Great and friendly staff here, check out of rental items went smoothly and the whole rental process was explained thoroughly. The guy in the yard helped me get hooked up to the trailer. No complaints!

Last minute had to pick up at this location because the location closest to us where we booked a 26" truck notified us the night before that they would not have the truck we needed at the location we booked. Other than being farther away, no issues with pick up.

This uhaul rental was the worst experience I've had of the 7-8 times I've gotten a uhaul to move. After waiting over half an hour at the location where I was supposed to get the truck from, I was informed they did not have a truck for me. This location was under 5 minutes from where I was moving from. My reservation was moved to the next nearest location with the right sized truck, almost half an hour away now that traffic had started to pick up, the person that told me to go to this location kept telling the person on the phone to make sure I get upgraded. After getting to this location and waiting to be helped, they also told me they didn't have the truck I needed, I reserved a 20', and the biggest they had available was a 10'. After an awkward bit of time, they start to get me setup with a 26' until they magically found a 20', but the key was in a lock box the guy couldn't get open and had to had another person get it opened. An hour and 40 minutes after I was supposed to have picked up my vehicle, I finally had the keys and went to drive the 30+ minutes across to where I was moving out of. Upon getting inside, the cabin smelled overwhelmingly of cigarettes. I told this to one of the workers and he advised me to crack a window and let it air out - the high for the day was in the low 40's. While all of these delays have been adding up, I had also paid some of my neighborhood high school kids with trucks to help me load and drive a few large items up with their vehicles, they were only available for a few hours that morning, but it was now 11:15 am when I arrived with the uhaul and they no longer had time to drive up to my new place, only load the uhaul at my old place. Because of this, I had to make two trips instead of the one that I had planned on in addition to unloading with just myself and the one guy who was still free for the afternoon. This was an absolute dumpster fire of an experience and I plan to reach out to customer service and request a refund.

The rental was suppose to be ready when we got there, but they acted like we had never made the reservation. We were quoted $829 out the door but when we went to leave it was almost $1,000. When I told them that I was quoted $829 they said that it was because of a hold and after I dropped the truck off at the other location I would get that amount back which never happened. Seems like they were just trying to push a rental. Very dissatisfied

it took half an hour to get the price back to what was agreed on internet reservation. Counter person had to make several calls to get that done. He was helpful, but this seems to be a common thing with Uhaul, after reading other reviews. Do better Uhaul!

William and Mary were very helpful. William rang me up and was very personable. I was having a rough sort of morning and William lifted me up with his kindness and referenced a brief scripture. He definitely knew how to "read the room" and knew his audience (me) because it was exactly what I needed to hear on top of receiving good quick service. His faith spoke in the way he was able to do his job yet administer customer service par none. I'll be recommending this location next time a uhaul is needed for our next pick up run.

Better better customer service. East Washington location service manager told me that I will be getting a $50 refund on my purchase due to their mixed up. And I had to pay full price. No one has contacted me yet. I had to pay fill price.

The female employee inpatient and appeared irritated when I asked her a question. When I returned to pick up my vehicle there were different employees at the desk who were trying to answer my questions related to future rentals for a move and she butted in and once again made it seem as if I was bothering them for their opinions about what size cargo trailer I should rent. The gentleman who actually places the hitch was very professional and kind. He answered all of my questions and did not rush me out the door. When I need to rent a trailer in a few months, I will not return to that store.

Everything went well until I returned your property. The customer service representative called me, "Bro" twice while not once humbling himself that a 61 year old man does not appreciate being named anything but "Sir" by a CSR. I was furious with the insult and the experience in the collective. I had things to do, and I did not need being called, "Bro" while I awaited the return to facilitate. Think about it and let your CSR that with mature men, "Bro" is insulting and demeaning communication. I am not a hood on the block, and I do not appreciate being reduced to that status!!!

