BRIAN HCalls to the local office never go through; after 4 rings, calls are routed to the main call center which is not helpful. The uhaul app also cannot answer the questions I needed answers to.
Rebecca JI was given a piece of equipment that was returned while I was there. It was never cleaned or even looked at. This location is understaffed. Wait times are too long. Recommend location? No other options.

Troy RRenting vehicles with a quarter tank of gas is not good business. How can a costumer fill the tank back to 1/4. I left the truck with more gas that I got it with. Personally I think this practice is a scam

VIBEKE DWe rented a cargo van to move boxes of tree seedlings to our tree farm. The van was clean when we picked it up and it ran beautifully. The staff were fantastic to work with - very respectful, patient and encouraging. Thank you for a wonderful customer service experience.

Brad HAll the app to search multiple locations or within a specific radius for equipment. Better define the ability to reserve equipment for a one way contract.
David WI found your contract to be coercive and in poor taste/deceptive business practice as insurance scare tactics were not mentioned when I booked but only when I showed up to pick up the truck. Having insurance through my credit card and my personal insurance should be enough. As a business professional my whole career and creating and negotiating contracts U-Haul sucks and isn't even remotely trying to partner with their customers. I will never rent from U-Haul again and anyone I can influence moving forward won't either!!! Thank you....

marla aThere was a great deal of confusion and misinformation with pricing. I spent about two hours on hold, getting transferred around, etc. trying to get my order right. Left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Really bad customer service. I regret not going with the other more welll known company.

florence jYou advertise $19,99 a day for a pickup truck. Yet for a day & a quarter (28hrs) my bill was $95 & I only went under 40 miles. Please be more honest about what a rental could cost. Even though the place & the vehicle I rented was great....I won't rent again because the price was too costly for me. I'd rather pay a friend.

Kent TI was charged an extra day and extra mileage when the Uhaul website directed me to return the truck to this location on Monday. I was charged for Sunday even though I did not use the truck. Also, being charged for extra mileage, I could have returned the truck elsewhere but Uhaul website would charge me $100 more to do so. I feel I was ripped off as I did what the Uhaul website directed and I still over paid for the rental truck.

I was going to call in my homeowners policy information. As it turns out, it's easier to pay the monthly fee. I was told that we are #3 on the waiting list for a 5x10 unit. I hope that remains true (we're local).

Melissa L | Premières impressionsThe lack of a bathroom in the storage facility is a drawback. Having only 3 carts parked on the opposite end of the building from my unit was a hassle. Not being able to call directly to the office to ask a simple question and wasting time with a phone bank that had no information was upsetting. I had to drive over to ask my question. Two of the staff have poor communication styles, and not being able to give full and clear instructions meant I repeatedly had to ask for more detailed instructions. Rather than verbal instructions, it would help to have the instructions and procedures on a card that I could reference.

Was given prices for units including 5x10 which is what I thought I might need but wasn't sure. I was not informed at that time that there were no units of that size available and had waiting reservations as well. I was informed of this when I came in to rent a unit. I had already made plans to start my move so I had to rent the larger unit. In their defense though, they were very busy at the time of inquiry. They were extremely friendly and helpful in every other aspect.
