This was a smooth operation. It only took 10 minutes to check in and drive out with a trailer. Only took less than a minute to check in with trailer upon return. Employees super efficient and courteous.

The actual drop off was quick and very good but a question about my billing was handled very poorly. I had been informed of a partial refund on my drop off and the attendant was very short and raised his voice about me wanting a free rental which was not what I was asking about. A simple explanation of fee changes would have been appropriate but he was a jerk

My appt was scheduled for 8am and verified by email. When I arrived they said my appt was at 10. I showed them the email confirmation but they said it wasn't theirs as they don't make 8am appts. I was planning on waiting but they had no waiting area or place to even sit down. Luckily I had someone pick me up. Hopefully the install is better than the customer service. I would probably recommend with warning to confirm appoinment time by phone.

You gave us a trailer that had a hole in it and you all knew about the hole. My $300 electric fireplace got ruined because it was raining and we didn't see the hole until after the fact and when my husband told you all about it someone said that they knew about it. So we will not be renting anything from this store again.

We reserved a truck weeks in advance for a local move on a Saturday for 7AM pickup - which we noticed the day of (in the app) was changed to 7:15AM. That was not a concern as we were running an hour behind and were due to arrive at the location around 8:15AM. As we were driving to the location, we noticed in the app the reservation was canceled. We did not read anywhere that if a reservation is not picked up within 30 minutes it would be automatically canceled. We called enroute to learn it is their policy to do that - especially on the weekend. The person on the phone reinstated our reservation, and when we arrived at the location to pick up the truck everything went smoothly. Our only complaint is about the cancellation policy. It would be appropriate for the location to attempt to contact the renter to see if they still intend to pick up the truck or if they are delayed in getting to the location. As we had movers arranged via U-Haul's Moving Help, not having the truck we reserved would have been disastrous.

Please check the rear of the vehicles before customer leaves. I rented a van. Some kind of can or cans were rolling around the back. Van smelled of cigarettes. Got home opened the back, 6! Empty Budweiser cans had alcohol all over the back of the floor and cigarette butts. I had to clean the floor as we were moving boxes in to a brand new house. Really didn't want wet boxes on new floors. I told associate about it when I returned the van. Sounds like because trucks aren't locked overnight they're having a problem with possible homeless? Folks sleeping in trucks and using their bathroom?

I was unable to contact the peachtree city location directly inorder to check to see if they had an appliance hand truck available (BTW your phone tree system sucks). I drove to the Peachtree City location only to discover that they had just rented the last one a few minutes earlier. They called the Newnan location to enquirer if they had one, they said they had only one. So I quickly drove the 10 miles to the Newnan location. When I got there there wasn't any one at the front counters, I had to look for an employee. I finally found the employees hanging out in a back room all staring at their phones. The gentleman that finally waited on me was very polite and helpful. The night before I wasn't able to locate on your website or app where I could reserve an appliance hand truck. I used the "chat" feature, I explained that I couldn't see where to reserve an appliance hand truck on the app/website. The "chat" assistant's response was that I needed to go to the website. Wow! No "I can help you with that reservation" or "you can find it them on the website/App under …. You have made simple difficult!! PS even this survey was difficult. You sent me a receipt email with a link to give my feedback. I clicked on the link and then you needed my reservation number (which I had to go back to my receipt to retrieve it), name and email address (shouldn't you have all that info). So I input all the requested info and then it says a review link has been sent to your email (I'm confused I thought I already opened an email with a review link in it ). Good luck, I hope you can fix this!

I had my unit for over two years I thought it was pest free but somehow a big rat got into my unit and died . I had a fit and didn't really want to touch my stuff. But overall it was a pretty good storage area. The Manager Chris worked with me on my last payment and I really appreciate that.

I was a single woman while using this facility. I always felt safe, even being alone there. It was also nice to be able to go inside out of the weather. When I originally chose my space, I was disappointed, that they had no climate controlled units available. But I still used the 1st floor of the multistory building and always felt my belongings were safe from the elements.

The units are very small for the price, and I think if you have two units and rent a truck there should be an offer or something available. I rented a unit and truck a day apart and was charged separately. Just a suggestion

I never had an issues with renting a truck or getting to and from my storage unit. Unfortunately the rates did change a couple times, increasing, while I had a unit and that was not expected, but other than that its a good place overall to store your stuff.