I rent a 15' truck here. It was my 1st time renting here, and I wasn't aware of the policy and wasn't explained properly. When I got there to rent, only one service lady was helping customers at that time. When she asked help from her coworkers they told her they had thing to do. So, I tried to be polite and sign whatever she told me. She highlighted some one the receipt, and told me that I had to put back the gass as it's. When I returned the truck, I was told to do return myself cuz the store was closed, I said, "I don't know how." She told me, "Park the truck, do online returned, and put the key to the spot," then she close the door. I park the truck and returned the key, and planned to do the online returned at home. When I get home and tried to do the online retune, it did not work. I called customer service, and told the online return is not working. Representative told me that I dad to do at the store location. The next morning, I had a nather charge from uhaul (I paid $80 which $20 deposit included, I was charged $50 plus next morning). I called the store, I was firt told that a $20 fee for the return fee fisrt, but when I asked fee details, I was told it was $30 extra charge(not included gass price) for not filling the gass. Third, I was told it was the actual gass price of 8gl, $5 per gl while $3,39 is the actual gass price. I drove exactly 53 miles, now Ithey charged me $130 plus. I usually rent from Menards which usually cost me under 50 buck in similar situations which included gass, mileage, hours, insurance. Compare to Menards rental, I can say it not worthy to try Uhaul at all. This is my personal experience.

Could not gain access to the unit for 2 days. I had to pay double for a van rental to bring some stuff to the unit only to not being able to use it. The rental was a waste of money charged two times because I was told the next day I was going to be able to get in the unit.

This location needs to do better with their communication as well as sense of urgency. The fact that I had such an horrible experience when trying to pick up a truck and them not carrying at all is sad. Too many guys running one location. No females there to implement empathy as well as compassion for the customers when the company is wrong.

Of the 4 front staff I saw- I heard rude or inappropriate conversations or comments from 3 of them. The girl who checked us in- was very short with us. Seemed she was more interested in her small side conversations and jokes with coworkers than the customer. She was rude, in a rush to be done with us and unprofessional. He name was Alivia.

The people are very friendly. The After Hours dropped off App is cumbersome and misleading. I don't understand the $22,5 cleaning charge and the $4,5 fuel charge. The van was dirty and gritty inside and out when I picked it up, the windshield (on the inside) was caked with grime and soot, the windshield wipers didn't work all that great, the dash said "Oil Change Required". I picked up the Van with 3/4 of a tank and filled to 7/8 after use, still there is a $4,5 fuel charge. What gives? I expect Uhaul Vans to be dirty when picked up (at least the many I've rented have always been that way) yet there is a $22,5 cleaning charge. If that is the case, why was the Van I received totally grimed out, dirt and dust on the dash and floor boards.

The person I talked to on the phone when I ran into app issues was very helpful as well. And upbeat! Which, has its value in the service industry from time to time. Once, I got to the store to pick up my truck, Demitrius was knowledgeable towards all my questions, while not wasting either of our time. Great team.

Very Rude employee approached me and spoke to me outside in the parking lot prior to going into store... The Uhaul app was not working properly and I had to complete my online reservation inside of your store... Cust Service at counter took a long time to process the rental truck pick up. Also, I requested to rent (and paid for) an appliance dolly.... It was not given to us and I called to notify the store as soon as I noticed it and was told that they would credit my card .. I never received the $15 credit back as of yet ..2 days later....

When I placed the order online. It said total day of move would be $35... get there and it's $162. Big difference. Waiting to get my money back now but that's just a big difference from what I was expecting to what I had to pay then.

I was quoted one price on a one-way trailer of $80-$90 from Indianapolis, IN to Huntsville, AL to move my son's personal items into U-Haul storage in Huntsville, prior to him heading off to the Air Force Basic Academy. Once at the dealer in Indianapolis, and no other option, the charge was $250. BIG surprise.

