Benjamin L.This store was amazing, after a long haul plus emptying the truck I pulled in to the Roseville facility parked looked out the window and an employee was already walking to greet me. She greeted me knowing who I was, she asked how was your drive, responded, checked the vehicle next thing I knew another employee walked up said hi.. the original employee whom I believe was a manager thanked me, we all buckle touched and I was on my way with a great smile. It's been 60 years of your company always providing the best and still the best at what you do for others. Thank you David Albalos jr.

DAISY S.Initially, U Haul had my drop off site in Lincoln but this location could not accept car trailers or long distant trucks. They sent me to Roseville. When I got there they seemed annoyed that I was dropping off. When I first loaded the car with U Haul help, they said the drop off location would also help me with the car. When I mentioned this at the Roseville location, they looked at me like I was crazy. I ultimately got the car off myself. I was tired, frustrated and wet from the rain. I am sure I was not my best self, but never said anything bad to the staff. They took my demeanor as a personal insult and basically told me they didn't need to put up with me and I could leave with the truck and not come back. I stopped talking, dropped the truck off and left. This behavior is by far the worst I have ever witnessed or experienced. From my perspective, these people valued themselves above their company and the customers they serve. They did not recognize that they were part of an organization that serves customers, that they share in the responsibility all U Haul employees have for their clients and showed no consideration for the failures I experienced in working with U Haul.
Edwin C.Agent at pick up didn't know how to use a computer at all. He had to get up and switch with someone else. All agents were on their phones and not paying attention to the customers at all. The management at this location is considerably terrible as you have tons of staff and none of them know anything about customer service. The agent at pickup was horrific. She was rude and quite abrasive.

Lisa C.Excellent experience from reservation, pickup, and drop off. Staff on all occasions were friendly and courteous. Only feedback for improvement is that the combination lock placed on the rear door was very difficult to open. The ability to roll the four(4) tumbler dials was very hard especially because of the small space between the door and lock when the person has large hands. Also, the latch was “stuckâ€after getting the combination correct, and it took a long time to get it apart. Concern is that once the truck leaves the lot, a customer may not be able to open the lock. Suggest the staff always go out with the client to demonstrate how to work the lock. The local staff person checked on me before I left as I couldn't get it open. I appreciated that customer service.
Richard G.121 Wild rd location stuff need a trainings. Staff are very rude. They don't know what is customer service. And they are racists. I will never ever go to this location anymore, and I will not recommend it to anyone either.
ASHIQULLAH A.Upon arrival to departure- from general manager/owner to entry level employees need customer service training. No friendly greeting. No smile or eye contact. Horrible verbiage. All the employees demeanor was disgusting. Advise of having secret shoppers for accuracy of how important it is to provide top notch service and not trashy blue collar people service. How did the Manager (rebecca) become an employee of this location, she looks like she should work funeral home but they even more personality than her.

She looked pissed, said three words the whole time, and then when I asked about being charged for 3 days when I was less than 90 min above 2 days, she was super annoyed and just seemed like she wanted to be anywhere else but there. Benefit of the doubt was given in case she had personal issues going on, but you've got to address this. Merci.

David F.The fuel system on the truck I received had a serious problem that was not disclosed. Something in the pipe where you put gas into the tank was blocking the fuel. At each location when I went to pump gas it literally took from 30 minutes to an hour to pump the gas into the truck. There has to be something blocking the fuel pipe. This was reported to the people where I dropped it off. Someone should investigate if the site I picked it up from knew about the fuel problem. The people before renting before me had to know about it.

Ajmal Z.They allowed my 1 7/8†ball instead of demanding a 2†ball and the hitch on the trailer bounced until the bolt on my ball was stripped, came off and the trailer came loose and crashed into my car. Luckily I was able to control the car with the trailer swerving back and forth and not pushing us into oncoming traffic. I earlier had my son's Harley strapped in the back and that would have been catastrophic for the bike, trailer, possibly us or oncoming traffic.

Michael W.Trailer was beat-up with cracked paint and dents, but it was serviceable. Needed a good sweepout of debris. Attendant forgot my moving blankets, so I had to return for them when I got home. Had to keep trailer an extra day due to a frustrating series of unfortunate events, and Truck Share phone attendants were very soothing and nice.

Darryl M.upon pick-up, I was told by U-Haul employee that vehicle I was renting had 1/4 tank of fuel and to just return it w a quarter tank. Back of vehicle was dirty and had to be swept out before use. Upon return I was told I had to re-clean back of truck (with broom provided), and told that I had to return the vehicle with 5/16 a tank of gas and that it was my responsibility to take photos of the fuel level before signing contract. In a nutshell, poor customer service.

J B.While the equipment was clean and got my party from California to Oregon with snowy and rainy weather, had faulty issue with the cataytic converter thus taking way too much gas then necessary. The issue was resolved regarding how much I spent for gas for a 560 mile trip for a vehicle that holds 400 miles worth of gas but still disappointed with being told the vehicle was checked but still had issues.
Tamija S.I rented a car towing trailer. It had a chain not properly secured. The chain came loose and was damaged. I was charged to replace the chain even though I did not touch it.

John W.I did not like that I was charged $22 for extra gas when I returned it at the correct amount. I showed the guy the level of where it was when I picked it up and he tried to correct it but his app would let him change his mistake and he had customer waiting. I am renting another one truck and trailer in January and hope I can be compensated for this error.

Cory S.Get your people a new office! That trailer and ramp leading into it are extremely dangerous for handicapped people during inclement weather and I imagine it's not the most comfortable inside for the employees or customers!
Randall S.They were trying to charge me for gas money even after I filled more than what I used, and the reason behind the way they parked its looks full but when you drive on flat it loose 2 gallon right away.. finally the owner being nice and refuse to charge me, but I had to argue alot for that.
