I've used this Uhaul a few times before and it's always a great experience. Staff is always friendly, even when they're swamped and sometimes dealing with not so nice customers. They always get you in and out as quickly as they can. Keep up the great work!

Came for 10 am pick up. Arrived on time, 4 people in line. 1 worker, comp messed up, after 3 more people showed up, manager came to help finally. Because my pick up was 10am with return 4pm. But when it was 1025 and they still had to hook trailer to there truck and wanted return 4pm. So manager had to fix my pw cause I wasn't paying for time I couldn't use it, or had already passed. The trailer was full of debree and truck needed windows cleaned badly, and in the cab was food like piece of fried chicken and chips bag between the seats. Manager adjusted time till 5pm.

They need to have there employees be trained better cause when someone pays for three days and then get charged more when they drop it off cause they couldn't get it to a local drop off a customer shouldn't have to pay for that at all and plus it says return date 4-10 which is tomorrow so how do I owe anything

Don't offer 24/7 checkin and out with mobile if you don't actually offer that program. Signed up for it and had to check in through the front desk anyways. They say the gas tank is full then park it on a hill. As soon as the U-Haul levels out to the ground it hits. 3/4 tank. Mileage was also incorrect when we checked. Every time I have used a U-Haul (which thank god it's not often), it always amazes me how much they try and thieve from customers.

This was the most unsafe vehicle I have ever experienced when renting. I'm so upset that my family and friends were exposed to the many, many safety violations that this truck has. There is absolutely no way that the state patrol would let this vehicle on the road or approve it for rental. It was the scariest experience I've ever had. What's even worse? Is that during this Family crisis, which was followed by several others…. I chose U-Haul. You better bet I'll think twice next time whether it's a crisis or not. The storage unit was very clean, it was super easy to book the unit through the uhaul app and the gentleman who was at the counter was very helpful, he answered all my questions and even walked me to my storage unit. It was a very pleasant experience

The ratchets for the wheel straps on the auto transport trailer were super rusty and hard to handle. Myself and two friends got hurt trying to undo them. but other than that the service was great and everything I rented was clean and functioned as intended.

Using the online check in I'm having a lot of problems with that is take me a half an hour to check in when I go to put in the information on my license it wants you to put in the month year then today it's really kind of a screwed up system and sometimes what it takes the picture of the license it doesn't put the information so when you go to try and put the date and everything in that's when I start having problems this has happened before I'm to the point where I'm about ready just to buy my own trailer so I don't have to deal with U-Haul not very happy

This location confirmed with me that they would have my truck available for after hours pickup and said they would have my moving materials in the truck. I arrived to their lot around 9 pm on a Sunday night about 30 degrees outside. I could not access the after hours lock. The app is difficult to use. I texted both the president and GM for emergency after hours support (their numbers are in the door). Neither party responded. I called UHaul customer Service and overall spent an hour on the phone with them only to find out that this store failed to set up my truck for after hours pickup. I traveled 2000 miles from home to Pasco and was dropped at the UHaul lot on a promise that they would have my truck ready. U-Haul said there was nothing they could do and that I would need to come back to the store the next day. What could you do??? Let's start with 1) keep your word - people rely on this. 2) if you provide a number on the door for emergency support - respond. The president has never responded yet - people are relying on you to help when needed. 3) fulfill the order. The next morning when I showed up to get my truck the supplies I ordered previously was not loaded in the truck - I was counting on you to make my move easy like you advertise - so much for that promise. Finally, the truck quality was terrible. I spent 3,5 hours waiting along the interstate waiting on roadside assistance because the driver side wipe fell off the truck while driving during a strong downpour - major safety items should be checked routinely. I was told by UHaul that their customer service manager would contact me about the roadside assistance delays and issues - you guessed it, they never contacted me. I was bamboozled by all the marketing on the UHaul website - don't trust it, you would be best served to utilize another truck rental provider. This was a very terrible experience. I will never use UHaul again, ever!

Entry for equipment return not marked real well for someone not familiar with the area. Again, no real acknowledgement or greeting from service rep, other than asking for the key, no conversation at all. Rep traveled toward office after performing check-in but said nothing?! WTF! Question, is U-Haul so big that Customer Service is not a thing? Or is there no training available for reps so that they can effectively interact and make a customer feel like they are valued?!?

I have been using the Pasco location on Court Street for year! Always have the trucks or trailers I need. Their check in process is very fast and thorough. And their check in process is even faster as well as having after hours drop off options at their shop.

Offer better pay and benefits to your employees, then maybe more people would be willing to work there, and the ones already there would not be so overloaded. The employees on shift while I was there had to deal with more than they should have. They need help, so offer more to your employees so that more people are willing to work there and spread out the workload.

We rented a vehicle transport trailer. The service at the location was very good, quick in and out. However, after we got the trailer, and picked up the vehicle we were transporting, the right rear tire on the trailer was very low. As we were leaving town, and the location had already closed, we stopped into a tire shop and had them check the tire. Not seeing any obvious leaks, the tire shop checked and filled the air in the trailer. We were able to make it to our destination and the tire was still good, we felt better. I hope the tires are checked in the future. Otherwise, the trailer worked well, all lights were good, ramps were easy to use, and straps to hold tires were in good shape.

I rented ready to go bins and would've liked for them to be cleaned before hand. They were extremely dirty and had hair and dirt in them. I had to clean them before using them.

