Jessica MOur original rental was in Clearwater so we're a little put out that we had to drive 25 minutes, but the folks were very nice and helpful. We had an issue with the roll up door during loading and U-Haul sent a service tech out immediately and got us fixed up in about two hours.

Rachel CI previously rented at the largo location and it was horrible. The Palm Harbor location was fantastic. Very professional on the ball. No waiting times supplies are available. Truck was perfect. I even rented a storage unit job you guys keep up the good work. I'd recommend you to everybody.
Gary CI had movers do my move, some items where left behind… Mind you my storage is paid til April 15th. I went into the office a and inquired about an early move out and if there was a return for early move out, I was told no so I said I will keep it until then. I came back the following day and the belongings where gone and tagged to sell again.. while I still have 2 weeks left. I asked where my belongings are and no one seems to know. So they are allowed to remove my belongings and double sell a unit. I need to know how to file a formal complaint.

Every time we visited, they were professional, courteous and efficiently addressed our needs. Even when I was concerned if our very small car would fit on the trailer, they took the time to walk out to the trailer and provide me measurements. Absolutely awesome and would recommend them!!!!

Ed WI forgot to tell the dealership as I was in a hurry to get in and out of there the battery on the truck almost would not crank in the morning. I thought I was gonna have to jump the truck off of another vehicle. The facility was excellently clean people were very positive and very nice. And yes, when I need another vehicle to rent, I'll be there. From 1 to 5 I would say a five star.

This facility was recently engulfed in the largest hurricane in the past 40 years and this facility in Palm Harbor never had their roof inspected after the storm and therefore absolute negligence on the part of U-haul and therefore is responsible for the loss and destruction of all my belongings. Know that I am coming for restitution for all damages occurred. Because I have undisputable proof of U-Haul's negligence in this case because I happen to have before pictures that show the ceiling tile in my storage facility was already coming down the day I locked my stuff in it 6 years ago. Meaning U-haul had every opportunity to address this issue before it matured into this disaster. Hence I am following suit.

This facility does not prorate their monthly rents.. so I paid for 3 weeks of empty space and I'm sure they'll rent the space within those 3 weeks, getting paid twice for the same space is unethical. Extremely frustrating We were given a smaller unit which was not enough. We were told when we reserved the unit that this was the only one that size and it's a good thing we reserved it. Obviously this was a lie. The manager advised us that someone must have reserved it on line. We confirmed our reservation the day we reserved. Very poor customer service by the manager and no apology from her. She made up a story and obviously gave our unit to someone else. What is the point of a reservation? They took my credit card to hold the reservation for what purpose!

She said no she was putting a note in that I would be moving & the 7th is the last day. I moved all my stuff by the 7th.I got a email for a late fee and rent for next month. Had to call she did not put a note in. She also on another date blocked my car in & when I asked if she could back the truck up. She said yes. But proceeded to continue unloading frieght for another 5 minutes. After, that she has given me dirty looks. She has a terrible attitude and should not be serving people.

We were trapped inside for an hour. None of the emergency equipment worked inside. No one heard us yelling and banging on the door. I called the front office and was on hold so long my phone went from 50 % to 4 %. I ended up calling 911 to have the fire department get us out of the elevator or we would have been trapped in there all night. I didn't even get an apology from the manager and when I requested for her to switch me to a 1st floor, she first offered me a 3rd floor!
