved out everything was running smoothly until I parked the truck to grab some Lunch. Came back and the truck didn't turnover at all.i had driven that truck no more than 1.mile from the Storage facility. Waited 4 hours in that parking lot for a tow truck. Had to be towed to my address and unloaded a day later without the help I had the day before. I will personally never use U-Haul services again. A person can only take so many screwups by other people.

If I ever need a storage unit again, I will be back. We never had any issues and the staff were always pleasant to deal with any time we had a question or a need (in fact, even renting equipment or filling propane the staff are pleasant.)

Stay from years ago to date was exceptionally polite, helpful, attentive, caring and outreaching. DeeDee has been since the first time I went to her to reserve a storage unit for me gracias and humored. Tanya recently herself followed suit with the same disposition as did Tiny. I'm grateful for how much support Tanya provided me with DeeDee as I vacated my unit after years of making payments on my account. Thank you for stellar service. They should train your New York branches.

Place was clean, busy the day I went in,the only part why I reviewed average was because the monthly price I reserved online, turned out to be higher at the counter, with the only explanation being, we raised our prices.

The associate who assisted me on Thursday Feb.2 in the office was rude and very unfriendly. She seemed inconvenienced by my question and gave off a very condensing impression. Later that evening I encountered a gentleman outside who was in charge of locking up the units and he was very kind and gave me a lot of information as well as showed me where my unit was although it was closing time. I returned on the 3rd and both ladies working in the front office were amazing. They assisted me and answered all my questions their interactions with other customers were also welcoming and friendly!

Staff was friendly but clear instructions for access were not given for first time storage user. My access card did not work and I required assistance gaining access at the storage building. There are not enough access doors for such a large building. The complimentary carts were helpful but it would have been much easier to have an additional unload area on the other side of the building.

The storage outside should be secured with a gate. Our storage got broken into and we lost items. It has an "alarm" but doesn't help cause I wasn't notified immediately, I'm sure if the alarm worked, mgmt would have been notified and then they should have contacted us. I was told "I was going to call you to let you know during my rounds I noticed your lock was gone," this was after we discovered it was broken into. Even tho' the staff is friendly, doesn't make up for the lack of security (considering the city we live in) and notification. For the price I paid a month, they could do better!

I would not recommend outside storage units do to constant break-ins and lock & key inconvenience. However, my 2 star points are for the move-out accommodations -extended time to after the 2 break-ins ijust days apart and the notices-.

They never needed from my daughter ! Crystal wasn't able to get to her clothes her Coat and her dogs food Had to stay in RAIN all night Due to the Mgr disallowed to enter Crystal Denson into. Our storage. How they had not done by their WORDS for renting to us ! LIED ! And She was DISSABLED COLD, WET They charged wrong somehow toward to my daughter Check their cameras on the date on 10-8-22 So They charged Crystal they say she did Cut the Fence or did not Cut their Fence women can't do things using big Cutterd ! . The back area and they allowed homeless people allow walking yhru so a lot of pass time entered in and out on the UHaul property. STILL the FENC E i is And it's OPEN for ENTERTRANCE ! POOR UHAUL People are Pitiful thoughtless towards their Customers ! The Have Done wrong too US !

The hours didn't really work for me but thats just for me so don't let that influence your decision. The staff, facility, storage unit , cleanliness, products available for you to purchase and how safe my stuff stored in my unit were all excellent and worth the price.

The unit numbers were hard to locate on the outside of the buildings. Took us 15 minutes to find someone who could tell us where it was. Once inside the Unit was not clean.Had to wait for 45 min in the heat until it was ready. Other than that the unit was fine!

It didn't seem very secure, you could enter the building without a key card since the door was always unlocked. I never saw any security or employee around. As far as cleanliness, there were always spiders and spiderwebs in my unit. It seemed like they never fumigated.

This facility is a very nice and well maintained one. At first we had a 10 by 10 reserved and that wasn't available. We had to pay a bit extra for a 10 by 15, which wasn't ideal, but was still a good unit. I would recommend uhaul for storage simply on the basis of security.

This is absolute worst experience I've had with a moving/storage company. The staff specifically ridiculed my fiancé's payment method during a national pandemic while the storage manager giggled beside her. My fiancé called the corporate number and filed a report but nothing ever became of it and there was no follow up. Afterwards, we still received harassing phone calls from unprofessional staff. I will never deal with this company again after how my fiancé and I were treated. I'd rather lose all my items in storage, than deal with unprofessional staff, uncaring management, & bad business practices. This behavior for a business can never be acceptable and I will advise anyone who will listen against using your company.

I appreciate the phone call clear up after I got a call saying I forgot my lock on the door several days after I left the unit clean. I did not know the lock was mines. And I told the lady at the counter my husband gave the keys along with the keys to the truck we rented. Why didn't she tell me at that point that the keys and lock were mine?

On the day of my pick which was after hours, my 10ft truck wasn't prepared for self pick up. I called the agent then she referred to me a different location 30 mins away. However, the new location for pick up was closed also. I drove from San Diego to Redlands only to know that my truck was not prepared and have to stay overnight for next day pick up. Totally disappointed with the service and the waste of time.