Chris, the assistant manager, who wrote the contract had all sorts of wrong info on the contract. Some of the errors we caught before leaving with the truck and had the contract corrected. The text I received to confrim the plate number had the wrong plate. When I went back into the store Chris told me it happens sometimes and to not worry about it. Turned out the truck we were given wasn't the truck listed on the contract. We discovered this upon turning in the truck. When we dropped off in St Louis the St Louis branch had to call uhaul support desk to fix the error so the truck could be checked in. St Louis location tried calling the Indianapolis branch during their business hours but they didn't answer. The Indianapolis location seemed disorganized and poorly trained.

To begin with when I got the U-Haul, the whole ramp had frozen ice and snow all over it the whole inside of the U-Haul was soaking wet snow all in it. Then I returned it on time and with the right fuel level and they try to charge me for an extra day charge and for 4 gallons of gas so they try to hit you for extra charges that aren't correct. They are a scam I would never go to them if I was you go to a much better one then this one on Hannah and East st

An employee messed up my account and didn't fix it properly. I was forced to pay a double payment I was forced to pay late fees I was forced to be moved in and moved out of my storage. I was forced to do all kinds of things, and then, when I moved out of my storage just the other day, they tried to force me to go back up there and take pictures and threaten to charge me if I didn't however, I did not go up there and take the pictures because I didn't feel like that. That was my responsibility. I had my storage there for four years and the last four months was terrible. Just absolutely terrible and that is why I no longer have storage there. I would've just assumed so my stuff to keep my stuff there another day not to mention , the lady behind the counter flirted with my husband and batted her eyes and called him hon and caressed his shoulder completely disrespectful. that place used to be so good and out is just a complete wreck. I should've never been forced to pay any of those things when it was their fault when my account got messed up, I simply went in to get a new card because mine wouldn't work anymore because I've had it for so long, it was despicable quite frankly.

Your app needs an overhaul. The time between different screens is too long. There should be a loading icon at the very least between submissions. The loading bar at the top is too subtle. Also the app doesn't remember all form data (images) consistently. I had to take pictures multiple times because it took me out of the process when I clicked a help button, and 'it forgot' the images. Occasionally I had to refresh the page to get to the next form. It would be nice to have specific instructions for returning during open hours. Just a general request. This is the second time I've noticed issues with the app. The first time it caused an issue because I wasn't sent to the 'checkout' form automatically. And I returned it improperly. This time was fine because I knew to look out for issues. Anyway, love the business, super easy all things considered. I don't like all the hidden fees but I guess that's expected. Invest in the UX of your app though. Cheers, A guy who thinks about this stuff

I was told i couldn't pay for a cargo van with my chime card but I could for a box truck. It felt like they were trying to get more money out of me. I was prepared to pay $31 and ended up with a base charge of $58. It makes no since that I can't pay for a cargo van with a chime card but I can for a box truck.

Bad experience overall. The uhaul wasn't cleaned when I got it. I returned it cleaner then what it was when given to me, was told I was putting a 100$ down deposit and found out that was a lie so I paid 160 dollars to rent a uhaul. They over charged me, telling me I was only paying 29,99 for it and ended up paying 39.99. It's only a 10$ difference but I was told one price and ended up paying more.

Car had transmission issues this greatly slowed down the move and was dangerous to pull out from a stop, or turning left at a light. Without a credit for my experience I could not recommend this location again.

Is there a 24 hour possibly for access? Even if only temporary for move in purposes? I'm closing out a close family member old unit which was huge and just run down and I'm having to go through and repack important belongings for grand kids and it's proving to be exhausting !! My storage unit started out at 79,99 then all of a sudden it became 84,99 which nobody could explain but not willing to reduce back to 79.99, shake my head, overhead doors would either never open to pull in or always open with the homeless making their way in then the hours changed to close at 10:00, i work 3td shift so how is that convenient for me