I have NO good words to say about the business I had for this location. The person who assisted me took the easy way out and put my husband's name on my profile and used his and my brother's contact info due to the autofill popped up when he put them in as my "reference". Therefore whenever my bill was late they would reach out to them and NOT me, which cost me more money due to fees. When I would call to rectify the issue I was told I couldn't without my husband who is a truck driver and is on the road a lot. However when I came in irate and requesting to end my contract my husband didn't need to be there and I was basically told is was a simple mistake on their end and the extra money I had to pay was my fault. I was refunded/ waived the fees ONCE. However when my bank called recently NO ONE knew the issues and refused to give me my money back. At this point the contract has been terminated and I will NEVER use them again nor refer anyone to use them.

The lady who was working the day that I rented the storage unit, was not very friendly. She seemed annoyed that she had to work. The other employees that I came in contact with seemed to be ok with what they had to do.

I reserved a 10 by 5 unit get there put my motorcycle in the openings only 3 ft I measured it so I had to get a 10 x 15 cuz that's all they had it cost me another $70 a month kind of false advertising to meet attend by 5 is really a 10 X 3 entrance

Had my belongings there for 2and half years cause of a move and finally found a home. The prices went up several times during that time. Was not so happy with that! But other than that I was happy with them!

Apparently there is a disconnect between Uhaul Corporate and franchise locations. Everything about the unit I reserved through the website was backwards. It was supposed to be a 10x10 indoor unit that was free for the first month...in reality all they had to offer was a 5x10 outside unit for $90. Might use their trucks again but I'll never use their storage.

I turned in keys and my card in November and you all continued to charge me. My moving company picked up my items and I left the unit. I've explained this multiple times to your "customer service " and no one has helped. They stated I still owe $500. Worst experience ever!

An awesome move-in! The staff could not have been friendlier; the were thorough and quick. 1st time storing with U-Haul and will never go anywhere else. Clean, well-lit, easy to find my way around with all the markings, and they provide carts to use. Excellent experience all around!

Converted truck storage..... Lousy doors would not close properly. Forced purchase of lock is rediculous. Rain puddles in front of storage unit making access difficult. Staff poor in customer service......Very poor. Had to call 3 times to verify move out!

My stuff was sold under the value of all I had in the unit, my power washer worth 700 was in there used twice was worth more than 7 months rent of the unit was sold for 125 bucks. When I would have paid the whole storage amount. Smh.

I loved this storage facility. It was always clean and well lit. Also I love love love the convenience it afforded. There are carts and mattress carts on site to assist you with moving your things. Staff were always friendly and attentive. Couldn't possibly ask for more!!

Things were fine for the duration, but for example when I was checking out/ moving out, 3 employees were just sitting in lobby, one half awake, if I was a new customer I would not use your business as it’s super unprofessional having someone basically asleep in the lobby and wasn’t even bothered customers were seeing so, something needs to change.

This was the 2nd Storage Unit I had reserved from this location. (2nd unit at this location. First time was EXCELLENT service etc.). The facility had rented the unit out from under me and when we arrived it wasn't available. While the owner/operator Chris did a great job getting us the same rate for a larger outdoor unit to compensate for the indoor climate controlled unit we had reserved, all of our furniture and electronics were covered in a thick layer of Georgia's famous yellow-green pollen and dust when we accessed it to clear it out this weekend. This was very unfortunate and has required several hours of cleaning everything before bringing it into our newly constructed home. Other than that, the rental, price and consistency of the payment process and smooth checkout were painless and simple.

I made a reservation for a 10x10x12. I stopped by just to make sure everything was in place. They told me the 10x10x12 was no longer available and if I wanted the 10x10x10 I need to rent it now a week and a half before I needed it or it will be gone. I guess you don't honor the reservations. I had called a week before to change the date I needed the 26ft truck and they didn't even have that.

When I need a unit for a short period, I always choose this location. The manager is knowledgeable. The only downfall would be the cleanliness, the community section was always junky and full of broken furniture. The outside bathroom needed attention. Finally, the trashcan by the exit door was never emptied. I will be back the next time I need a short-term unit. Merci!

I like the security and elevator. I dont like that you charge extra for 24hr access. When you work and off shift 12hr job you need 24hr access but its not worth $10 extra. I wish you gave a military and first responder discount. Im a veteran and i also am a hospital worker.