"note" My experience was prior to my move out date hence my reason for not continuing my services with this particular location. The staff are mostly young and not trained to be professional to the paying customer. Personal experience making sarcastic smirks with their coworkers in front of the customer or shake their head or roll their eyes, indicating to the customer they are irritated in any way.

This facility is great. The employees are easy to work with and very friendly. I moved my belongings out shortly before my free month was up but when I received notification that my account was charged I called to find out why. It was a general customer service line and was told my account wasn't closed. I decided to drive to the facility because it's close to where I live. I thought I was going to have difficulty getting the charge reversed but no...the girl helping me was kind and just like that, the account was closed and the charge was reversed. Melissa, the manager, is also amazing...I'd recommend this place to anyone.

The kids helping me were super unprofessional. I wasn't told how to use the key pad to enter so I had a manager let me in for weeks. I ended getting my work bags stolen. Over 24k worth of frames. Staff didn't seem surprised or to care. Manager was no help and super suspicious. I've posted on all social media and have spread the word to NEVER use uhaul

The Uhaul in Pasco on Court St is awesome. The ladies there have gone above and beyond helping me to resolve issues with my storage locker. I'd recommend them to anyone. They deserve recognition.

The main entrance door was broke you did not need the security code password to enter the building which was the reason why my storage unit number 228 was robbed of over $9000 worth of property. The manager told me and I have her recorded saying she contacted her boss several times to fix the door but went ignored. It is complete negligence by U-Haul that cost me $9000 worth of loss in my Robbed storage unit

Having to move my stuff into storage unit, I had to keep punching my code in each time,WAS EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT. OTHER THAN THAT,IT WAS OK.

Employees could be a friendlier. And I gave the lady my driver's license and saw the correct way of spelling my name and they didn't correct the spelling of my name. I had been told in the past I could take extra boxes I buy back, if I don't use or need. Never was told I needed my receipt to return. So to my surprise I was taken back some boxes and got told I could not return them cause I did not have receipt. So back to the misspelled name how do I get that corrected.

We tried for over a year to get a larger storage unit(was a customer for 2years) and we asked about getting on waiting list and we're told we would just have to keep calling back and hopefully one one be available. We did this almost every month for past year. Then… finally went with an outdoor unit (over phone) was told "yeah, no problem, we have it reserved for you"- told her we wouldn't be moving in for Couple of weeks, but we would start paying. When I arrived to move in-they did not even have us down for one, saying a reservation doesn't really mean we would get one anyway. WTH? And then we're told there were none open. Somebody "just reserved the last large unit". So…our reservation didn't mean didly squat, but now somebody else's does?! We moved out. The customer service has always sucked and we have had enough. There is a reason this UHaul on Court Street Pasco only has a 1,5 rating! No names on employee shirts so I cannot tell you the young lady who needs to be reprimanded. She is also VERY unfriendly at the counter and did not check us out properly. Told me they would walk back with us to make sure it was clean…but then did not. She never smiles or looks at customers in the eyes. More training and capable staff is required. Will never recommend this place or rent from them again.

Other than the fact that I did not get a climate controlled unit that we requested, and that I got locked inside the building once, our unit was clean, easily accessible and access during business hours was very good. Safety was our major concern and we always felt secure. Overall experience was downgraded only on availability for access to the unit, not on any other factor. thank you!

Had a minor hiccup accessing my second unit today but the customer service gal Essence was very friendly & efficient and did a great job assisting me. Also, I forgot to bring my ID when I went to the register and I appreciated that she waited for me to get it & checked it to make sure I wasn't a random person trying to get into my unit.

Your manager Yvette Rios made everything smooth as I dropped off my U-haul in, Pasco Wa., and provided me with storage. I was not impressed with my experience in Olympia. I had to go 60miles out of my way to get a trailor for my car. This involved un planned time. It may have been in writing by u-haul but was not communicated by the manager. It was difficult to get a hold of the manager there. She was not present or reacheable by her staff when I had a few issues to take care of. I will say Olympia has an excellent mechanic staff who stepped in to fix my trailor that was broken and figure out the problem so I did not lose my car on the way to Richland. A major part the winch to hold the car was put on backwards. You might want to see how long this part was upside down which could have had devastastng results. The manager was not at the store and I am not sure what they would have done for me if this could not be remedied. The manager and independant operator in Yelm helped me with the trailor and helped me as well to smooth out my overall experience with U-haul in Olympia. Overall my experience was even pretty good at both stores, but overall Yvette was excellent, perhaps she should be promote to a regional manager position. Thank you. The truck was in great mechanical shape and everthing was as smooth as could be when I arrived in Richland. Thank you. By the way the reason I dropped off in Pasco, was the store was open on Sunday and had storage available. I do want to emphasize that Olympia was good but Pasco wins the Gold.

Didn't realize the storage unit access was 24hr hours. I assumed it was only 7-7 on Saturdays as noted on the sign near the pin pads. Very clean, busy & secure facility. Personnel amical.

The only issues we encountered were due to a small lot and tight space at this location.

I asked three times for the staff to make sure I was not going to be double charged for my UHaul. Lo and behold, I went home and checked my bank account, and I was still double charged for my UBox.

Angered. Scheduled delivery cancelled, could only be rescheduled a week later. Had to leave work to pick up UBoxes to meet unloading arrangements. Don't offer if you can't honor. Otherwise Ubox was ok

It takes just one person to bring down everyone's average. The majority of the employees I found to be very helpful; one female employee (not the cleaner) needs to develop customer relations skills.