I only used 3 days of my unit, and hope to be reimbursed, for some of the time I don't use. But was told that it wasn't part of the policy. I think that unfair, I expect to be refunded the whole amount. The if my rent was due on the 2nd of the month, and I moved out on the 5th. Why shouldn't I receive some of my money back? I arrived with my reservation for the unit. I was told the number of my unit and then the unit had a lock on it. Then I was told that was an auction unit and they had no more. I then was told by the agent that she was texting with the store manger and the manager stated they could give me a second unit to accomodate me but I would have to pay for it. Not at ALL the proper solution. I chose the bundle online for the purpose of getting 1 month free when I selected the truck, the movers and the storage. After I affirmed that was not a good solution because I was being inconvenienced. I had driven the truck from Cincinnati to walk into the storage unit and to be met with this was ABSOLUTELY unacceptable. Neither of the two agents in the store seemed to be phased at the inconvenience. The store manager eventually told one of the agents, supposedly through text, to give me the second unit without charge. I was told to go to the 2 separate units, which were not next to each other and locks would be in them. They were not. I called the inside of the store and had to come back in and get the 2 locks. Which thankfully they did not charge me for and gave them to me at no cost. This was the ABSOLUTE worse customer service experience I have ever had. As a manager myself, the manner in which this was handled was deplorable. Attempted to contact customer service and spoke to a representative by the name of Kevin. He then stated he was transferring me to customer service and disconnected the line. Completely unprofessional on each and every level through this entire move. My 55" television, lamp and bar stand were broken. Lesson learned. Will NOT do business with this company again and will NEVER recommend this to anyone in a move.

My first time coming in, i was given spoken vague instructions to get to my unit. I also was not aware there was no lift or elevator for super heavy/large items, I had to walk back to the main office and ask someone to walk me over to the other building and instruct me on how to use the pads, garage doors etc. It was overwhelming for me personally.

Got a 5x5x7 unit. When asked for pricing on all 5x5 units, wondered why the 5x5x7 was cheaper than the 5x5x4, so I asked if the 7' tall unit was a unit that was off the ground. Was told "don't believe so"… well it was. Also, no one told us, the entryway door to the unit only allowed for a height of 5'-8". I had something that 6' tall so I had to disassemble it to put it in the unit. The entryway notice would've been nice to know ahead of time, as it was almost a foot and a half less than the actual ceiling height of 7'. Other than that, pricing is reasonable and it went smooth. No one took my card info when signing up for the unit, so I hope it's on file and I won't come back to an empty unit. I will try calling in the meantime to figure out if it is on file.

The only thing that was not communicated to me was when I needed to be back to the location with a full truck in order to get a storage unit for 1 free month. I arrived at 445p and was told they did not have enough time to process a new storage unit. They were not suppose to stay beyond 5pm. Luckily one rep stayed over and helped get me all set up. It was very much appreciated because I had hustled all day trying to get back before 5pm. I was very impressed with the truck rental and the very adequate sized storage unit. Just a little communication would have helped.

It was an easy and smooth experience thanks to Virginia. There were moments I needed to locate info that was needed and Virginia assured me that it was ok to take my time. I needed help with various things and she was there with a smile and inviting personality every time. She even kept up her positive and helpful attitude as I waited while she attended to the phones, always asking if the person would please hold while she finished with her customer. She did not fluster or get annoyed that she was being needed in multiple capacities and I really appreciate her patience and awareness and I'm sure the person on the phone was happy to wait due to her kind tone. She was just a blessing to work with while myself and family were stressing over a move. I also want to point out that she is very genuine and connected with me and my mom very naturally in conversation. She shared with us personal but appropriate things that made us feel welcomed and not alone in the somewhat stressful situation that we were in. I believe just from our short encounter that she has a good heart and I'm sure she is a bright moment in many others days weather it be friend, family, coworker, boss, or stranger.