Both outdoor storage units leaked and damaged some of my items. When I informed UHaul, they said they would inform the manager and I was never contacted for follow up. The computer system at UHaul is horrible. When I first rented the units and set up my online account, UHaul's system linked my account to an old account ten years old, including an old credit card, which it then tried to run for auto pay and of course failed. I was then charged late fees, & a delinquent letter was sent in the mail to my MOTHER'S address THREE states away. When I went to UHaul to correct these issues, they apologized and admitted that their computer systems were horrible. They removed the late fees, but it should have never happened in the first place.

Called several times. Wait time 10-15 minutes. Last call was on hold for 38 minutes. No one ever picked up. Was still on hold when i walked in building. Girl at counter was on her cell. No one in line when i arrived. Brought this issue up with management. Other employees were great!

The reason for my average experience, my 3pcs leather sectional with a dual recliner and sofa bed was stored in the very front of the storage unit along with a few more items. When I went to get my stuff the were badly molded. Called the insurance Co, all the say was there wasn't any leak & they denied my claim. Uhal will not do anything for me either. I moved into the storage on a Sunday afternoon late in the day when it was soon to be time for the associates to go home. The trash cans in the storage building could have used some taking out, but again, it was around quitting time and I know how it feels to be ready to get off work! Other than the trash cans being full, everything else was clean as a whistle and looked great!

After speaking with a person on the phone and deciding which unit would be best for me when I got to the location the unit I thought I was getting wasn't available and too the truck I was renting for the day had already been taken. There was no mention I had to pick it up at a specific time. I've had this happen with other storage facilities as well. Not sure why....I did get another truck and to I didn't realize there was going to be an added charge for mileage. It needs to be pointed out during my conversation.

I'm so frustrated. Came in a few weeks ago and thought I had reserved a 10x10 unit for sometime this month. Came in yesterday to move from my 5x5 to 10x10 and was told "no, you don't have a reservation and we don't have any available. Also was told you don't keep a waiting list for 10x10's.

My only complaint with u haul Newnan is about a single employee. All agents were busy when I arrived, so I was waiting. This young lady came in to start her shift, she had a thin T shirt with no bra and house slippers, she clocked in and went outside in the shop area and sat down and started smoking. She was still there smoking and talking on her phone after I unloaded a truck and checked out. So I asked another employee about her and what her job was. I was told she had the same job as the rest of the folks at the counter. Why she chose to go outside and smoke instead of helping me while I was in line I do not know. She seemed extremely comfortable ignoring your customers so this tells me she does this quite often. Her dress was completely unacceptable for public work. Her work ethic would get her fired if she worked for me. You are really being unfair to your other employees by allowing this employee to act like this. All your other folks were very professional and very helpful and working their butts off, I feel pretty confident you know exactly who I am talking about and I hope that you address it.

The only issue that I had was the credit card I used for payments always seemed to change and I was always charged late fees and I got tired of paying them. That is the main reason that I shut the account down. I felt I was being ripped off every time a payment was due.

Because my things are filled with mold and bugs and rats , red ants who knows what happened I don’t but my things look weathered like they were out elements why should I pay for storage that has my things looking like this ? 1400 + dollars wasted because I need new things my clothes shoes toys my life, and your not willing to help because I didn’t pay more WOW thank you !

The facilities and location is a 5. The staff tries hard, but at a 3 with wanting to show effort but not getting the big picture. (Like making me walk back and forth in a process when it could be one trip if they just came with me. (Truck rental. ) Then a 1 Star on professionalism. While a 5 and 3 when working with me directly, they are awful when they think they are not being watched. Yelling names at each other scroll lot, etc. they need to be professional the whole time on the clock.

The only things I dislike the Uhaul. My son is in Military, And he currently station at Fort Bragg. He had an order to Deploy to Korea. My son asked me to helped him to find A storage unit, so he can move his family home while he deployment. I rent a unit for him on March 7, how every with all Corona viral going on, his deployment got Cancel, I had to cancel the unit the 20th and asked if I can get my refund back, and was told I couldn't get my money back. I just think since we never had a chance to move, none of all stuffed into a storage unit. Since my son is seeing our great National, I was hopeful that the company would consider refunding back to me!

We had a unit next to a person that stored a high amount of dog food in their unit. Do to dog food stored next door we continually had rats, and baby rats that ruined our belongings due to urine/feces
