Everyone was very helpful and friendly.
NOEL JR RIVERAI had a question to ask, and I did it through the app. I got distracted and couldn't finish the conversation, but the agent did not answer my question. He responded back with a different and separate question. I just wish she would have answered the question I asked, at least I would have been able to see the answer before the chat timed out. I don't know why some people answer questions with questions.

Had I went at 7:30am and wasted my time I would be livid. Customer service guy was so helpful and professional. Otherwise I would be leaving a bad review. Mike

Richard CaiatiI do not like the fact that even though I have proper identification and payment options, I would not have been able to make the rental if I did not have a smart phone. I find this policy to be discriminatory and does not really make sense. The other thing that does not make any sense is to have a policy that makes customers call a third party to verify customers identity. What do you need State ID and valid credit cards for then? A person can call anyone. How does U-Haul know that it is a person over that age of 18?

Aruna HettiarachchigeEnsure equipment is not being driven outside of contracts and then fraudulently passed off to the customer with incorrect mileage. I was charged 11x the mileage cost of my trip and was only refunded to the appropriate amount after I showed the cashier the discrepancy between the level of gas reported in the drop off picture vs the amount of gas left in the tank at my pickup. Employee was condescending, rude, and accusatory (making statements such as "well the mileage doesn't lie, so I don't know what to tell you" even though the equipment was rented for 2 hours in an area with a 25mph speed limit, and the supposed distance was ~50 miles. Using common sense, one could have understood that a reasonable person does not rent a dated, uncomfortable van to joyride for 2 hours for no apparent reason).

Daniel TompkinsUnfortunately, it took me an hour plus to be able to access the truck. I had to call Customerservice numerous times to about the truck in between other trucks and not being able to drive out. The truck was completely blocked by other trucks. I believe since the truck was scheduled to leave the premises at 6 AM it should've been available and not blocked in. I had to request a smaller truck because it was nothing else available. In addition, the lock would not open to access keys. It took me 30 minutes to open up the lock because the lock was extremely frozen.

al spragueUpon returning, the vehicle, waited in the office for 15 minutes where no one was present I was finally frustrated and ready to leave and three individuals came walking out of the back lot I don’t care what they had to do in the back, but there was no reason to leave the main building empty that three individuals need to go into the back lot
CHRISTOPHER STEV WIACKLEYI had my container delivered to the house so i didn't go to the rental location. Everything went smoothly and when I finish loading early the container was picked up early. The same on the unloading in Alabama, I was done early and the container was picked up early. Everyone I dealt with were pleasant and knew what they were doing.
Robert ClarkI like dealing directly with U-Haul and not a third-party renter. I love this location. It is huge it has everything you need. It's like a U-Haul warehouse as well with plenty of extras for you to pick up thank you U-Haul for a great smooth moving transition.
Wanda CabanMy truck was pretty worn down. Driver's side door had trouble closing, very noisy, etc. The staff members there were EXCELLENT. Good experience checking out and checking back in. All in all, seemed like a reasonable price for a local move from a house to a storage unit, so not too many miles.

Steven CastronovoStaff was slow and disinterested. Zero customer service skills. I chose my reservation to be completed at the counter but was directed to complete it on my iPhone by the girl at the counter who would occasionally look up. Then when I encountered a problem she dhrugged and I was left to figure it out on my own. You may as well go fully automated and get rid of the staff there b/c it's a waste of your money. Return was no different. Sign says pull up to return area and wait in your truck, a U-Haul rep will process your return. I did just that for 10 mins and no one came out. No employees in sight. I went inside to see 3 people and only one working. One man sitting on boxes told me to go back to the car and he would be there in a min. He eventually showed and when I asked for a receipt, I was told to go back inside where I had to wait on line to get my receipt while the one worker processed new out going rentals. I am a person that likes to deal with humans not cell phones but in this case I would rather full automation. Totally useless employees here

FATIMAR LEYDERMANMy contract agreement clearly stated that I would use the trailer for one day, and I took possession of the trailer at 4:00 PM. Due to unforeseen traffic issues and delays along my route, I was unable to return the trailer until approximately 7:30-8:00 PM the following day. I made every effort to return it on the same day, as I was informed by the U-Haul specialist at the pickup location that I would not be charged for an additional day, provided I returned it the same day I picked it up. However, I was surprised to discover that my bill reflects a charge for two days of rental, totaling $57, instead of the one day that was clearly outlined in the contract. This discrepancy is not in line with the agreement made at the time of rental, and it has resulted in an unexpected additional cost for me. I kindly request that you review the details of my rental contract and correct the billing accordingly to reflect the single day's rental, as initially stated. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and your assistance in resolving this issue.
Dino IvackovicAllow us to make one payment instead of 3 total. When trying to make the 3rd and final payment there were some issues. When I personally went to the local U-Haul they could not take my payment because only the Ubox department could. They made several mistakes and kept saying my bank claimed fraud. The only reason that happened and I had to spend hours on the phone with my banks and at a local U-Haul was because the person on the phone taking my payment, wrote the wrong zip code by one digit. It took hours of frustration for this to be uncovered and fixed!!!