I like the back in option for unloading, and the carts are useful, but it would help to have a cart up on the 2nd floor where unit 1767 is. No trash cans ANYWHERE. Water is great, but zero cups. The biggest issue was on Saturday it closed at 10 p.m. and I'm sure if I had backed in would the doors let me finish unloading. Instead I used 30 miles instead of the 5 I originally had. Other than that, it's good place to store especially if your stuff is close to the location

I had to go to the front counter 4 times, even though I had a reservation, from the day before. There only one person both days. The second day when I went to pickup my truck, the system went down, and wasn't excepting cards, they could only do cash payment. I had to leave and go to the bank to get cash. Then I was given a much smaller unit than I ask for. Again another trip to the counter to get that straighten out. I spent 3 hours in total standing in line 2 days in a row. You need more workers, and better trained.

I had a terrible experience with this particular location . They way they place you on hold for 30 minutes at a time is unacceptable. I went nine miles for my move , in total, and was charged 156$ . Luckily my debit card was locked. After speaking with multiple employees , I am still receiving emails that say I owe 186$. They also had me down for a storage that I never had #299. Again after speaking to someone everyday for four days straight I'm still receiving emails saying that I owe . Fire everyone and get a new crew . You go up there and everybody is on break smoking , not attending to customers whatsoever . Worst UHAUL in the city!!!!! TIGHTEN UP

Nikki and Gigi did a wonderful job with customer service helping me. They were very helpful and friendly and took care of all of my needs. They were 11 on a scale of 1 to 10. They are keeps. Also, they followed guidelines and safety to the fullest, a customer brought a propane tank in and walked of and left it. They removed it from the building immediately why making the customer aware which was ignoring them. Then when the customer started paying attention she got mad about the propane tank being placed outside they explained to her they were trying to make her aware she became very irate with them. The two caps are composure while explaining procedure and the danger of having a propane in the building., And the lady kept cussing them out and they still maintain composure. If this was my business I would have both of them on my staff and take care of them appropriately. In my eyes they deserve coodles for doing a great job.  great job ladies you are A1 customer service people in my book with your great smiles thank you for taking care of me properly in my time of need, and looking out for my safety. The service was wonderful couldn't have asked for better my only problem is they charged me for stuff that wasn't true it said that they put gas in my in the truck when I got it it was on half a tank I left it on a half a tank and I have pictures to prove it that I took before I left the site in Troy Alabama and I also told them that they light came off of the top of my car on the highway and I took pictures of the status of the tow dolly two for my car because it was rusted out and raggedy and very very squeaky and one side of the fender thing on the back of the tow dolly was broke cracked and cracked and broken so I have pictures for that as well

Your costumer service representative told me that "it's common sense" to check for mileage before taking off with the truck. She never mentioned this was such an important piece of information. Another one didn't give me the information I needed on returning trucks after hours. She highlighted and told me to go to a website. Both gave me wrong or poor information. The information on how to access the storage unit was wrong, and so was the garage information. I figured it out in my own. You shouldn't have people who don't care for costumers working there. It was a terrible experience. I got charged three times the mileage because she forgot to mentioned how important this was and to top it she tried making me feel stupid for her not knowing how to do her job correctly.

False advertisement. Sign says one month free storage with rental but company makes own rules. I was given a reservation with a truck and storage I was only paying for the truck with one month free I had to change my storage date which charged me 109 when I arrived at the store. The Manager I think GM was to busy on his personal cellphone speaking to his friends and was to busy to assist me and told me he didn't know how long he would be. I will pass on this poor experience and the Nickle and diming that place does. Very ghetto with staff that have zero professionalism or people skills.

Había realizado la reserva para una bodega climatizada de 9x14 y cuando llegue al sitio me dijeron muy frescamente que ya no tenían disponibles, sabiendo bien que la reserva se hizo con bastante tiempo de anticipación por lo que venía de otro estado, me tocó tomar un 10x10 y dejar esta bodega sin acceso porque pedí una bodega para todo lo que llevaba en los dos trailers. Me pareció de mal gusto esta situación ya que deje muchas cosas sin poder guardar en la bodega por no tener el espacio suficiente. Ahora bien, me habían dicho por la llamada que realice para hacer la reserva de los dos trailers que por cada trailer tenía la opción de un mes free en la bodega y cuando llegue a esta bodega me niegan esta opción que solamente es un mes por trailer y como mencioné anteriormente rente 2 de estos.

I was supposed to have a lock included and in my unit ready for me but it was not there, thankfully a quick trip to the office resolved that. However second floor units are up a steep flight of stairs with no elevator, down narrow hallways, and low clearance in the units themselves. The website is not clear in the dimensions and several people moving in at the same time as me also had the same thought as we all couldn't fit all of our stuff in.

While I think everything was clean and well maintained, I think it is absolutely asinine that there are no elevators or ramps for the second level storage units. I think it's ridiculous there are no dumpsters or anything that u can use without being charged.

Upon move out, I asked for access which the female worker stated ahe couldn't help me, when I pick up a business card to call the GM (Eric Williams) she stated " no I'll call him" and proceeded to race me in dialing his number. End result the GM gave me a code to have access but the rude employee cause me to not be able to return my equipment the same day.

From the minute I got there, the staff had no clue what units were available. I had a unit reserved and they said it was occupied. It took them 30 min tkk ok locate another one which ended up being two smaller units up a ton of stairs. They put me in 2 smaller units and sold me licks that apparently they don't approve of because every time I came to add or take away things there was an extra lock on my unit. When I went I ask about it they said it's because you have a lock that isn't approved. The lock they sold me and told me to use for my unit. I'm hey have no idea what's going on, what's available or how to maintain the availability. It was a mess and I don't know how they're keeping up with anything at this point.

This store was severely understaffed. Only two people on the property, one to take returned equipment and one to assist the long line of customers. However, they got the job done, but at the expense of many customers losing time on their moving experience. Please get help for these guys, before you burn them out and lose them!

My experience was bad from the beginning. I arrived at 8am to get my rental and was told it was rescheduled to 12pm. When I arrived at U-Haul at 12pm I had to wait in a long line. When I finally got to the counter they told me my reservation was canceled. That got fixed and I was given a smaller truck than I had reserved. I requested a storage unit and was given a unit far away from the location I was at due to the employees credentials not being transfered to his new store. I was running a little late getting the truck back and was charged another full day. The employee that fixed my storage unit was extremely helpful!

I made the arrangements for your storage unit at the same time i reserved a u haul rental truck. I was told at that time that the unit was on the first floor and the cost was $109,95 a month. When i went to the storage facility i was told the unit was not on the first floor and the cost for a unit was $129,95 a month for a unit on the first floor. I showed the gentleman my paperwork stating the quoted cost and explained i cannot do the stairs at my age and since there is no elevator i have to use a first floor unit. He told me the person i spoke with does not know this facility and does not know what are first floor units. I asked to speak with a manager and was told the manager was not there. I asked him to write down the name of the manager so i could call to get the pricing resolved. He did not do this. I am also unhappy that the first floor unit is smaller than the other one due to the ceiling height. The other issue is the lack of lighting in the unit. It is very difficult to see to move or find items. I would like to be called about these issues.

Horrible almost EVERYTHING! The fact i had to come back to fix a problem that should have been resolved the same day as it happened just by following the order of return but instead it caused a whole mess and a half and multiple trips and even more reversed payments and staff being embarrassing loud and over talking me when I was explaining things to my grandmother. But honestly If I hadn't kept my multiple original copies of the transactions I would most likely still be told the wrong information about the reversed transactions and made to think that I need to pay because I didn't pay for anything because I'm getting first months rent free when infact I had proof to prove them wrong and not end up getting overcharged. It is infallible to think that employees and even employers would tolerate such an act of unproffessionablism towards the customers.

I reserved a Ubox and they did not jave one but failed to let me know in advance even after the fact that they had a note put in 2 days earlier that the customer should be notified since there was no uBox available. I drove with all my stiff for loading to the location to find that u box is not available. I was flying out the next day and hence had no alternatives . For now i put it in the uBox at their facility. But will need people to move it from storage to U-box.

It would be very helpful if there was someone on duty in the office 24/7. That was the only real problem we ran into. We had questions only anon site employee could answer and there was nobody to talk to in the middle of the night when we were forced to do most of our moving due to work schedules. Otherwise it went smoothly except for the website is much too complicated for a first time user at 11pm at night plus the wait time to connect to a person is extreme not a fan of your web and app sites. Much more person to person contact needed. Would also like a facility like this one closer in Greenwood this was a major drive every time we had to go to the unit for anything.

Talked me into renting with a free month. I told them my concern on late fees because I'm on a fixed income. Manager told me not to ever worry about fees since I am a veteran. Well then they made me pay late fees. Then up on my termination of the unit I attempted to rent a truck and they started telling me stories about when to have the truck back. The manager was so ambiguous that I informed him I was concerned about his behavior and would not be renting a truck. Another case of young thugs trying to take advantage of a senior citizen. I will never ever do business with Uhaul again.

He started being belligerent when I told home he wasn't explaining something right. He was beyond rude and very unprofessional. I couldn't understand what he was sayin so I walked out to leave. He followed me and my fiancé to our vehicle were he continued to use profanity yelling and screaming. I waited 2 hours in line, where 1 person was at the counter complaining more about being the only person at the counter than actually trying to help people. Once I got to the counter, the rep wasn't able to process my payment for my time in the storage unit and asked me to leave and call another time. It was also extremely inconvenient to move heavy furniture to a second floor storage unit without an elevator.

I thought the online processes were going to be helpful, but it wasn't. I went into the rental office to get directions to my unit and make sure I had the right size and the gentleman that helped me acted like he was put out to help. I had rented the unit before the truck and after I rented the truck was given a month's free rent. When I went to get information on my unit and upgraded the unit I mentioned it and was asked if the truck rental was local or out of state and when I said it was local, the guy told me that it doesn't qualify! I came back in a couple of days later and started the online check in for the truck and when I went in the guy helping me had the wrong name and told me the rental was canceled and then he said my rental must not have gone through and was being argumentative about it. I had to pull up the text confirmation to get the truck! When I made the reservation I included a dolly and furniture pads and upon finishing the rental was told there isn't a dolly, I was refunded for it but still. The whole process was pressing! I went in the building to return the uhaul and was told to take the key outside and someone will get it then was told to pull up to equipment return and someone will check it in and send me a receipt. I sat there for 25 minutes and no one bothered to stop and speak to me until I decided to leave. The big units are upstairs when they should be on bottom floor. This place isn't ran well, the employees seem annoyed to be there. I won't recommend this place for anything.

Had a large outside space for six years. Nice people always with any problems I had were correct ASAP. Leaving only because I sold my motor home due to illness. I would highly recommend this location

This location has great customer service & Justin ( Manager) went above and beyond due to my emergency move away from abusive husband. I dont know if its policy but I am greatful for his assistance with my situation & needing late night assistance. I paid for a storage unit, when i arrived to uhaul to put my belonging i was given a unit that belong to someone else, they where closed.. The manager Justin was called he was very RUDE! hung up in me and my daughter face. I had to get a storage some where else! Anyone looking for a storage this is not the place to go!!!

I was moving my son from another state I needed somewhere to store his washer and dryer. I didn't get to the facility until after hours it took me 45 minutes to find my unit for me only to discover that I could not install a washer and dryer in it as it was an upper level Unit. I was unable to exchange unit for a more appropriate one so I ended up having to cancel my friend home find another place for my belongings and still had to pay for one month of rental when I never actually accessed it.
